Turned up on time, were clean, careful and businesslike. Completed the work in good time, and the system works well, no hesitation in recommending them at all. Have a service contract with them taken out at the time, they contact me when service is due, and again provide an excellent service. They turn up on time, get on with it, clean up as required, are always courteous and friendly, explaining as and when required what they are doing.

Premier Heating installed a new boiler 1 year ago, which was a great experience. Proactively contacted me for the annual service. Next day Engineer arrived within the agreed time window. Great first impression of the Engineer was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Also efficient and went above & beyond with questions whilst he was here. Would have no qualms recommending Premier Heating. Was a nice to experience an engineer who appeared to enjoy his job & engaging with customers!

After a boiler failure Premier were recommended as approved installers through the rapid install scheme with Worcester Bosch. From survey through to installation and follow up... great communication and the engineers were prompt, efficient and friendly, which is a relief when you have no heating or hot water and have a family member with a severe disability. Small issues were dealt with quickly and effectively and I am more than pleased with my new Smart Boiler and Premier Heating Solutions. Zach, James and Steve did a great job and that is why I would recommend Premier. I have also signed up for the Gas Boiler Service Plan that gives me peace of mind that any future issues will dealt with by the professional team at Premier! Thanks!

I have been using the company for several years which speaks for itself. They are consistently reliable professional and good to communicate with. Looking at the job done yesterday which was to replace 3 toilet pans and covers they turned up on time, took all the measures needed to protect the carpets, took all the time needed to remove the old sealant (difficult and time-consuming) and cleaned up thoroughly. Both engineers (one an apprentice) were polite and communicative. In summary a top class experience. In addition the company had previously spent a lot of time and resource to find replacement pan seats and covers for the old toilet pans. None of the right size could be located which was my expectation but the fact that the company did extensive research was typical of their normal high standards.

We were used to a call from our plumber who fitted our Boiler a few years ago for its annual service. When he retired we lost the reminder process until I came across the need again by accident. Fortunately, I had the e-mail of a plumber who now works for Premier Heating who arranged for a visit from a member of their team. Steve came and did a first class job , quick, clean and a nice guy as a bonus. We immediately booked him to complete fitting of Thermostats to all the necessary radiators. He completed this satisfactorily, despite having to deal with some long-established pipework. He'd be welcome back any time it's necessary. Super service from the Company.

Excellent installation of a complete replacement heating system

After our old heating system failed we took the decision to completely replace the system including the hot water cylinder. From the very beginning the team of engineers were polite, efficient, tidy and caring. Throughout the six days of work they kept us fully informed of what was going to be happening. This enabled us to keep to separate rooms in our house to enable them to work safely and efficiently. I particularly liked the fact that we would receive an Email informing us of the engineer(s) who would be attending on a daily basis (on one day we had a team of five engineers working on the system).

Really pleased with Premier Heating. They installed a new gas boiler and upgraded the central heating system about 8 years ago for us and we have been using Premier Heating ever since to service the boiler. They are excellent in every way.

This is the first time we have used Premier as our previous plumber is retiring. The task was to fit a new kitchen tap so I was a little worried we would not get much attention as it is a small job. They were excellent - the plumber went out of his way for us. He had to go to a plumbers merchant to get an adapter as we had bought a Groehe (European not UK sizing). Despite that we were not charged extra. The pre-visit communication was also excellent.

On calling Premier Heating Solutions Sue was very helpful. Callum the plumber arrived and did an excellent job. He was very quick and efficient. The cost of the job was as quoted. Very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend the Company and will be using them again myself.

From the initial contact, to the quotation (which was lower than the others), and to completion, the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. The quotation was immediate, the installation on the dates we agreed, by James and his colleagues, who arrived punctually, worked really hard until 5pm each day, always with a smile and politeness. The standard of work was excellent and the job was left clean and tidy. The invoice was exactly as agreed. Altogether a very pleasant experience.
