Potential roof leak
I contacted Paul on 5th December regarding a suspected leak in the roof. Paul attended my house today and, via my loft, made a thorough inspection of the area of the suspected leak. He followed this up by a drone inspection of the roof. He then gave a frank and honest assessment of his findings. In summary, at this stage ,there was no leak just some condensation. Given the age of the house/roof, I should keep an eye out for any future potential issues. He said, that at the moment, no action was necessary but to contact him if I had any concerns.
