I have used Pinnacle Roofing for over twenty years and cannot recommend them highly enough no matter what size the job they have undertaken.

Ian has just finished re-tiling my roof. He kept me fully informed of the schedule and plans, stuck to his quote and maintained excellent communication throughout. I'm really pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend using this service.

Ian came round to view and quote repairs on my roof, gutters and chimney giving advice and proposed works. His team were very clean, diligent and polite throughout and left no trace or mess working at the front and rear of the house.

Ian and his team were extremely professional and courteous and did an excellent job on our defective chimney stacks. They also treated the work as urgent given that the house was being rendered by other workman. Ian promised to get the work done swiftly and he delivered.

Ian came to investigate a chimney leak which had been troublesome for some years and the problem had been misdiagnosed by several other builders on previous occasions, Ian suggested removing the chimney rather than constantly maintaining it as it was of a poor quality construction. Ian informed me of cost, starting date, duration of work and to his credit everything he said was exactly what happened. Ian kept in contact throughout the work and kept me informed on every detail, Ian has a friendly and approachable demeanour and is very professional in every aspect of his work, if you want everything to go to plan with your roofing issues and a professional and competent service use Pinnacle Roofing, wish I had at the beginning of my chimney problems.

Had a problem/leak through chimney. Ian identified the problem and organised scaffold and repairs. Service excellent - scaffold up in a couple of days, and the repair made and property left clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Ian has completed 3 jobs for me recently, all to an excellent standard. I have found him to be reliable, honest and professional.

Ian had initialling done some repairs on a small roof in the Summer, and once we had decided that we needed a new roof on the main house, he was our first point of call. It is a large, complicated roof, nearly 100 years old, and although we are positioned away from the main road with restricted access, Ian and his team made light of all the problems. The work was done efficiently, in a short space of time (considering it was Winter), and the finished job is, in my opinion, exceptional. It was also completed within the budget. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pinnacle Roofing.

We recently commissioned Pinnacle Roofing to carry out some investigations into leaks from our roof/guttering which have been problematic for quite a while. Ian visited a number of times to review and investigate the problem. He proposed a few options for us highlighting the benefits of each and we went forward with his proposed option involving laying lead works to our guttering. He was very helpful to us by providing clear explanations of the work and was very obliging when we asked for a delay to the start of the works. On arrival, he and his colleagues worked swiftly and from the pictures we received of the work, it was quite evident that it had all been done to high specification – we were very pleased with Ian’s efficiency, his technical knowledge, his excellent customer service, the swiftness of the work, with no mess, and most of all the finished repair works. Since the recent repair, it has rained a lot and we now have no more leaks! We would definitely use Pinnacle Roofing again, and highly recommend Ian in respect of his knowledge, expertise and high specification work.

What a joy to have two exceptionally skilled and professional men work on our roof. Ian and his son Luke retiled our whole roof and the result was outstanding. Ian's communication with his clients is always thorough, courteous and with care. Nothing is a problem and he always finds solutions. From start to finish they made the process easy, with no stress, even when the rain was up against them! They were both so respectful of our house and left everything tided and finished to a high spec. We are delighted with our new roof and guttering. I can't recommend them enough.
