Premier Heating Solutions Ltd

We have had a couple of services in the past 2 years, and lots of work to get our old heating system up to scratch and fit for the future. All the engineers we have had were very experienced, and took the time to explain and answer my multiple questions! Andy Mossop was here this week, and the work he did (change vented system to closed to address several issues, and a powerflush) was very thorough. Very happy to recommend him especially, all the engineers we have seen,and Premier as a company.

A few days before the annual Boiler Service a leak developed. When the engineer Steve Barnes arrived, I explained the fault and he investigated and was able to fix the leak by replacing the faulty module and continue to complete the boiler service. This meant that an extra call out was not necessary to fix the leak which he did not know about before arriving and therefore a very satisfactory outcome with the boiler leak being fixed and the annual service completed.

Our boiler stopped working and we were left with no hot water or heating. Called Premier Heating and had Luke & Zack take a look and advise on what needed doing. I received a professional quote and top-notch service from their office team and they started work right away. Replaced the boiler and water cylinder with no issue and kept me informed and up to day throughout. Luke carried out the work and was really helpful throughout and went above and beyond to help us out. Will 100% use these guys for servicing and any repairs in the future.

Our existing boiler failed early during a very cold February. After the initial examination by our service contractor the insurers decided the boiler was beyond economic repair. Obtained four quotes from four installers. Chose Premier not because they were the cheapest, but they seemed to know what they were talking about. We also had a radiator changed at the same time. The installers arrived promptly. One began by draining the system and removing the old boler whilst the other dealt with the radiator. By early afternoon the boiler was installed and ready for commissioning. By the end of the day we had a warm house once again. Shortly after the boiler was removed and stood by the front door a knock on the door revealed a 'scrap metal' dealer offering to take the boiler away. I explained that the company nhad its own arrangements for dealing with scrap, he insisted on speaking to the 'plumber'. He firmly dealt with the man, a common occurence apparently. All in all a great service from Premier.

Sunday morning and the hot water is only running warm. I called Premier Heating Solutions and within 2 hours a heating expert was at the property. He fixed the problem and did a health check on the whole system. He understood the large and complex Air Source Heat pump system at the house, which was very impressive. He was really nice and an excellent communicator. I will definitely use Premier Heating Solutions again.

The engineer wasn’t due until the afternoon, but rang in the morning to see if it was ok with me if he came early, which suited me better, so I agreed. He arrived and carried out my boiler service as arranged with the least disruption to me possible, along with a thorough check on the whole system, and noted the inhibitor in the radiators was low and so topped it up. I have the Premier heating members service, which is great as I can call on them anytime with problems, so it gives me peace of mind.

I was hugely impressed by Premier Heating Solutions. From the moment I contacted them, they were efficient, friendly and reliable. They talked me through the possibilities for my new boiler, explained the reasoning behind possible decisions, and carried out the work to a very high standard. Already, I’m impressed with the after-care service and feel as if nothing will be a problem if I contact them. I would recommend them highly.

Installed an AC unit in a bedroom. Team gave me great confidence from the start and installlation was completed as promised with excellent support from everyone involved. Outstanding care was taken to minimise disruption and any dust arising from drilling etc. Only issue was that Daikin failed to supply their unit on time which caused a minor delay to the start.
