Our whole kitchen was ripped out to the core, refitted, including new appliances, completely new design and it is wonderful! Chris is a really competent, friendly, relaxed person - he gave us solid advice, guided us the right direction a couple of times, was incredibly helpful and gave great support. There was a tiny glitch in one of the counters - and he came and completely resolved it - the whole kitchen is beautiful - and all the little touches are done really well. It was done as agreed, to the budget we agreed - and the communication throughout was helpful, swift, responsive and always completely upfront and clear. We're not skilled at trades, so we needed someone we could trust and Chris conveyed a calm, confident and craftsmanlike competency from the get-go. Always on time, neat, tidy, each day we could use the house as we needed to. The floors were protected, he cleaned up, and really, couldn't have wished for a better person to work with.

Delighted with the excellent results of Chris’ work, converting the damaged shell of an integrated fridge freezer into a larder unit, with pull out bin/recycling system underneath. He is extremely professional and transparent in his communication, and also sourced materials, taking away any extra stress! The end result is of an excellent standard - extremely neat, sturdy and practical. Chris is also creative in his approach and a great problem solver. I would definitely recommend him highly!

We instructed Chris to make some custom alcove cupboards and a cupboard to house our electrical box and he ended up fitting parquet flooring in the living room and kitchen and replacing the skirting boards, doors, architraves, window sills as well. My partner and I are quite particular and like everything to be perfect (basically an absolute nightmare) but we could not fault Chris. His work was carried out to an impeccable standard and we were blown away with the final result. We highly recommend Chris and are already saving up for custom wardrobes! You have been warned, Chris…

Chris fitted our kitchen this week and he did a brilliant job, it looks perfect and he makes the job no hassle at all. I contacted Chris again following previous work and recommendation that I posted in September 2019. This time it was to replace 7 internal doors/hardware. Being unable to trim the other 3 bi-fold doors sufficiently due to their construction (not his fault), the price was adjusted accordingly and I returned the doors to Wickes for a refund. He is a perfectionist who clearly enjoys his craft. Reliable, friendly and helpful. He also 'cut up' the doors and removed the hardware to enable me to take them to recycling. Highly recommended again.

Chris supplied and fitted our kitchen at fraction of prices quoted by several high street brands. His work is of a high quality and Chris is very conscientious about doing things right. We had to make some design changes mid flight and Chris easily accommodated these. He was also flexible in fitting in some additional unplanned work. The plumber, electrician and plasterer were first rate, and Chris oversaw all of their work. I’d definitely work with Chris again.

Chris did an absolutely incredible job on the skirting board in our hall. The work is of a high standard and finished beautifully and I couldn’t be happier with it. Not only was the work excellent but Chris is a great guy. He responded quickly to all of my enquiries and booked in the job as soon as he could on a day that would suit me. I contacted Chris (CMA Joinery) after consulting Which? Trusted Traders, and was not disappointed. The work involved hanging 2 new doors/locks, replacing/repairing door architrave/casings, fitting new skirting boards, and designing and supplying a new support for kitchen cupboard and bench. Other work included replacing the trim at the end of the bath and re-flooring the base of a now disused hot water tank cupboard following the replacement of my antiquated warm air heating system. He was very reliable, professional, amiable and enthusiastic. Same applies to his partner. His fee for the work was very reasonable. Highly recommended! Would use his services again hopefully, when I replace the kitchen and for any other work.

We have used CMA joinery several times over the past few years. We have used them for small jobs like fixing sash windows to large jobs such as fitting a new staircase to a cellar and repairing a cellar ceiling and joists which were water damaged from a leaking shower room above. The whole process of using CMA joinery is commendable. They come out and look closely at your problem or request and give you a quote first. The price is fair and they are reliable and carry out really good quality work.

CMA joinery supplied and fitted wardrobes. The wardrobes utilise the space in the room providing all requirements I needed. I have overhead compartments, different varieties of length spaces for all clothes, storage space, draws in between the wardobes and also somewhere to put shoes. The work was completed in only a few days, and is to an excellent standard. I was able to choose the design in what I wanted to be able to utilise the space and put a television I'm the middle of the wardrobes. CMA joinery provided me with his expertise and experience in order for the end product to be exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend CMA joinery for any work, he is very professional, gets the job done in a timely manner however, does not jeopardize the quality.

We recently had our kitchen sourced and fitted by CMA joinery including some bespoke shelving units. The works were completed to a fantastic standard and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was competitively priced and completed within the dates committed to. Chris has great communication and is a very trustworthy and pleasant guy - more than happy to leave him with a set of keys while we were at work. I had cupboards and shelves built in two alcoves in my lounge, and also a cupboard in my hallway for shoes and to cover gas and electric meters. I am extremely happy with the end result, it's finished to a very high standard. Chris is very easy to deal with, timely, reliable, friendly and a professional who takes pride in his work. He gives you his time to help design the piece and his expert advise on what will work and look the best. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone wanting some joinery work done, a couple of my friends have also used Chris and too are extremely happy with the outcome.
