Needed a cast iron radiator installed. The engineer they sent round arrived on time, was courteous throughout, and was extremely helpful with any queries I had. We have an exposed wooden floor, but David managed to get to all the pipework without having to cut any. I'm sure this was more awkward for him but we really appreciate the effort he went to. Very professional service and will be using them again without hesitation.

Removal and installation of a combi-boiler. They ran an hour later than quoted - but traffic due to an accident on the M4 held them up an hour getting here. Nice mannered, friendly and helpful. Just cracked on with the job. Worked like troopers. Highly skilled.

Unfortunately the engineers were held up on route to the property, but once there they worked to complete the boiler installation on time. My wife & 1 year old were unwell; had to sort last minute childcare before going to work so completely forgot we'd booked our annual boiler service. I had planned to clear the area in front of the boiler the evening before... Dave turned up on time and was not phased with a slightly blank look when the front door opened. The boiler is in our garage along with all kinds of stuff/boxes and bits & pieces on their way to charity shop/tip etc. The garage door was opened for him, and he got on with the job. It was only when I popped into the garage a day or so later that I realised how much stuff he had carefully moved out of the way to allow him access to the boiler. He had obviously done this with no fuss, and not a hint of being inconvenienced. It is not the first time we have used Premier Heating Solutions, and Dave exemplifies their punctuality, efficiency and quality, but above all the helpful, no fuss, friendly attitude which we very much appreciate. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you.

Dave came to replace our two motorised valves for heating and hot water as they were leaking. He arrived, prepared the area including protecting the floors and got to work. He explained what he was going to do, and got on with it. A short while later it was all done (far quicker than I thought it would be). All was tested, all radiators bled and he stayed a while longer to make sure as much air as possible was cleared from the system. I have used Premier Heating a number of times now - once for fitting my new boiler, for an annual service (that I have on a service plan with them) and now this. Very happy with the service given every time and will be the company I go to for any future issues.

I cannot praise this company too much. From the moment their representative came to estimate for the work I needed to the time it was completed, I had no problems at all. This was quite a complicated job-removing an oil boiler and fitting a new one outside the house. The people working were knowledgeable, very hard working especially working in freezing conditions. Very clean, pleasant and efficient.
