Our emergency drainage insurance sent plumbers who told us it would cost more than £1500 to fix our blocked pipe. The insurance then said we weren’t covered at all! I used the Which? trusted trader website to find Premier drainage. They came the next day and fixed the problem, within an hour and for under £100. They were efficient, professional and got the job done. I was very happy with their honest service and would definitely use them again.

Had problems with a blocked drain. Premier came at time agreed and Aaron was really helpful, dealing with problem efficiently. Had a different problem a few weeks later and was happy to use Premier again who again came as scheduled. Happy to recommend.

We originally asked for an estimate for a new soakaway having been told by other drainage "specialists" that our existing one was blocked and exhausted. Premier Drainage (Aaron) recommended an attempt to clear the blockage before embarking upon the costly new soak away. After a couple of hours they were able to clear the blockage and made the rainwater soakaway serviceable once more. I have no doubt that other companies would have just installed a new soakaway costing between £5000 -£10000. Excellent work, timely, tidy and courteous - Thank you

Called Premier Drainage Company early morning to help out with a blocked external kitchen drain. I received a prompt reply clarifying when I could expect the engineer, what would be the charge (hourly rate without call charge) and how long it was likely to take. The engineer came on time and sorted out the problem within the time frame I had been given. He was careful in the way he proceeded, answering my questions, giving advice to prevent further blockages, and cleaned up nicely before departing. The charge matched the quote, which appeared very reasonable. Quotes were also given for two old manhole covers that need replacing. I would certainly call them again.

Having spent a lot of time and money trying to fix a blocked kitchen sink ourselves, and with no luck in removing the blockage we called Premier Drainage Company having seen their reviews here. Absolutely could not have asked for better service throughout. Within 2 hours of calling, Aaron turned up and he efficiently dealt with the blockage. All mess was cleared up and price was as quoted over the phone, which was reasonable and in line with other companies usual quotes. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would absolutely use them again in future if I have a similar problem. Thanks for offering such a great service throughout.

I think these guys were without doubt the best tradesmen to ever set foot in my house, an 11 out of 10! So helpful, courteous, diligent and timely. The job was daunting, potentially intrusive and disruptive and I expected the worst, yet nothing could have been further from the truth. Total professionals and I would highly recommend to anyone with drainage problems. They were a pleasure to have around.

We telephoned at 8.00am and my call was answered in a polite and courteous manner. Their charges were made clear on the telephone and they arrived within 1.5 hours of the call. The drain was quickly unblocked and the driveway cleaned. All in all a professional service and value for money; bearing in mind it was a Saturday on New Year’s Eve, we definitely have no hesitation in recommending them.
