Had windows installed in bungalow. Outstanding installation done professionally and speedily. Staff were professional and gave personal service. From start to finish we were kept informed, installation was done quicker than expected and the installers were friendly and professional. Work was completed to our satisfaction and our house was left immaculate. We did have a minor problem with a window that was corrected in minimal time and very satisfactory. With all the bad press the double glazing industry get, and I am sure deserved, this company is not one of them, and we would highly recommend them. Polycastle is one of the best companies we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Our thanks to them is unquestionable. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

I have used them in the past and decided to use them again to update my sun-room to the latest gear. The guys arrived every day on time, with all the gear they needed for the day amd mever once left before they were finished for the day. They are first class, no complaints at all.

A new composite front door. Friendly and helpful salesman. Needed planning permission Polycastle sorted it all out for me kept me informed of each process. Informed me when they were coming to install the door and time of arrival. Workmen were very friendly . They did a professional job and cleaned up after them. I am very pleased with the door looks good and works perfectly. Very pleased with everything from start to finish. Yes I would recommend Polycastle to any one.

Absolutely fantastic, clean, quick and courteous. Fantastic job. Initially I only wanted 4 windows replacing, another company's quote was too high compared to Polycastle, whose whole house quote was cheaper! A company that can't be beaten.
