We contacted Alex and the team regarding a leak, and they came out to quote quickly, which we really appreciated. They were also the only roofing firm who actually went up into the loft to properly investigate the issue, clearly separating what needed immediate attention from things that could wait. Alex was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also documented findings with photos, which made it much easier for us to understand the problem and what work was required. The repair itself to increase the ventilation through our roof was completed to a high standard, and they managed to come out quickly considering the urgency of the situation. Overall, we were really impressed with both the service and the quality of the work. Highly recommended!

I’m so glad I chose Pinnacle for my re-roof and I highly recommend them. I’ve already recommended them to neighbours and friends. I was really worried about needing a new roof and finding a reputable roofing company to give me the best advice and do a quality job to the required standards. Pinnacle had all the necessary professional body credentials: NFRC member, Which Trusted Trader, Competent Person Scheme etc Brad responded quickly to my enquiry and carried out a roof inspection . He was personable, thorough and knowledgeable , discussed the issues and talked through my options. The quotation provided was clear , detailed, using BS standard materials and was good value. Work carried out by qualified roofers, with an 10 year insurance backed guarantee. I felt very confident to proceed with Pinnacle with a reroof ,and new soffits fascias and guttering. Brad organised everything: the scaffolding, skip, goods deliveries, the schedule of work, waste removal etc . The Pinnacle team were really nice and had the same professional ethos of doing a quality job to the required standards. Work was completed as per the quote. At completion the work was checked and a Building Control Certificate provided. Pinnacle ticked every box. I’m delighted with my new roof it looks great, the house looks so much smarter and I’ve got peace of mind that a great quality job has been done.

The extremely strong winds last week caused movement in some of our roof tiles – we could hear a muffled thumping sound, at the front of the house upstairs, on and off all day. Visually inspecting the roof told us that none of the tiles had come off, or had even slipped, but we still wanted it checking out. Unfortunately, our roof man of many years had recently retired, so we looked on the NFRC website for a possible replacement. Pinnacle Roof & Build were the nearest and had excellent reviews. We contacted them and arranged an appointment a few days later; that was better than we expected because they must have been busy with emergency storm damage jobs. Mr McIntyre arrived punctually three days later. It didn’t take him long to locate the single tile that was the culprit; he had fixed it in 15 minutes! Despite my insistence, he simply wouldn’t accept any payment. Over the years we have had dealings with tradesman of all sorts; some have been excellent, a few have been atrocious, and most somewhere in between. We have generally found that first impressions are not far off the mark. Our first impressions of Mr McIntyre and his Company are of an efficient, well-organised business where the focus is on the job being completed correctly for the customer, as opposed to increasing the bank balance of the tradesman. A rare find nowadays. In the event of any further storm damage we shall have no hesitation in using the men at Pinnacle Roof & Build.

I have used Pinnacle Roof and Build twice now and have no hesitation in recommending them. First job was fixing some rotting facia boards, and Brad was very honest and trustworthy in taking me through what actually did and didn't need fixing. Alex and his team have undertaken several projects for us helping us to address a number of issues with the roof of our converted Barn and two of the outbuildings all of which were letting in the wind and the rain! It’s been so good to be able to rely on Alex and the team to determine the best solution and then leave them to complete the work to time, quality and budget. On this occasion we found ourselves on holiday while Alex and the team were on site. Alex kept us updated, sharing photos and videos so we could see the work progressing and the finished result. I couldn't be happier with that decision. From an initial detailed quote Alex and his team worked hard, in all weathers, to replace the roof and fascia, plus build a new car port. Alex was always happy to provide multiple quotes based on different materials for cost, quality, and longevity giving me the confidence I was making the right decisions for me. Double checking and guiding me through each stage of the work to make sure I was happy and understood what was being done. His attention to detail was excellent. We had a few bits that needed attention, collected various quotes from different people/companies - Alex really stood out to us. He explained what needed doing & the different options available to us thoughley detailing each one. We went with his recommendations & had; Dry Verge Installation, Full re-roof to porch including insulation and Flashing work to under bedroom bay window - very glad we did. The quote was competitive & the end bill was less than the quote - which was a nice surprise. Alex arrived on the date agreed & with his men completed all the work within the timeframe agreed. They were polite, professional and hardworking. The lads did him proud even when left alone. Communication was spot on both before & during the work. Alex, Brad and the team were very professional from start to finish. A detailed quote was provided including a breakdown of the costs. Work was started on the pre-agreed date. Work undertaken included a Re-roof, loft boarding (storage), new gutters/fascias, and removal of 2 chimney stacks to below roof level. All work was completed on-time and within budget. We would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a reliable roofer.

We have had Pinnacle carry out 2 roofing jobs on our house, and both have been to an excellent standard. The first was a full reroof, which included new felt and insulation, plus repointing and stabilising the chimneys. Alex, Brad, and the team took great care to remove and reuse as much of the original slate as possible. The job was completed in a good timeframe, and the attention to detail was fantastic. Pinnacle returned to complete a second job, which involved reroofing a small existing extension and installing new roof lights. Again, the standard of work was high and done with the same care and attention as before. Highly recommend.

Brad and his team were the ultimate professionals from start to finish. Brad came out to quote, took thorough measurements and unlike other roofers didn’t just say a price there and then for sake of it, instead explained he will need to go to his merchants for the price of materials after which, he will quote. Brad also stuck to the date he said he will begin again unlike other roofers. He was more than accommodating when we wanted additional tasks doing.
