Today I discovered my drains and drain run were totally blocked with sewage - so blocked the mess was beginning to come up into the garden via the kitchen waste. Called needing someone immediately as there is a vulnerable adult in the house and the fumes were appalling. Within about 2 hours, Pat came round and unblocked everything, checked the flow was moving properly, took photos and explained things to me. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very professional in attitude, clear in his explanation as to the causes. Would definitely call again.

This is my fourth time using Plumberoo, and they do not disappoint. They are very responsive, solution orientated, practical and friendly. This time the issue was a leak from a pipe under one of our kitchen cupboards which had caused our boiler to stop working. Plumberoo sent out Henry to investigate, he came to our flat that afternoon, and was able to diagnose the issue and fix it then and there. This involved him going into the boiler and troubleshooting, before pulling out our washing machine to find and fix the leak. I have also had Chris attend jobs, and both he and Henry are personable, polite, reliable and solution orientated. They also do their best to leave the place looking tidy, and to provide practical guidance.

Plumberoo came and installed a new boiler in our home. They were professional, timely and knew exactly what they were doing. The old one was extracted with minimal fuss and replaced for a far superior model at a reasonable price. The work took a full day but Chris remained dedicated and hard working throughout. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We have had a couple of minor plumbing issues that have needed urgent attention - the sort of thing that happens unexpectedly and creates a panic. To be able to quickly reach out to Chris, send a photo, get his view and then quickly arrange a call-out is a Godsend. Things get resolved quickly and efficiently, always good value and dealt with with the minimum of fuss. Strong recommend.

Very professional and courteous. I had a blocked kitchen sink drain, and a couple of other small plumbing jobs. The work was carried out to a high standard, nothing was too much trouble, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I used Plumberoo to do a boiler service and to check our fuse box. Chris and his team were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They did a great job and will be using them again.
