The engineer was very punctual and observed the Covid guidelines correctly. He detected one potentially dangerous fault which he was able to resolve on the spot. He was very thorough and very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Although a routine service usually takes about one hour, he continued to work until he had made sure everything was fully functional and safe even though it took him nearly two hours to do so. He was polite and very good-natured. Five stars are very well deserved.

This was the first service after the new boiler was installed last year. Steve carried out a thorough service, and cleaned the magnetic filter (very dirty), and then bled all the boilers. An excellent job and a pleasure to do business with. Thoroughly recommend the company.

Callum did a first rate job with great attention to detail. He was happy and friendly even though the garage where he was working was freezing. Everything was left clean and tidy. Could not be faulted. The whole company needs to be commended for their professionalism and work ethics.
