Around the time of your planned visit unforeseen circumstances meant that we were unable to work as usual. We tried to contact as many of our customers as possible, however this was not the case with you and for that we apologise. We are more than happy to undertake any job, no matter the size and pride ourselves on providing a professional and honest service, therefore we are a little confused by your comment regarding not being interested in your shower refurb and blaming another plumber for a problem with the cistern?. After reading your review we did try to contact you direct to explain the reason for the delay, but also to try and rectify. However we have not heard back.
