I had a drain that was partially blocked and got a recommendation for Power Rod from a neighbour. They showed up within a couple of hours of my call, the guy spent a while diagnosing how all my drains were connected up, then quickly found the problem and took care of it. All within an hour or so. Prices were clearly explained to me on the phone when I first called and the job was completed with the expected cost. Would recommend.

Power Rod provided excellent service in carrying out a drains survey for our house and were helpful from the initial enquiry. After examining the drains with CCTV, they were able to explain their findings very clearly. They followed up with a detailed report and CCTV Survey. Really good value for all the work involved.

I received a prompt response from Sean to my initial inquiry about a non-standard, non-urgent problem. A few days later the engineer, Tim, carried out the CCTV survey, answered my questions and provided some pointers for a way forward. In addition, during the Investigations, he discovered an about-to-be-problematic blockage in the foul drain which he cleared. I would certainly recommend Power Rod Home Counties.

Dealt with a blocked drain. Went beyond just clearing the blockage, checking with a camera to find the root cause, which was ironically roots growing into the drain which he cleared with a pressure washer. Recommended the drain be lined at some point in the future, and did all this in the callout time without large extra fees. This is the 2nd time I've used them and they are my go-to people for any work like this.

Powered came to my property to clear a storm drain which had become clogged with earth following some building work. The chap turned up on time, was polite and cleared the blockage quickly and at a reasonable price.

I phoned Power Rod on the 28th December as our kitchen sink was blocked after Christmas and we couldn't wash up or use the dishwasher it was a nightmare! They came out the next day at 8am and fixed the issue promptly and efficiently, I highly recommend them, great service.
