I have more experience than most with heating and plumbing services because of my job. This company is one of the best I have used, far better than British Gas. I have used them on three occasions, they turn up when they say they will. Do a good job and clean up after themselves, I would like to specially mention Helen in the office and Carl. Both excellent at their jobs

I have used Premier Heating for several years for boiler servicing. After deciding that I needed a new one, Zac came and carried out a survey and we discussed my options. This resulted in me choosing a new combi boiler. A lot of work was involved as the old tanks and defunct pipework etc. had to be removed. The fitters were here for three days, during which time I was informed of the progress of the work. A total of six different fitters were involved and I have to say that they were all lovely to have around, very polite, considerate and tidy. I'm now looking forward to seeing how the new system works during the cold weather. I'm confident that if I have any problems they will be dealt with promptly. As the result of my experiences with Premier Heating I can thoroughly recommend them and therefore can give them 5 stars.

I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating Solutions who last week fitted a new gas boiler and hot water tank complete with a system power flush in our bungalow. Everything went to schedule with no delay. Callum and Harley were friendly, polite and extremely professional explaining everything as they progressed. They were very neat and tidy and limited the disruption caused to the hot water system during their work. Without doubt the best plumbers we have experienced over the last few years. Because of our softened water we had a stainless steel Atag boiler fitted as opposed to a standard boiler which would not be compatible with the soft water. The Premier Club service plan seems to be better than equivalent plans from major suppliers and for about 50p per day has given us peace of mind. The warranty period for the boiler is good, again better than competitors. Must not forget the office staff (Michelle) who were also excellent in arranging the deliveries and rubbish collection immediately at the end of the job.

I was impressed from the minute I made an email enquiry about replacing a faulty shower pump. A very professional website and team of colleagues both in the office and in the field. I received an almost immediate response with an outlined quote and online ability to agree the quote. The cost was not the cheapest but you pay for quality and this firm has definite quality - the quote was the price I paid. I only wish that I had discovered this company before now. I had to telephone several times and spoke to Steve, Rich and Helen all of whom were friendly, professional, patient and very reassuring. I was very impressed with everyone's 'can do' approach . I had to have several visits over a couple of weeks (as the result of a manufacturer sending two faulty replacement shower pumps and insisting on alterations to pipework) and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot commend Andy highly enough and Carl too, both gave clear explanations of what was being done and went the extra mile answering all of my many questions. A thank you also to Neil who helped with communication with the pump manufacturer and Steve too who also did work as part of the job. Everyone left the area clean and clear of debris and very respectful of my pale carpet. I highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions and I have already told friends about them. I will not hesitate to contact them when my boiler needs replacing .

I contacted Premier Heating when our water tank was overflowing through the external outlet pipe. The company responded to my call in a timely manner and sent Andy to fix it. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the broken float valve which rectified the problem. He arrived on time, was very tidy and thorough and checked everything was working afterwards, including our heating. Andy noticed that when he tried to turn the water off prior to fixing the overflowing tank, the stopcock inside the house was difficult to turn and was leaking slightly. He gave us a quote for replacing the stopcock which we accepted and he came back to do this job. As before, he arrived on time. In order to replace the internal stopcock, he had to turn off the mains water supply using the external stopcock outside the hose. This proved a mammoth task as it was deep underground and had become buried with soil. Andy painstakingly removed all the soil and eventually manage to locate the stopcock and turn the water off. I was very impressed by his perseverance and determination to get the job done. Premier Heating clearly believe in looking after their customers. We will certainly use them again.

He attended to service my boiler and found it not working to its full potential, raised a very competitive fixed price quotation and re-attended to fit the part.
