My elderly mother has used Plumbsafe in the past and they recently attended her flat to install a new boiler, which they did, very professionally. They also replaced the shower cartridge and hose, a grab bar, parts for the bath tap and a new room thermostat. They had to attend on various occasions and kept me regularly informed of parts that had arrived and parts they were waiting for. Invoicing was clearly laid out and easy to understand. They also recently attended to assist with a product recall matter. All the work they carried out was done to a very high standard and their customer service is superb. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Ian, Jonty and Rusty have given us the most fantastic service as well as carrying out outstanding work. They gave us excellent advice when trying to choose a new cost effective central heating system. They fitted our new boiler and radiators as well as carrying out the extra little unforeseen jobs that come with ripping out an old central heating system. The work was carried out very efficiently with little fuss and the quality of the workmanship was very high. The same levels of high quality and workmanship where in evidence when they fitted our new toilet and shower. I cannot be happier with their service.

My property’s plumbing developed a leak which was located beneath the floor encased in concrete. Ian’s team came up with the best solution which was to re-pipe the property above the floor and out of sight behind kitchen and bathroom units ensuring that any leaks in the future, however unlikely, would easily accessible and simple to fix. They were thoroughly professional and I would recommend anytime.

We called Ian for our boiler service and to fix silicone on our worktop. Ian kindly consented to help us with Jonty for our work. Jonty came promptly on Wednesday morning in the committed slot and did a thorough job on servicing our boiler as well as checking the gas pressure. He also did a great job applying silicon to the worktop where we had observed some gaps. He was very customer-centric and looked at all possible issues in the house including radiators and shower trays on his own. He was super professional and completed the activities well within the budgeted time. He also cleaned up after his work and left the place nice and clean. I would strongly recommend PLUMBSAFE for all your plumbing jobs

A replacement shower was installed. An appointment was made and the plumber arrived on time. Initially a clear explanation was given as to what the job entailed and we were consulted regarding decisions as the work progressed. The plumber was pleasant and worked efficiently. We are very pleased with the new shower. We would certainly use this company again.

This company I have used before for various things but not a full bathroom refurbishment. From start to finish they were so professional. The guy that did most of the work was polite always cleaned up after himself and his work was superb, tiling, woodwork and plumbing. It all looks amazing.

We used Plumbsafe to remodel our toilet, en-suite and bathroom. They provided us with a great service. We highly recommend them, the quality of their workmanship is excellent, their attention to detail very good. The team always discussed issues and asked for our input. After each room was completed the firm followed up to make sure that after each room was completed there were no issues. a great example is the en-suite shower which had a false wall that made it a 70*70 cm small shower enclosure. All the other firms just ignored this and assumed they would replace like for like. The Plumbsafe team spotted this knocked out the false wall and created a much larger shower space. We also had a flexible schedule as we could not decide on the tiles and fittings for some of the rooms, Plumbsafe accommodated this with no difficulty. Going forward we certainly will use them again.
