Replacement of old boiler and repositioning new one, plus full extended flush of 55 year old pipework. All done very professionally and minimum of fuss. Always courteous, prompt and willing to answer dumb questions from me. I would recommend to anyone.

Premier installed a complete new heating system into our house. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and will always be using them in the future. They were professional, very tidy, communicated well and we are extremely happy with the finish of the job. They explained everything clearly and gave a very clear quote which they stuck to. Also, all engineers very friendly and respectful, didn't mind having them in the house for days.

Needed a cast iron radiator installed. The engineer they sent round arrived on time, was courteous throughout, and was extremely helpful with any queries I had. We have an exposed wooden floor, but David managed to get to all the pipework without having to cut any. I'm sure this was more awkward for him but we really appreciate the effort he went to. Very professional service and will be using them again without hesitation.

New radiators and Nest Thermostat Installation

Really pleased with the work. The new radiators were moved into a new position as requested, and they did a really neat job. The pipework channeled into the wall was so tidy! The Nest installation was hassle free, so much so that we wished we'd done it sooner! We're repeat customers and would recommend Premier Heating Solutions.

Removal and installation of a combi-boiler. They ran an hour later than quoted - but traffic due to an accident on the M4 held them up an hour getting here. Nice mannered, friendly and helpful. Just cracked on with the job. Worked like troopers. Highly skilled.

Unfortunately the engineers were held up on route to the property, but once there they worked to complete the boiler installation on time. All our engineers are friendly and polite and pride themselves on doing a first class installation
