Dave and apprentice Matt from PlumbGas arrived on time. They introduced themselves were both polite, helpful and considerate. Dave explained about Matt's position and experience. Matt was learning and all his work would be checked by himself. Dave went into great detail about the the process of the services and function and safety procedures. I found it reassuring. The work was carried out to the price previously agreed. I have been using PlumbGas for many years and find all their employees very professional.

Intermittent water leak from bathroom ceiling over Christmas. Prompt response and appointment with Plumbgas. Efficient, thorough investigation; problem identified and rectified on the spot. We have used this company since they first formed and have always received and excellent service from them. They service our central heating each year and arrive promptly at the pre arranged time. The telephone service is polite and extremely helpful. We have just called with a fault on the heating during the sub zero temperatures and an engineer arrived the same day and sorted the problem out! Can not recommend them highly enough !

We contacted Plumbgas as we found damp in the wall of our downstairs cloakroom. We had already called a damp specialist who checked our damp course, which was ok, but found damp reading in the walls and suggested contacting a plumber. Called and sent pictures to Plumgas who were very helpful and arranged appointment. Niall came on a Saturday at no extra cost (£80 + VAT per hour). Found the problem with a waste pipe that fed from our upstairs bathroom and had come out in our attached garage. He fixed it and all done in under one and a half hours. Good service and would definitely use them again.

Plumbgas fitted and now services our own boiler annually, as well as those in tenanted properties. Due to their good reputation locally the business has expended over the years and Plumbgas now has a team of capable, helpful admin staff and expert engineers. They are all always polite and efficient, kind and helpful. I had a burst mains pipe in my bedroom ceiling in January and I couldn't get the stop tap turned off. Plumbgas had an engineer with me in 8 minutes! He located and repaired the leak and patiently vacuumed up the many litres of water that had poured through the ceilings upstairs and down. Notified of a slow leak in a second property one afternoon soon after, a Plumbgas engineer was there 8am the next day. For helpfulness, efficiency, value and general good manners the Plumbgas Team always earn top marks from me.

Every year we use this company to service our boiler, very responsible price. Get updated by maps, when they are on there way. Not related, but when our boiler broke down last winter. The lady on the phone was very understanding as i had a chest infection and managed to fit us in for the next day for someone to come out. Can't recommend them enough !

There had been a leak on a downstairs radiator and the boiler was losing pressure due to the leakage. Plumbgas drained the system, repaired the leak and refilled the system. As always the engineer from Plumbgas very professional, polite, punctual and left the property clean and tidy. I have used The Plumbgas team for several years now and I've always received outstanding service and I would highly recommend.
