Replacement combi boiler Excellent communication throughout, prompt competitive quote, engineers arrived on time and worked hard all day. Very polite and professional. Dave came to replace our two motorised valves for heating and hot water as they were leaking. He arrived, prepared the area including protecting the floors and got to work. He explained what he was going to do, and got on with it. A short while later it was all done (far quicker than I thought it would be). All was tested, all radiators bled and he stayed a while longer to make sure as much air as possible was cleared from the system. I have used Premier Heating a number of times now - once for fitting my new boiler, for an annual service (that I have on a service plan with them) and now this. Very happy with the service given every time and will be the company I go to for any future issues.

They appear to be a successful company and deservedly so. The quotation was the best of three by a healthy margin, especially when compared with a nationwide supplier but the quality of workmanship, approach to the job and pleasant personality in no way reflected other than total satisfaction. It is early days but I have complete confidence that should there be a cause for concern, it will be addressed with equal professionalism and I will have no hesitation in recommending this company. One minor irritation. I was emailed the final invoice on the day of completion and contacted early the following day seeking payment. Fortunately, I had no reason to withhold payment and so all was well. I hesitate to award five stars on all three counts (nothing is that good) but I cannot think of a justifiable reason not to do so.

Our boiler was due to be replaced on a Monday morning following a snowy weekend … Luke arrived early in time to find me trying to clear a safe path to our front door - and immediately started helping, which was much appreciated. Dave and Barry then arrived, and the installation work all went smoothly. They also did a great job of clearing up afterwards. My husband had been very impressed by Phil's knowledgeable and professional approach when quoting for the work and we are very pleased with the results. We'd have no hesitation using Premier Heating Solutions again or in recommending them.
