Premier Heating replaced my broken unvented megaflow tank, plus updated pipework and valves to make safe. Andy and James, both unvented qualified engineers were young professionals, very knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and both really helpful. They finished sooner than expected although worked right through from 8.30-6.30pm leaving everything as was. Very very pleased to find a trustworthy company with conscientious engineers who know what they’re doing. I’ll certainly recommend.

Replacement Boiler

We have used Premier Heating Solutions for about 10 years for our oil boiler maintenance and heating system repairs. As a company they are good to work with and give job costings up front. All the staff we have dealt with over the years have been polite, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. Premier Heating replaced our ageing boiler last week. From initial home survey through to completion everyone was great to deal with. Although the replacement boiler was the same make and model (Grant Vortex Pro System) it wasn’t a straightforward job. Both Kirk and Chris were great throughout the three days it took to complete the installation and didn’t let things get them down. I definitely recommend Premier Heating Solutions for oil boiler maintenance and replacement.

Harley and Tyler were professional prompt and tidy, and did a brilliant job. I'd especially like to mention how much we appreciate the job they did, as our location has loads of challenges relating to parking, access to parts of the building and generally wonky walls, ceilings and floors, which they just took in their stride, and were very patient about. Highly recommended.

New boiler installation

We recently had a new boiler and associated pipework installed along with a full system power flush. Following a recommendation from a neighbour the process from start to finish was excellent and stress free. From the initial enquiry on line to a follow up conversation with Michelle in the office explaining what happens during our site visit. Zach was very informative and spent the time explaining the process from start to finish and accommodated our needs and various questions when we got the quote done at the house. On the first day of the installation both Harley and George worked very hard to get the system installed and up and running. Both were very professional and work conscious and left the home very clean. They were both very friendly and approachable. Second day of work which involved the system flush and completing the remaining installation was done by Chris who was again very professional , polite and knowledgeable. Credit to both George and Chris as we were made aware this was their first week with the company. Dealing with Premier Heating Solutions has been a joy from the start and we would highly recommend to anybody if anyone asked for recommendations on a company for a new boiler. Thank you again for all your hard work, great communication and continued support when there was a slight issue with the hot water, this was resolved efficiently and with our any problems which was much appreciated.

Annual Boiler Service

A few days before the annual Boiler Service a leak developed. When the engineer Steve Barnes arrived, I explained the fault and he investigated and was able to fix the leak by replacing the faulty module and continue to complete the boiler service. This meant that an extra call out was not necessary to fix the leak which he did not know about before arriving and therefore a very satisfactory outcome with the boiler leak being fixed and the annual service completed.

Power flush of CH system

It was the 1st time I used Premier Heating Solution to repair my Central Heating - It required a power flush of the system and change of several aging radiator valves. Firstly I was pleasantly surprised with a prompt and helpful response from the office staff over the phone, only to be matched with the early start of their engineer coming to do the job. And that was not all - Andy was nice, polite and knowledgeable young engineer, willing to explain any silly question I could throw on him, and at the same time, work hard to finish the job well and on time. Also I was quite impressed with his / company's equipment - He had every single (modern) tool to do the job and to do it with great confidence. Overall very happy experience. Thank you

Clear pricing for boiler replacement, on time and polite

I chose Premier Heating for a boiler replacement on the basis of the competitive, clear and transparent pricing (with breakdown of cost of each element), which allowed easy comparison with quotes from other providers. Reasons for various elements of the work were explained (and I then verified) therefore building trust in the basis for the quote. The quote came in the form of a clear and easy to read/understand online document. There were some finance options, which I hadn't expected. The installation team arrived on time, completed the work in the indicated timeframe and were polite and careful not to leave a mess. I am pleased with the new boiler and sales/installation process. I would therefore recommend this company.

Had a new boiler fitted at very short notice as we had no heating - we were booked in within 2 days of calling. The work was completed over two visits and all three engineers were fantastic - Billy, Karl and Anthony. Professional, friendly and tidy. Very pleased with the work.

We had an odd issue with the hot water that Irfan was able to solve for us in a timely and efficient way. He was very polite and informed us what the problem was (three way valve not closing) and he changed it. Again we were very impressed with response both from Irfan and the office. Well done.
