Really pleased with the work. The new radiators were moved into a new position as requested, and they did a really neat job. The pipework channeled into the wall was so tidy! The Nest installation was hassle free, so much so that we wished we'd done it sooner! We're repeat customers and would recommend Premier Heating Solutions.

We had an old heat-only boiler replaced together with the usual controls such as programmer and thermostats. The new installation was for a condensing pressurised boiler system using a Which best buy boiler. We also needed extra gas pipe work as the existing supply was inadequate. The work was done over 17th and 18th July as agreed and to the previously accepted price. A number of members of the trader were involved at various stages, but all were friendly and hard working. They happily answered any queries we had and explained how the system worked before completion. There were a few issues that needed resolution before we could sign off the work as complete, but nothing was too much for the team to do and everything was done without fuss. The only point which would help them to be outstanding would be to be more thorough when testing after resolving any problems. That said we would still use them again as the standard of work completed is very good.
