Paul was recommended to me for getting a quote to carry out work to replace 2 original garage roofs that had started to leak. He surveyed the garages in question and came back with an estimate for the work giving me options for costings dependent on my budget. Paul arrived on the morning of the day work was to commence with his team to confirm what work was going to taken place. First day, a lot of prep work had been done and everything was left neat and tidy. Second day of work Paul arrived again in the morning to check everything was going well. The whole job took 2 days and the guys worked consistently, all three were very friendly, polite and hard working and left everything tidy and cleared away when they had finished. I am extremely pleased with the work that has been carried out and it makes a huge difference to the overall appearance of the garages and my property. Thank you Paul and your team, I would definitely recommend your company again without hesitation.

After the storms in October knocked out a few tiles of our very worn out roof, we invited some local roofing companies to take a look. PJM offered us the option of both repairing the existing roof or fully replacing it, explained the pros and cons clearly and gave us a transparent quote without any pressure. In the end, we agreed the best course of action was to have a new roof installed and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. You can really tell Paul of PJM takes great pride in his work. Everything was done to a very high standard and with great attention to detail. The team were punctual, professional and kept the site tidy throughout the job. Communication was great; Paul came on site every day to check on progress and answered all our questions along the way. I contacted Paul on 5th December regarding a suspected leak in the roof. Paul attended my house today and, via my loft, made a thorough inspection of the area of the suspected leak. He followed this up by a drone inspection of the roof. He then gave a frank and honest assessment of his findings. In summary, at this stage ,there was no leak just some condensation. Given the age of the house/roof, I should keep an eye out for any future potential issues. He said, that at the moment, no action was necessary but to contact him if I had any concerns.
