Our ancient oil fired boiler decided to give up just before we went on holiday in March. While away I searched the internet, trying to avoid spending hours calling lots of heating and plumbing firms to discover a long list of reasons why they couldn’t quickly replace our boiler. I found Premier’s website which described exactly what I needed (a new, high quality Oil fired boiler pretty much immediately, capability to quickly resolve any associated problems with plumbing and fittings, and the service and support to match). The site was written in a way that suggested they really knew what they were doing and really understood what it’s like to cope with a failed boiler and all the issues that come with that. So, without any recommendation or experience of dealing with them, I contacted Premier and booked an appointment. What followed was exactly as described on their website. Excellent communication, very quick response, knowledgeable staff who kept us very fully informed, both remotely and on site, and very neat and clean workmanship installing top quality products. There’s not much more anybody could ask for (maybe a little cheaper?) 😀. Within 7 days of our return from holiday we’d had a survey of our heating, agreed what needed doing, had a new boiler, pump and various valves, a repositioned flue (as an afterthought), new (smart) thermostatic controls, and all checked, tested and running well. Fantastic!

Over the last 8 years I have used Premier Heating Solutions for various repairs and annual service of my heating system. My contact with the engineers and office staff has always been very reliable and efficient plus their advice easily understood. It's been my annual boiler service time and an 18 year old boiler had failed so a new one was required. Andy, the engineer, took photos and explained the various options including bringing the gas meter pipework up to today's requirements. Whilst he was still at the house a quote was obtained from the office. The new boiler was fitted this week and again engineer, George, worked in a very clean and efficient way leaving me feeling confident in what had been done by explaining and showing photographs. Thank you Premier Heating Solutions staff.

Our existing boiler failed early during a very cold February. After the initial examination by our service contractor the insurers decided the boiler was beyond economic repair. Obtained four quotes from four installers. Chose Premier not because they were the cheapest, but they seemed to know what they were talking about. We also had a radiator changed at the same time. The installers arrived promptly. One began by draining the system and removing the old boler whilst the other dealt with the radiator. By early afternoon the boiler was installed and ready for commissioning. By the end of the day we had a warm house once again. Shortly after the boiler was removed and stood by the front door a knock on the door revealed a 'scrap metal' dealer offering to take the boiler away. I explained that the company nhad its own arrangements for dealing with scrap, he insisted on speaking to the 'plumber'. He firmly dealt with the man, a common occurence apparently. All in all a great service from Premier.

I just can’t thank Premier Heating Solutions enough for their fantastic response to my burst water tank - which had ruined my boiler in the frozen early days of spring. They came to my property on the morning I called, evaluated the condition of the boiler and came up with a number of options to get me back on track, at differing price points. We were able to agree a way forward and the engineers were with me for the next two days. Chris and Ollie were very knowledgeable, professional and likeable and all the stops were pulled out to get me fully up and running, with checks over time and due diligence taken. I am warm again at last thanks to Premier Heating Solutions!

I’d never used the company before but they were the only local company who agreed to come out short notice for zero fee to assess a potential gas leak. The engineer was very thorough and could not find a leak, and provided a certificate to state as such. However a new boiler was recommended (this was not an upsell, we knew our 24yr old boiler was on its way out), and he measured up there and then and also provided a quote. Another engineer came out a few days letter to ‘peer review’ his colleagues work and to confirm the price. The boiler was fitted within 4 days and they did a great job, very tidy and polite. The engineer said it was one of the most difficult installations he had done (due to its location in a cupboard under a kitchen counter) but remained professional throughout! Special mention to Brandon, Zak, Tyler and Harley who were all great-thank you! Highly recommend the company.

Premier have been our go-to since we moved into the area five years ago. Over the weekend, we discovered two water leaks from our property's ageing pipes. One in particular was in a very awkward place behind a kitchen cupboard, right against a backboard and almost inaccessible. I called Premier on the Sunday and Andy was out to us by Monday afternoon. I told Andy that if he needed to cut through the shelving to get better access to do it. Instead, Andy bent over backwards (well, actually laid flat on the floor and contorted himself) to carry out the perfect repair without damaging the cupboard or the shelf. This is Premier in a nutshell. We've had them out for some tricky repairs since 2020. Most traders would stick a zero on the bill and botch it. Premier see it as a challenge to be overcome, always do a great job, and do it for a very fair price.

We have asked Premier to help us and our family members several times in the past few years. They are always supremely reliable, trusted and efficient. Their engineers and the admin team are very friendly and always do what they say they will do. Most recently we had a broken power shower pump replaced and we are so pleased with the result.

Carl was on time, very efficient, offered good advice, taking me through the system and how it worked. He produced a quote on site which I have accepted. Premier Heating solutions are always my first port of call.

We returned from a weekend away to find water stains on the bathroom ceiling. A quick check in the loft confirmed a leak from a push fitting. As a member of the Premier Heating Club I rang them and they arranged for Harley to come out the next day. The leak was isolated and a complete fix made replacing the quick fit pipes with copper. A great speedy job done a relief that we avoided any more ceiling damage.

We have used Premier Heating several times over the last six months and have always been happy with the quality of their work. They proved to be efficient and reliable and very respectful of our home. Also, the staff at the office were helpful and kept us informed of any change in appointment time/day. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We are very happy with the work Carl from Premier Heating carried out for us. I called them out on behalf of my Mum to quote on the replacement of her leaking kitchen tap and he arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. After quoting and agreeing on that tap, we asked about another tap replacement job (for our utility room sink) and he was more than happy to discuss options and to take that on as well. A couple of hours later and everything was tidy and well-fitted, at which point he demonstrated everything to make sure we were happy. We would certainly recommend Carl and Premier Heating again.

We had a broken shower pump which needed replacing. Carl arrived promptly and made a thorough assessment. He carefully explained all of our options. He was courteous and friendly and carried out the work very efficiently to a high standard. We would certainly recommend Premier Heating Solutions.

We are delighted with the work carried out by Carl, despite some issues with the sizing of the water tank the job was executed and finished professionally with care taken to work in our interests, very friendly and knowledgeable, tidy and respectful of our space, I would recommend Premier Heating who also installed our external Grant Boiler in 2022. Premier performed an annual service and installed a smart thermostat. The turn up when they say, are clean and friendly, and perform the work to my entire satisfaction.

Premier Heating came out at short notice and successfully fixed a leaking radiator valve. As usual, their engineer was polite and friendly, efficient and clearly competent. We called them because three months ago they had fitted our new boiler. That was quite a complicated job because some of the original electrical circuitry and pipework was quite dodgy (it was 40 years old) Their engineers worked until quite late in the evening to complete the job for us and then subsequently came back and moved the exhaust outlet to a more visually appealing location at no extra cost to ourselves. A neighbour asked on our group email for recommendations as he had a similar problem. I recommenced Premier Heating and he was also very please with the job and sent out a note to all our neighbourhood saying so.

We have had a lot of problems attempting to get a plinth heater plumbed into the heating circuit to function adequately. Premier Heating had no concerns about installing but it never worked properly. In the end we had to have it removed and as I wasn't prepared to pay for Premier Heating at their exhorbitant charges to play around with the hot water circuit anymore, we installed an electric version that I obtained on line. This works well but its cost a lot of money to get to that position. Premier Heating should have been more willing to absorb some of the costs involved along the way and I feel should have been more reticent about how useful it would be. We also needed a thermostatic valve changed during the last visit that I supplied and took 10 mins to fit when already at the house. It took a lot of hassle to get an exhorbitant standard quote reduced and even then it was overly expensive. My conclusion is that whilst they provide a good service, their pricing structure needs more flexibility for non standard works and they need to look at how expensive they are.

The quotation process with Zach was comprehensive. To have the quote and options to hand, on paper, at his departure after 2 hours was remarkable. Final decision on options and acceptance of the quote were easy. A feature of Premier is their speed and accuracy of Communication through the Office by phone and e-mail. Top marks. The installation and re-location of the boiler was, I think, a fairly complex job. It was carried out over two of the coldest and foulest days of the year. Harley and his mates made our lives more tolerable with politeness, cheerfulness and steady progress, with (again) Communication of what was going on. Great work. Co-ordination with the roofer and waste-disposer, all arranged by Premier, appeared seamless. Harley was very attentive in getting the system running and checked on day 2. He stayed late to attempt further instruction on the control system, and any failure to fully educate us low-tech pensioners is not down to him! We are fine now. This was an impressive performance by Premier Heating Solutions. Fully priced, but good value for the money. Well done and thank you.

Sunday morning and the hot water is only running warm. I called Premier Heating Solutions and within 2 hours a heating expert was at the property. He fixed the problem and did a health check on the whole system. He understood the large and complex Air Source Heat pump system at the house, which was very impressive. He was really nice and an excellent communicator. I will definitely use Premier Heating Solutions again.

Our boiler stopped working and we were left with no hot water or heating. Called Premier Heating and had Luke & Zack take a look and advise on what needed doing. I received a professional quote and top-notch service from their office team and they started work right away. Replaced the boiler and water cylinder with no issue and kept me informed and up to day throughout. Luke carried out the work and was really helpful throughout and went above and beyond to help us out. Will 100% use these guys for servicing and any repairs in the future.

Called Premier heating when I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Offered me an appointment for the following week, but promised me a cancellation if one came up earlier. Rang me back an hour later, engineer on his way, he had finished early. Came to my home, gave me a fixed price quotation to change the kitchen tap over, and proceeded with the work that should have been simple and not taken that long, but ran into problems and took much longer. George my engineer was an absolute star, didn't give up with it, and was just amazing, and went above and beyond to fix it for me. Still got charged the exact same amount as the quotation. Would recommend to anybody for excellent service, and the customer service in the office from Josie was fantastic too.

We have had an ongoing issue with the supply of water to our bathroom units and other water outlets throughout our cottage, so we contacted Premier Heating Solutions for their advice and help. They established what our issues were and provided timely quotes to potentially solve the issues, more importantly once we had accepted the quotes they kept to their timeline and provided an excellent engineer in Chris to carry out the work. It's early days but at the moment everything is working as hoped for. Can't fault the customer service or quality but you will have to decide for yourself if you think their costs - which are guaranteed are reasonable

Good Service provided. Staff appear to be well-trained, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Reviewed our air source pump system and recommended energy savings. Work completed on time.

I decided to replace my heating circulator pump as the existing one was very old and I did not think it would last another winter. I contacted Premier and asked for someone to come and give me an estimate. I explained that it was not urgent bet even so they came within a short time. The engineer was able to give me a quote on the spot which I found reasonable. I then told him I would like to go ahead and to my very pleasant surprise, he said he could fit it right away. The job was soon finished and everything left tidy. I really was very pleased. We have used Premier for all our heating work since we arrived in the village three years ago and have been veyy happy with the results.

Great friendly company, easy to arrange the appointment, and a good result. Arrived on time and the work was as expected.
