James and the various lads who came to assist were unfailingly cheerful, energetic, and efficient. An absolute mare's nest of pipes and joints was simplified, and I'm very pleased with how it looks now. They cleared up after themselves and left the place very clean and tidy.

The service I received from Premier Heating Solutions was amazing. Right from the initial quote which was clearly broken down, through to the install, everything was handled professionally and on time. We had a new boiler fitted by Aaron who was excellent, really knowledgeable and efficient - exceptional. I would 100% recommend using this company - they do exactly what they say they are going to do - a rare find nowadays!

Premier Heating were extremely helpful and professional from the quotation visit, where James explained everything in thorough detail, to the completion of the work, where Vernon stayed into the evening to make sure everything was finished. Communication with the office was prompt and helpful and the work was scheduled within a couple of weeks. Several jobs were required and Vernon managed to complete them all the same day. Care was taken to explain all possible options, and the work was completed to a very high standard. Good tradesmen are hard to find, so I would strongly recommend!

Rubbish!
Booked my first appointment with this company and was advised the appointment was between 7am and 1pm. I received regular emails about the booking, reminding me of it and to be sure to let them know if I need to cancel. I get up at 6.00am, having made arrangements to stay at home for the day, remove all the aesthetic housing and clear a works area. At nearly 10am I receive a call from Helen, "unfortunately your engineer is sick and won't be coming, I'd like to schedule another day" Really? No apology and the arrogant assumption I would like to have another let down like today is not the way to do business.

Hi, Thanks for the review. We aim to offer five-star service every time and when we get reviews like this it's always a tough one to swallow. We take all feedback very seriously, so I've had a look into this for you and wanted to provide you with an overview of the situation from our perspective. I can see that you were booked for a morning appointment, which we offer between the hours of 9AM and 1PM. Unfortunately, your engineer wasn't very well on that particular day so we called to ask if it was possible to reschedule and this was carried out approximately 40 mins after our office opened at 9AM. In this type of situation it's rare that an appointment is rescheduled; however, as I'm sure you recall there was a major storm that affected most of the UK that day and by 9AM it was already causing our engineers lots of issues with fallen trees, power cuts and traffic jams. Because of this, we were forced to prioritise our workload for the day and identify the most urgent and vulnerable customers. Before we spoke to anyone, it was important to understand who was without heating or hot water and who was at risk. At this point, we had no idea how bad the storm was going to get so we needed to make sure that these customers were dealt with first. As you had heating and hot water, you were identified as low risk and we contacted you and several others to make you aware of the situation. As previously discussed, we're really sorry for any inconvenience this caused you.

The engineer was very punctual and observed the Covid guidelines correctly. He detected one potentially dangerous fault which he was able to resolve on the spot. He was very thorough and very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Although a routine service usually takes about one hour, he continued to work until he had made sure everything was fully functional and safe even though it took him nearly two hours to do so. He was polite and very good-natured. Five stars are very well deserved.

This was the first service after the new boiler was installed last year. Steve carried out a thorough service, and cleaned the magnetic filter (very dirty), and then bled all the boilers. An excellent job and a pleasure to do business with. Thoroughly recommend the company.

Callum did a first rate job with great attention to detail. He was happy and friendly even though the garage where he was working was freezing. Everything was left clean and tidy. Could not be faulted. The whole company needs to be commended for their professionalism and work ethics. From my first phone enquiry to the finished job they were all nothing but responsive and helpful. Why are there not more companies like this?
