We asked Plumbing Geeks to quote a price to replace our old gas venting boiler with a new combi model and, on our acceptance of their quote, to install the new boiler. Plumbing Geeks were excellent.Charles called quickly and assessed the works needed and recommended a suitable replacement boiler and the most suitable location in the house to house it, taking into account our wishes and the physical constraints due to routing the gas pipe etc. An early date for the works was offered and Charles and his team arrived promptly and completed the works within the timescale agreed.The whole team were very pleasant, efficient and tidy. Charles was friendly and helpful - a great person to deal with.

This is the second occasion we have used Plumbing Geeks within the last few months. We selected them based on the very positive feedback on Which Trusted Traders. The work involved removing two old radiators and fitting two new ones. As previously, they completed the work in an extremely efficient manner. Lee and Charlie were polite, tidy in their work and pleasant to deal with. As before, they completed the work budget. We have no hesitation in recommending.

Plumbing Geeks fitted two bedroom radiators. They provided a cost-effective quote and completed the work on schedule and in accordance with the quote. Excellent workmanship by Charlie and his colleague. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely use again.

Work involved fitting a Grohe siphon to a toilet. Bolts were seized due to corrosion. A previous plumbing company I contacted said they would need to take the toilet apart involving the removal of tiles and framework. This would involve considerable disruption and the cost of restoration. Charlie of Plumbing Geeks found a way of solving the problem without doing this. Very happy. Total cost very reasonable. Would certainly use this company again and will be pleased to recommend them.

Lee and Ewan arrived promptly and worked efficiently to complete the jobs. The bathroom and bedroom were left clean and tidy - just as I would have wished.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Honest trustworthy and good at what they do. Used them previously to complete house extension work , new bathroom fit out, annex conversion, emergency leak repairs and small leak in bathroom.

I returned from a few days away to find the boiler wasn't working and I had no hot water. Plumbing Geeks were quick to respond, diagnosed the problem as a faulty gas valve and sorted it out with a replacement valve. Charlie was excellent to deal with and sorted the problem out in a timely manner and without any drama. If only all companies were this good!!

New boiler needed quickly and they did not disappoint! I got in touch on a Friday they were here Monday 9am. They were able to send one of their team out to help super fast. Ewan was polite, friendly, worked efficiently and left no mess. Will defo use again in the future. Have already passed number on to a friend who needs work doing

Couldn’t be happier with the work done. The lads were polite, efficient and professional. All the problems with my heating and hot water were solved within a day. The whole house is now evenly heated and my heating is up-to-date and modern. Wi-Fi controlled thermostat means I can switch the heating on and off and set the schedule from my phone, and optionally switch it off when I leave the house. Very impressed with Plumbing Geeks.

My ĝas boiler was due for its annual service so used Charlie Palfreyman from Plumbing Geeks. Charlie tucked in the lagging which had become loose around my condensation pipe. Quoted for the cost of repaing a leaking radiator & serviced. my boiler. All unattended whilst I was at work work. Would recommend 👌.

Plumbing Geeks (Sheffield) is an amazing company. Totally and utterly reliable & trustworthy. We've used them for quite a few years. Initially, they advised on and replaced a new boiler when our old one broke. They have serviced it ever since and they have carried out other smaller plumbing jobs. They've also carried out Gas Safety checks on 2 x houses were were going to buy. Our most recent house also needed a new boiler and they put themselves out to fit a new one when we had no hot water or heat. I've only really dealt with Charlie and he is not only the ultimate professional (who also cleans up after his work) but a really likable person.

We had a speedy response to our inquiry and Charlie and Ewan came out to quote - they were very thorough with the quote, explained the process and tried to make sure the job caused the least disruption possible, the price was also very competitive. On the day of fitting Charlie arrived with Lee and Ewan, the team was very friendly, professional and tidy. The boiler was fitted expertly with no mess and they even removed some old pipes we no longer needed. Charlie explained the thermostat to me as well as the boiler guarantee. Overall I was very impressed and we will be using Plumbing Geeks for any future plumbing needs.

Although plumbing geeks may seem an odd choice for a name I was very impressed with their quality and professionalism. From receiving my quote until completion nothing was too much trouble in order to achieve exactly what I wanted for my new bathroom. Charlie the plumber and his colleagues Ewan & Lee were always there on time to start their days work. The order of the work had been well planned and everything went smoothly and to the quote. I must also mention Nick the plasterer and Nick the tiler for doing an excellent job. Overall I am really pleased how my new bathroom has turned out and I would recommend Plumbing Geeks for any plumbing work.
