Ivan did a really excellent job of replacing our existing boiler. We moved to a combi, so he had to adapt the pipe network and remove tanks and a cylinder. He kept mess to a minimum and the system has worked perfectly since. We've used him previously, and have been happy, but this was a much larger job, and he didn't disappoint us. He is a perfectionist, and willingly goes the extra mile.

I had no hot water. I called in Power Estates as I have used them before. I asked for a boiler service. As well as service they checked the thermostat in the bathroom. I also asked him to help unblock a bathroom sink. The serviceman was friendly and neat, he was ok to do the extra jobs to make sure my household plumbing was working fine

Our boiler was making a terrible noise and throwing the occasional error code. We had used Ivan before and still had his details. We called him on Friday and he was able to come on Monday. He did some initial work to improve the boiler that day but we were in need of a full strip down and a proper service and so we arranged that for the following day. Ivan was very knowledgeable, he had to negotiate our awkward kitchen cupboard and he completed the job in the morning. He worked in a clean and methodical way and he charged a very fair price. I have no problems using him regularly and would recommend him to others.

Ivan had a look at our boiler before Christmas and carried out a service on it. He also bled some radiators for us. He's a really good guy, always does the work well. He's clean and efficient and goes above and beyond. Have used before and would recommend him to others.

We had a major leak from a hot water pipe that was dripping and it dripped into another flat and caused significant damage. Ivan changed the pipe and fixed it. He always turns up when he says he will. Very personable and always picks up the phone. A reliable trader. I use him regularly and would recommend him to others.
