Plane construction provided me with a very competitive quotation to fit alcove cupboard and shelves. The work was completed on schedule and to the agreed price. The quality of the finished work was outstanding. Thomas and Martin were polite, helpful and responsive to some small changes we requested. They were meticulous with regards their preparation, including an excellent provision of dust and floor covers, similarly their clearing up after completion was exemplary. They were very happy to discuss the work, and ensured that we were fully satisfied when the work was completed. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Plane Construction made and fitted a replacement timber box sash window and new loft hatch. I was delighted with the quality of work and the finished results. Martin and Thomas were helpful and approachable at every stage; they clearly explained what they would do and kept in touch about progress and installation date. They went about the installation calmly and efficiently and left everything completely clean and tidy. This was the second job they had done for me and I intend to use them again.

Martin and Thomas designed and built our bathroom, and removed existing Victorian cupboards to make fitted wardrobes while retaining the original features. They also built a stand alone large secure wine cupboard in our cellar. They took great care and have shown excellent attention to detail throughout the work. The finished work is absolutely beautiful and we are delighted with it all. We were kept up to date all the time about suggestions and improvements and the work was carried out carefully and without any damage to the surrounding walls or paintwork which was remarkable . The work was completed on time or ahead of schedule and within the estimated budget. I won't use any other building service again, this is the best provider we have ever used over the 25 years we've been renovating and updating our Victorian family home.

I commissioned a bookshelf that had to overcome some tricky design challenges. It had to follow the structure of an irregularly shaped room, and it was to include a secret bookcase door to cover the actual door in a tight corner. Plane Construction Limited showed ingenuity in coming up with a design that could work given all these constraints. While doing so they showed exceptional craftsmanship in implementing their design, as well as great customer service in working through the design with me every step of the way. The project was completed on time to a very high quality. I would recommend Plane Construction Limited to anyone looking for carpenters.
