The engineer, Jamie, came at the time agreed, was pleasant and efficient fixing both the underfloor heating and the time switch.

Basically needed an electrician as a matter of urgency to locate a fault in our system. Attended quickly and got to the cause of the fault within a very short space of time. Provided advice and ultimately resolved the problem with an absolute minimum of fuss. Friendly too. Thank you.

This was our first time using PJC electrical services, and we were very happy with the whole experience. Starting with our enquiry, we received great communication with their office, followed by a fast visit to provide a quotation. The quote was submitted to us the same day, and once we confirmed that we would like to go ahead, the process was very easy and pleasant. The work was carried out over 2 days, and the engineer who attended was punctual, polite, tidy and carried out great workmanship. I can confirm that we will be contacting them again for additional work in the very near future.

We engaged PJC Electrical to fit a new consumer Unit, install PIR lights and identify and rectify any faults in our electrical system. Ed, our electrical engineer, was efficient and hard working and explained everything clearly to us. He was also very calm and patient. Catherine in the office was delightful and efficient, despite several last minute changes by my husband to work that had already been quoted for. It was so lovely to work with a company that is transparent in their pricing and provides clear quotes. We would definitely use them again and are very grateful for all the assistance they gave us.

PJC have fixed several electrical items, and installed a venting system. This time he needed the element in the towel rail replaced and, as always, PJC arrived on time, acted professionally and worked tidily. I can't fault these guys and will use them over and over.

Catherine in the office is very friendly and helpful and keeps you up to date with everything and Ed the engineer is a pleasure to have around. He called to let me know he was on his way, worked very quickly and tidily and even supplied a lightbulb for my new light fitting. We had a problem with our kitchen lights. I phoned PJC and whilst an appointment wasn’t available for several days they promised that they would try and fit us in. I had a phone call the next day and an electrician was with us within half an hour. Brilliant service, problem sorted!

We needed to improve our external electrics, but we were not certain what we wanted, or what might be possible. Phil came to the house and we discussed the various possibilities, and options involving linking in with existing external cabling, but also providing additional external sockets from other cabling sources in the house. As we were not sure which options might suit us best, Phil provided quotes for a number of possible scenarios. PJC were very patient with us whilst we decided how we wanted to proceed, and whilst we were waiting for some groundworks to be carried out which would help with the electrical works. During that time, we also identified one or two other internal works. When we were ready to proceed, an appointment was quickly made and the work carried out very efficiently by Ed who, like Phil, and Catherine in the office, was very friendly and helpful. We would happily use PJC again.

No issues with PJC. We moved into new offices and needed light and plumbing updated and the services was really quick, efficient, polite and generally great. Will have no issues using them again.

After a fire in a fuse box I reached out to PJC by phone. Catherine is fantastic and helpful, and asked me to send over a photo of the box. Having checked with Phil I was told how to make it temporarily safe and booked in for the next day. Phil arrived promptly and worked quickly and cleanly. He is very helpful and friendly and explained what needed to happen. Unfortunately the job required more work than originally hoped but Phil booked me in for the next working day, explained clearly the extra cost and finished the originally agreed job before leaving. On the next day Phil again arrived promptly and finished the replacement fuse box and wiring to a high standard. The cost came through clearly broken down and clearly explained, in line with what was agreed. A fast, efficient and high quality service by a very friendly and clear professional. Highly recommended and would use again.

I was concerned by the alarming flickering of a main light. I asked PJC Electrical Services to look at it. They came round promptly on the agreed afternoon, investigated, & determined that the bulb was dying, but unusually expiring gradually, than just going "plink" as is usually the case. I was re-assured by this & the replacement bulb is working fine which confirms the accuracy of their diagnosis. I certainly will use them again when necessary.

We have used PJC for large and small jobs since we moved here including installation of an EV charger. All work has been excellent and promptly done. We would recommend them highly.

Called yesterday with a wiring problem that needed sorting the next day. Call was answered immediately and after sending pictures, the job was kindly squeezed in for early next day. Electrician provided 30 mins notice of arrival, and arrived on time. Work was completed swiftly and professionally - all very tidy. The price was fair. Highly recommended.
