We had major vibrations coming from the central heating system, and no one could work out where it was coming from. After three visits, Dave found that it was a leak in underfloor pipes, by way of a process of elimination, and that it was pipes contracting after the heating was switched off that caused the vibrations - which mainly started at about 1am in the morning, for some weeks. We were very pleased with Dave’s work and his process for finding the problem. No one else we asked had a clue as to what the cause was. We would highly recommend this firm again.

They appear to be a successful company and deservedly so. The quotation was the best of three by a healthy margin, especially when compared with a nationwide supplier but the quality of workmanship, approach to the job and pleasant personality in no way reflected other than total satisfaction. It is early days but I have complete confidence that should there be a cause for concern, it will be addressed with equal professionalism and I will have no hesitation in recommending this company. One minor irritation. I was emailed the final invoice on the day of completion and contacted early the following day seeking payment. Fortunately, I had no reason to withhold payment and so all was well. I hesitate to award five stars on all three counts (nothing is that good) but I cannot think of a justifiable reason not to do so.

We went with Premiere Heating as Phil was very professional, knowledgeable and gave us a quote that was in line with expectations- then and there. Within a day of accepting the quote online they had started work and we had a boiler installed and up and running, even with gas redirection by the end of the same day. It was very impressive operation, the team were all really helpful and wanted to ensure that the job got completed in time. Nothing was too much trouble. They even dis-assembled then reassembled a bunk bed to get to the floor. They cleaned up after and left no mess, replaced carpets as they were and made sure we were happy with the boiler and how it worked. We will definitely be using them again! Great value and swift work executed to a great standard- thank you!

The positive experience with Premier Heating started with a very thorough quote. Phil took his time, explained the options, listened to my questions and provided a quote. He was flexible in agreeing payment terms and adding an extra component. Rob and James arrived to do the installation work. They did a great job, very neat work, perfect match of the brickwork, and a good installation including the extra component. The boiler installation was finished in one day and Rob came back the next day for the power flush. The job was finished on time and to budget. The entire experience was positive, good clear communication from start to finish, excellent quality of work and a great team.

Really liked this service. Guy came round. Talked us through the work. Really easy to understand. Quote very straightforward and clearly itemised. Premier Heating Solutions replaced an existing very old oil boiler with a new Worcester Bosch gas boiler. Very happy with the quality of the the work that was done and the friendly and professional manner of Callum who did the bulk of the work. He worked through a number of minor hiccups in a very professional manner and because Premier are not just a one man operation he could call in other colleagues to help to ensure the installation was completed on time. In particular, James came up with a very neat solution as to where to position the soak-away for the boiler condensate! I would definitely recommend Premier to anyone considering replacing their boiler.
