The engineer wasn’t due until the afternoon, but rang in the morning to see if it was ok with me if he came early, which suited me better, so I agreed. He arrived and carried out my boiler service as arranged with the least disruption to me possible, along with a thorough check on the whole system, and noted the inhibitor in the radiators was low and so topped it up. I have the Premier heating members service, which is great as I can call on them anytime with problems, so it gives me peace of mind.

Premier heating from initial talks to completion of work took less than a week and a half. We had Chris and George as our fitters, and they arrived promptly at 8 am. We had a split air conditioning installation. Living room and master bedroom. What was easily a day and a half's work was finished in one day. The guys worked till 8.20 pm to get the job finished on a Friday, may I add. Friendliest, nicest guys you could meet. Only stopping for half an hour for lunch, not to mention the 31-degree heat. Informed throughout the day how they were getting on. I felt bad that they worked so long, but they were only concerned that we were happy. I could go on, but in a nutshell, absolutely brilliant. Thanks, guys. Highly recommend.

Twin Boiler Installation
Premier Heating provided a first class service from the initial enquiry/survey of our own and parents, houses boiler replacement, to completion. The fitting teams turned up when they said they would and were extremely courteous through out the installation. Explaining clearly what they were doing to our elderly parents. Everything was done and completed as advised and on time . No surprises. We would have no hesitation in recommending this business.

The team worked hard on a complicated job and was completed in one day. This was a better solution to a problem I had. Care was taken not to leave marks and all mess and rubbish removed on completion. Result: problem solved and better water pressure! From our first contact with this company, their professionalism, politeness and transparency made them a rare stand-out. Having recently been the victim of nationally-recognised (and supposedly highly-recommended) scam plumbers, we were nervous - we’re not in our first flush of youth, and needed help with a boiler problem. From our very first contact with Premier Heating Solutions to the pristine state of our kitchen after a full boiler installation, we quickly realised that if more companies operated as considerately, transparently, honestly and professionally as this one does, TrustPilot would be out of a job! Customer service from every single member of the team we had contact with was outstanding. Engineers who visited our property were beyond helpful and professional. The quote we were given for the work was exactly what we were charged. On each occasion, the kitchen was left absolutely spotless. I really can’t recommend Premier Heating enough. I contacted them as I needed a new water cylinder installed - something I had put off for a while, as I knew it wouldn’t be cheap! From the start, they were fantastic, the people I spoke to from the office as well as the people who came round to survey/install the cylinder, were all brilliant and couldn’t do enough to make sure all my questions were answered. They even sent a little gift after the work was completed which was very much appreciated. I am so pleased I finally got the work done and even more pleased that I chose Premier Heating.

Good work, friendly and helpful plumber but extremely expensive for a small job

I had a leaky pipe in my airing cupboard, Premier came promptly and gave me a quote of £264. Assuming this was a big job (I unfortunately know little about plumbing), I accepted the quote. They came on the day arranged and fixed the leak promptly and professionally. My only gripe is that the plumber took 35 mins to do this, and I fell that this was extortionate for £264. I contacted Premier to express my dismay at the high cost for such a small job but they refused to reduce the price. Possibly their prices are more reasonable for big jobs, but I would not recommend them for small ones.

We have used Premier Heating Solutions on a number of occasions previously and have always been happy with the standard of workmanship. On this occasion the flushing mechanism of a toilet broke. As the toilet was built into a concealed integrated unit we were concerned that replacing the mechanism would not be straight forward, as it would involve cutting away the silicone at the back of the toilet in order to remove the panels from the unit. Andy from Premier Heating Solutions arrived on time, having contacted us in advance to let us know when he would arrive. He carefully removed the panels taking care not to damage them, installed a new toilet fill valve and replaced and re-sealed the panels. The appearance of the repaired toilet unit was excellent and you could not tell the panels had been removed as they looked exactly as they did originally. He then tested the flushing mechanism several time to ensure it was working properly. Once again, we were very pleased with the standard of the work and the care and attention to detail taken when doing the job. Andy was happy to answer any questions we had. We will certainly continue to use Premier Heating in the future.

We chose Premier for a planned LPG boiler replacement because they were local to us and had established an excellent reputation. We were not disappointed. From quotation to completion, they are highly professional and backed up by an excellent back office team and admin systems. To our surprise, the work was completed in one day and we are extremely grateful to engineers George and Harvey for their professionalism, teamwork, for answering all our questions and for the care they took to protect carpets, tidy up etc.

Waste of time
Having had there cylinder put in 6 years ago, it failed. After months of back and forth on the warranty and claiming it was a leak elsewhere rather than the cylinder I had to get in two separate plumbers to confirm it was the cylinder. Once they had to accept the problem, they then said the warranty was for only 2 years which wasted 2 months worth of back and forth emails and unnecessary call outs for separate plumbers to prove them wrong. My experience was less than adequate, wasting mine and my Tenants time which unfortunately meant the floor flooded and ruined all the wooden flooring which added to what was already a costly fix

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. The cylinder in question was installed mid 2018 by us for the previous homeowner and, unfortunately, the manufacturer’s warranty had expired at the time the issue arose. While we understand the situation was frustrating, we did carry out a site visit and shared our findings, including signs of water above the cylinder and on the shelf and walls. We appreciate that you sought further opinions and understand that the issue caused disruption to both yourself and your tenant. While we strive to assist wherever we can, we’re limited in what we can offer outside warranty periods.

My toilet cistern ceased to flush this morning on a Sunday. Needing urgent help I sent an email to Premier Heating Solutions not expecting a reply until Tuesday, but at least I was hoping from a firm I've used before and trust to get the ball rolling . Within a few minutes of sending my email I had a phone call from a pleasant young lady, she said we can get a plumber to you today, but at this time I cannot say exactly when. The plumber Chris arrived rang the bell and introduced himself, I told him the toilet was at the top of the stairs, he went up and tried a few things then told me it needs a new syphon and he needed to go back to the office to collect one. He did that and upon his arrival showed me exactly what he was fitting and how it worked. He went upstairs did the job made sure it was working well and cleaned up. He came back down the stairs and showed me the old syphon, he explained that he had fitted a more modern one that did not use a diaphragm. Chris all I can say is between you and Premier Heating Solutions you have done a fantastic job and to add to it the total time from my email to you ,Premier Heating Solutions took approx 4 hours, very satisfactory the work 4 hours yes and on a Sunday morning prior to the Monday Bank Holiday ( MAY DAY) Chris you did a wonderful for a widower and like most older men we need the toilet more often. Thanks a million Chris you did a great job.

Premier heating were recommended by a neighbour following the breakdown of our old oil boiler. I contacted Premier at 8.30am and their engineer was on site at 6pm, and after a detailed inspection provided a competitive quote on site and for the work to commence in 14 days. The work was carried on time and as agreed. We were very pleased with the result.

5 Star service from a great team

My boiler failed just a week before an extended period in hospital. Zach and the team stepped in at short notice and with genuine concern to quote for and organise what was a moderately complex replacement and installation. During the installation and various other fixes necessary we met a number of the engineers Shaun, Phil, George, Craig, Andy all clearly happy to work for Premier and focused on getting the job complete to a good standard. Premier are a very slick organisation with the ability to move engineers and reschedule almost on an hourly basis to deal with emergencies. The boiler installation including roofing work and a scaffolding was all completed seamlessly and to the planned schedule on time by clearly technically competent engineers. The customer service provided by the team back in the office was excellent. With a moderately complex installation there are inevitably some issues but none serious and the issues were dealt with willingly like nothing was too much trouble. I’m looking forward to on going good service backed up by the very good guarantees they offer on Worcester-Bosch products. I would have no problem recommending Premier to others.
