Paul of PRC is the designated electrical engineer for myenergi products. He came to resolve a warranty issue and went out of his way to remedy the fault of the original installer. He was diligent, courteous and gave fantastic customer service. I am pleased I have met him because now I know of an excellent electrical engineer near me, who can do and is willing to do the whole range of electrical issues. Paul recently fitted an Alpha 10kw battery storage system consisting of 2 Alpha Smile B3 plus 5kw batteries. He also installed a Zappi smart car charger and an Eddi power diverter for our hot water system. He was extremely polite, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. He explained everything very clearly throughout the whole process, and did a superb job. The whole installation has been excellently done. He clearly takes pride in his work and the entire installation was left clean and tidy. Paul has just fitted a second Zappi EV charger along with a new consumer unit, Paul arrived on schedule, carried out all works to the highest of standards even the cables looked neat! Communicated throughout from start to finish, very professional in both appearance and demeanour, added my Zappi to an existing one, all connected and working alongside one another so nothing for me to do, explained to myself and my wife in ways we’d both fully understand how this would all operate together. I asked for a quote via the myenergi site. I received three quotes on line with no other contact. Paul was the other person to quote, he called be to explain he would much rather see the job then quote. He arrived on time was really helpful and a nice guy. He sent a quote that night. We then changed our mind about location and asked if it was possible. He made it clear that he would do whatever we needed and it was no problem. He arrived on time to fit the Zappi Charger. Routed all the cables carefully and tidied up some other wires around the house and in the distributer box without being asked. He paid special attention to the siting of the box so it looked nice. Paul is not only a helpful reasonably priced skilled tradesmen with great attention to detail he is also a nice guy too. A pleasure to have at the house who will be invited back when we have solar fitted to fit the Eddie and Harvey.

Paul turned up on the same day as my phone call to ask if he would quote for my installation. He listened to my requirements, but also offered advice, which I requested and accepted. Paul put himself out to do my installation on the following Saturday, knowing I was getting the EV on the following Tuesday. Paul turned up on time and he was very focused and thoroughly methodical, from laying out his tools to making sure the cable run and siting of the Zappi were pleasing to the eye as well as optimal electrically. Paul was very patient to answer all my questions, which I asked out of interest in what he was doing. He thoroughly tested the installation and issued a very comprehensive Electrical Installation Certificate and Building Regulations Compliance Certificate. Paul cleared up after his work and took the waste home with him. Paul is very friendly and polite and easy to get on with. After obtaining 3 quotes it was obvious that PRC Electrical Services Ltd was head and shoulders above the competition. Paul took time to reveiw what was required, took photos and explained the job installation in detail and provided the reassurance I needed from a contracter. A full breakdown of the work was provided in a written quotation for the installation of an electric cooker, new Fuse Board and cabling. Paul was on time, cleaned, tidied, and explained the installation process as he went. Thoroughly professional, and made me feel very at ease whilst the work was being completed. Paul came round to fit an EV charger, he arrived promptly and got started straight away, we all had covid but Paul was happy to carry out the work, we communicated through a window. Once fitted he tested it and it was found to be faulty. Paul couldn’t apologise enough and rang the supplies to arrange a replacement. He came back as promised on the Friday and changed it over and took his time in explaining how it works, all socially distanced. Today I had a Zappi EV charging point fitted by Paul. All I can say is that a 5-star rating is not high enough. Paul arrived at the agreed time, we discussed fitting options and work commenced in an extraordinarily organised and professional manner. PRC Electrical was recommended to me by MyEngergi for a 'Zappi' EV charger inquiry as a qualified / approved Zappi installer. I chose PRC out of several recommended contractors as I wanted additional work carried out such as upgrading my main consumer unit, adding 16amp garden power and 32Amp EV feed to a detached Garage where the EV charger is located. Paul Cowell @ PRC was really easy to talk to, gave solid advice in an easy to understand way.
