We have used Premier Heating for many years and have always been happy with their service.This was a new boiler and new valves on all radiators.We were given a quote which we thought was very reasonable and Callum arrived to do the job.He was polite,friendly and very efficient.The job was completed in the allotted time scale and Callum was a very clean and tidy worker and nothing was too much trouble and he was very considerate to our elderly dog who insisted on wandering around.The fee came in right on the quote.Thank you Callum for a excellent job done with the minimum of fuss and thank you Billy and James for their assistance.

The heating system in this newly acquired house needed work on it. The contractor gave sound advice on what was necessary, and subsequently provided a very competitive price. They had previously done work for my son who spoke highly of them. I am very pleased with the work, and am confident the new installation will give the heat and quietness to be expected. Billy, the engineer who did the work, was a pleasure to have about the house and is a great ambassador for the company.

I required a new boiler and searched the internet for local boiler company reviews. I got 4 quotes and checked the latest reviews. Premier Heating were not the cheapest but had great reviews and explained all the options available and how much each version would all cost. I opted for them and agreed a date that suited me as I am still working. The engineer was a young man called James who was exceptionally professional and polite throughout the task. The task was completed as per the schedule and at the original price quoted even though James had to return on a third day to fit an additional part that was identified during the original installation but at no extra cost. The task was not straight forward as I had agreed some minor alterations. James conducted all of the work to a very high standard and refused our assistance in cleaning up on completion doing it all himself. I have highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions to all of my family and friends and would certainly use again, if I required this type of service.

Our annual boiler service was done today (oil boiler). The engineer was polite and professional and seemed to do his job thoroughly and capably. No mess or fuss.

Premier Heating were extremely helpful and professional from the quotation visit, where James explained everything in thorough detail, to the completion of the work, where Vernon stayed into the evening to make sure everything was finished. Communication with the office was prompt and helpful and the work was scheduled within a couple of weeks. Several jobs were required and Vernon managed to complete them all the same day. Care was taken to explain all possible options, and the work was completed to a very high standard. Good tradesmen are hard to find, so I would strongly recommend!

The service I received from Premier Heating Solutions was amazing. Right from the initial quote which was clearly broken down, through to the install, everything was handled professionally and on time. We had a new boiler fitted by Aaron who was excellent, really knowledgeable and efficient - exceptional. I would 100% recommend using this company - they do exactly what they say they are going to do - a rare find nowadays!

I have used Premier Heating on numerous occasions and always found them to be excellent. Yesterday Carl came to install an additional hot water delivery to the kitchen sink. A task not quite as straightforward as it sounds. Suffice to say he persevered and overcame the problems being cheerful and friendly all throughout. Thank you Carl.

I was very pleased with the excellent service carried out on my faulty gas boiler. YourEngineer Neil persevered to discover the problem. He then went and fetched the required part to fix the fault, repaired the boiler and thoroughly tested it to ensure all was OK. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. An excellent service.

Premier Heating Solutions replaced my old radiators, I would thoroughly recommend them, from the initial enquiry through to the installation it was prompt and efficient. Questions were answered really quickly and when I changed my mind on the size of radiators to be installed my order was amended and installed with no problem! The team that deal with enquiries/ quotes were a pleasure to deal with, and Carl who was the heating engineer was polite, efficient, listened to me and resolved any problems. All rooms/ stairs were covered with dust sheets and left clean and tidy.

Had a new boiler fitted at very short notice as we had no heating - we were booked in within 2 days of calling. The work was completed over two visits and all three engineers were fantastic - Billy, Karl and Anthony. Professional, friendly and tidy. Very pleased with the work.

Carl from Premier recently moved two radiators and added a third into our house. The job turned out to be a bit more complex than originally thought, and it took him a bit longer than expected because of the complexities of our house. He was really patient throughout, kept us up to date on what needed to be done and he as really easy to talk to. The works been finished, to a really high standard, and the invoice came through promptly and at the original quote from the office. Couldn’t recommend Premier highly enough, Carl was a super ambassador for the company.

We had premier come over to inspect an overflowing Feed & Expansion in the loft. The issue stemmed from a faulty hot water cylinder. Given that we have future plans to install a heat pump, we wanted to make sure that we didn’t double our costs, by replacing the tank now - only to need to replace the tank again the in future. The Premier team were very knowledgeable and helpful at recommending the work that would need to be done - and complete understood the objective for our future ambitions. Once I had accepted the quote, it only took a week before the work started. The two guys who came to do the fitting were incredibly friendly, and very professional - and they were very respectful of our house, and made sure to protect everywhere where they were working. The work took two days - there was unfortunately a small leak that occurred between the days, as a result of the work they were doing (these things happen), which left some staining on the walls downstairs. To the upmost testimony to the Premier team - they then went above and beyond to make it good - and sent round a fantastic painter and decorator - who painted the entire room for us! (In a colour of our choosing). We are very happy with the work they performed and even happier with the level of after care they provided. Highly recommended indeed.

After having an oil boiler replaced at my previous address, and being very with the quality of service. We decided to use premier Heating Solutions again to replace our gas boiler, a radiator and valves etc. From the sales team to the engineers and the After care, we have been very happy with them. Chris, Karl and team were extremely hard working and knowledgeable, keeping us informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We have had a couple of services in the past 2 years, and lots of work to get our old heating system up to scratch and fit for the future. All the engineers we have had were very experienced, and took the time to explain and answer my multiple questions! Andy Mossop was here this week, and the work he did (change vented system to closed to address several issues, and a powerflush) was very thorough. Very happy to recommend him especially, all the engineers we have seen,and Premier as a company.

A few days before the annual Boiler Service a leak developed. When the engineer Steve Barnes arrived, I explained the fault and he investigated and was able to fix the leak by replacing the faulty module and continue to complete the boiler service. This meant that an extra call out was not necessary to fix the leak which he did not know about before arriving and therefore a very satisfactory outcome with the boiler leak being fixed and the annual service completed.

Having experienced very many problems with boilers over the past 30 + years it has been such a relief to be looked after by a knowlegabel, dedicated, friendly and efficient team. Premier Heating is the best; and being looked after by Steve Barnes is the icing on the cake. Steve carried out an annual service on the Atag and supported his work with detailed and clear explanation on its operation, (I am a retired engineer) and found his knowlegable, truthful details were very encouraging. I recommend Premier Heating to all who maybe interested.
