Initial engineer arrived on time and knew exactly what I needed Zack took time to explain to me and to discuss what was needed My installation was exactly on time and Harvey was so polite and knowledgeable. He was also tidy and so professional. I cannot praise this company enough from the Office Staff to the engineers I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I would certainly use them again

Waste of time
Having had there cylinder put in 6 years ago, it failed. After months of back and forth on the warranty and claiming it was a leak elsewhere rather than the cylinder I had to get in two separate plumbers to confirm it was the cylinder. Once they had to accept the problem, they then said the warranty was for only 2 years which wasted 2 months worth of back and forth emails and unnecessary call outs for separate plumbers to prove them wrong. My experience was less than adequate, wasting mine and my Tenants time which unfortunately meant the floor flooded and ruined all the wooden flooring which added to what was already a costly fix

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. The cylinder in question was installed mid 2018 by us for the previous homeowner and, unfortunately, the manufacturer’s warranty had expired at the time the issue arose. While we understand the situation was frustrating, we did carry out a site visit and shared our findings, including signs of water above the cylinder and on the shelf and walls. We appreciate that you sought further opinions and understand that the issue caused disruption to both yourself and your tenant. While we strive to assist wherever we can, we’re limited in what we can offer outside warranty periods.

My toilet cistern ceased to flush this morning on a Sunday. Needing urgent help I sent an email to Premier Heating Solutions not expecting a reply until Tuesday, but at least I was hoping from a firm I've used before and trust to get the ball rolling . Within a few minutes of sending my email I had a phone call from a pleasant young lady, she said we can get a plumber to you today, but at this time I cannot say exactly when. The plumber Chris arrived rang the bell and introduced himself, I told him the toilet was at the top of the stairs, he went up and tried a few things then told me it needs a new syphon and he needed to go back to the office to collect one. He did that and upon his arrival showed me exactly what he was fitting and how it worked. He went upstairs did the job made sure it was working well and cleaned up. He came back down the stairs and showed me the old syphon, he explained that he had fitted a more modern one that did not use a diaphragm. Chris all I can say is between you and Premier Heating Solutions you have done a fantastic job and to add to it the total time from my email to you ,Premier Heating Solutions took approx 4 hours, very satisfactory the work 4 hours yes and on a Sunday morning prior to the Monday Bank Holiday ( MAY DAY) Chris you did a wonderful for a widower and like most older men we need the toilet more often. Thanks a million Chris you did a great job.

Premier heating were recommended by a neighbour following the breakdown of our old oil boiler. I contacted Premier at 8.30am and their engineer was on site at 6pm, and after a detailed inspection provided a competitive quote on site and for the work to commence in 14 days. The work was carried on time and as agreed. We were very pleased with the result.

My boiler failed just a week before an extended period in hospital. Zach and the team stepped in at short notice and with genuine concern to quote for and organise what was a moderately complex replacement and installation. During the installation and various other fixes necessary we met a number of the engineers Shaun, Phil, George, Craig, Andy all clearly happy to work for Premier and focused on getting the job complete to a good standard. Premier are a very slick organisation with the ability to move engineers and reschedule almost on an hourly basis to deal with emergencies. The boiler installation including roofing work and a scaffolding was all completed seamlessly and to the planned schedule on time by clearly technically competent engineers. The customer service provided by the team back in the office was excellent. With a moderately complex installation there are inevitably some issues but none serious and the issues were dealt with willingly like nothing was too much trouble. I’m looking forward to on going good service backed up by the very good guarantees they offer on Worcester-Bosch products. I would have no problem recommending Premier to others.

Our ancient oil fired boiler decided to give up just before we went on holiday in March. While away I searched the internet, trying to avoid spending hours calling lots of heating and plumbing firms to discover a long list of reasons why they couldn’t quickly replace our boiler. I found Premier’s website which described exactly what I needed (a new, high quality Oil fired boiler pretty much immediately, capability to quickly resolve any associated problems with plumbing and fittings, and the service and support to match). The site was written in a way that suggested they really knew what they were doing and really understood what it’s like to cope with a failed boiler and all the issues that come with that. So, without any recommendation or experience of dealing with them, I contacted Premier and booked an appointment. What followed was exactly as described on their website. Excellent communication, very quick response, knowledgeable staff who kept us very fully informed, both remotely and on site, and very neat and clean workmanship installing top quality products. There’s not much more anybody could ask for (maybe a little cheaper?) 😀. Within 7 days of our return from holiday we’d had a survey of our heating, agreed what needed doing, had a new boiler, pump and various valves, a repositioned flue (as an afterthought), new (smart) thermostatic controls, and all checked, tested and running well. Fantastic!

Over the last 8 years I have used Premier Heating Solutions for various repairs and annual service of my heating system. My contact with the engineers and office staff has always been very reliable and efficient plus their advice easily understood. It's been my annual boiler service time and an 18 year old boiler had failed so a new one was required. Andy, the engineer, took photos and explained the various options including bringing the gas meter pipework up to today's requirements. Whilst he was still at the house a quote was obtained from the office. The new boiler was fitted this week and again engineer, George, worked in a very clean and efficient way leaving me feeling confident in what had been done by explaining and showing photographs. Thank you Premier Heating Solutions staff.

Winter time and a new boiler needed.

Our existing boiler failed early during a very cold February. After the initial examination by our service contractor the insurers decided the boiler was beyond economic repair. Obtained four quotes from four installers. Chose Premier not because they were the cheapest, but they seemed to know what they were talking about. We also had a radiator changed at the same time. The installers arrived promptly. One began by draining the system and removing the old boler whilst the other dealt with the radiator. By early afternoon the boiler was installed and ready for commissioning. By the end of the day we had a warm house once again. Shortly after the boiler was removed and stood by the front door a knock on the door revealed a 'scrap metal' dealer offering to take the boiler away. I explained that the company nhad its own arrangements for dealing with scrap, he insisted on speaking to the 'plumber'. He firmly dealt with the man, a common occurence apparently. All in all a great service from Premier.

I just can’t thank Premier Heating Solutions enough for their fantastic response to my burst water tank - which had ruined my boiler in the frozen early days of spring. They came to my property on the morning I called, evaluated the condition of the boiler and came up with a number of options to get me back on track, at differing price points. We were able to agree a way forward and the engineers were with me for the next two days. Chris and Ollie were very knowledgeable, professional and likeable and all the stops were pulled out to get me fully up and running, with checks over time and due diligence taken. I am warm again at last thanks to Premier Heating Solutions!
