I was at a loss as to what was causing this. I contacted Pumberoo and Chris reacted quickly and was there at the agreed time. He got straight down to it and pin pointed the problem, a blocked external drain. Some further work needs to be done but I have every confidence in giving it to Plumberoo. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Plumberoo to future customers.

The boiler service was carried out promptly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. The operative also recommended several minor repairs to the heating system pipework, such as faulty valves, that I have scheduled to have done.

We got back from holiday to a broken boiler and a freezing house. Plumberoo were able to squeeze us in short notice and got it fixed straight away. Stuart was such a nice guy and the service all round was fantastic, from the texts before to follow up after. Very very impressed!

Plumberoo came to my rescue when a bathroom fitter (from a different company) removed my bathroom suite then didn’t return! I messaged in the evening, Chris responded and an appointment was arranged for the very next day. Billy came, he was professional, respectful and did a great job. It didn’t feel rushed but also didn’t feel like he was trying to drag it out. He fitted the shower and screen and also sorted the bath which was creaking following poor workmanship from the other company. He fixed that within minutes. I have used Plumberoo on a couple of occasions, most recently to repair a dripping tap and the flush mechanisms in two WCs. It was easy to arrange an appointment online, the plumber turned up on time, was clear about what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and took his time to ensure the work was done to a high standard, as it was. I am pleased with the outcome and will definitely use Plumberoo again.

Today I discovered my drains and drain run were totally blocked with sewage - so blocked the mess was beginning to come up into the garden via the kitchen waste. Called needing someone immediately as there is a vulnerable adult in the house and the fumes were appalling. Within about 2 hours, Pat came round and unblocked everything, checked the flow was moving properly, took photos and explained things to me. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very professional in attitude, clear in his explanation as to the causes. Would definitely call again.

This is my fourth time using Plumberoo, and they do not disappoint. They are very responsive, solution orientated, practical and friendly. This time the issue was a leak from a pipe under one of our kitchen cupboards which had caused our boiler to stop working. Plumberoo sent out Henry to investigate, he came to our flat that afternoon, and was able to diagnose the issue and fix it then and there. This involved him going into the boiler and troubleshooting, before pulling out our washing machine to find and fix the leak. I have also had Chris attend jobs, and both he and Henry are personable, polite, reliable and solution orientated. They also do their best to leave the place looking tidy, and to provide practical guidance.

Plumberoo came and installed a new boiler in our home. They were professional, timely and knew exactly what they were doing. The old one was extracted with minimal fuss and replaced for a far superior model at a reasonable price. The work took a full day but Chris remained dedicated and hard working throughout. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We have had a couple of minor plumbing issues that have needed urgent attention - the sort of thing that happens unexpectedly and creates a panic. To be able to quickly reach out to Chris, send a photo, get his view and then quickly arrange a call-out is a Godsend. Things get resolved quickly and efficiently, always good value and dealt with with the minimum of fuss. Strong recommend.

Very professional and courteous. I had a blocked kitchen sink drain, and a couple of other small plumbing jobs. The work was carried out to a high standard, nothing was too much trouble, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I contacted Plumberoo with a drain blockage problem on the evening of Bank Holiday Monday. Plumberoo responded that same evening and offered me an early slot the next day. Plumberoo have carried out both emergency plumbing work and electrical maintenance. Every person who carried out the work was polite, friendly and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Administratively, the company is always very prompt. Overall: great service, work and price.

Chris has been to my property twice, once to replace a pipe and once to resolve a drain blockage. Both times he was courteous, as well as targeted and successful in solving the problem. He also helped me understand the plumbing in my flat, which was very useful. He came at the agreed time and was easy to get hold of. Price has been reasonable both times. All in all a great service and I'll be calling him again!

I phoned Chris when my boiler broke down and my existing plumber wanted to rip me off price wise. Chris was immediately on to my problem - no heating or hot water - and visited immediately to determine what type of replacement boiler was required He and his staff returned the following day to install the new boiler and my house is now back to normal. The price was excellent, especially when compared to my other quote, and the installation was clean and free of mess. I would definitely use Plumberoo again and recommend you phone them if you ever need the services of a plumber.

My heating went down a few weeks back and I remebered the name of the van I'd seen for these guys. A guy popped round the next day and repaired the fault. Excellent service and fair priced. Would definitely recommend.
