I've used premier heating for the last few years of boiler services and have not been disappointed so far. Spoke to the last engineer, James Mulvenna, for ages about Warhammer. James gave honest boiler advice and went above and beyond to provide a good service. Overall, recommended for a positive experience.

Having experienced very many problems with boilers over the past 30 + years it has been such a relief to be looked after by a knowlegabel, dedicated, friendly and efficient team. Premier Heating is the best; and being looked after by Steve Barnes is the icing on the cake. Steve carried out an annual service on the Atag and supported his work with detailed and clear explanation on its operation, (I am a retired engineer) and found his knowlegable, truthful details were very encouraging. I recommend Premier Heating to all who maybe interested.

Very impressed with initial survey visit. Very thorough, took the time to explain everything properly. Really helpful advice and no hard sell. They were able to fit boiler within 2 weeks of survey. The 2 guys arrived nice and early, were very friendly and polite and even managed to work around 2 sleeping 20 something boys! They spent a lot of time explaining it all to me and were extremely careful and tidy. Work was all completed on schedule. If I'd known getting a new boiler would be this easy I would have done it years ago! Do not hesitate to use this company. I highly recommend.

I was impressed with the first class service from my initial enquiry, through the home survey and ultimately the supply and fit of my new boiler. Everyone I dealt with was polite, efficient and very courteous - the back office, the installers and ancilliary staff were all excellent and made every effort to ensure that the process went smoothly. It is really nice to be able to deal with a local family run business which prides itself in service and excellence and that all the installers are directly employed by the company, not subcontracted out labour. I firmly believe that where possible I buy british and buy local.

What should have been a routine annual boiler service revealed some complex problems that required several visits. Steve from Premier was excellent at identifying the problems and then fixing them with minimal fuss and did not leave the property until he was sure that everything was working correctly. We have had a couple of services in the past 2 years, and lots of work to get our old heating system up to scratch and fit for the future. All the engineers we have had were very experienced, and took the time to explain and answer my multiple questions! Andy Mossop was here this week, and the work he did (change vented system to closed to address several issues, and a powerflush) was very thorough. Very happy to recommend him especially, all the engineers we have seen,and Premier as a company.

We really enjoyed working with Premier Heating All of their staff are very pleasant and it was a real pleasure to deal with them. Even when we a bit demanding and asked lots of questions they went the extra mile to explain things and make sure we were happy with the end result.

We had an engineer visit to service our boiler, which identified a failure which made it unsafe to use. Premier were able to schedule an appointment a few days later for the installation of a new boiler, which was completed on time and to a high standard. The engineers were very professional, arrived at the agreed times and communicated clearly throughout the installation. Our new boiler also comes with an extended warranty through Premier which gives us additional reassurance.

We had a new ATAG boiler installed and we went with Premier Heating Solutions because I was very keen on getting this boiler. Although a more expensive quote than the competitors, they did a good job of replacing our old Worcester boiler and were very impressed with the service from initial quote to installation. We had a full flushing done and they even changed the position of the flue and were able to get a bricklayer out within a few hours to complete the job. All the 3 workmen were very friendly and professional and work was completed on time. Very happy with our new boiler.

Apart from the engineers being given the wrong address Premier Heating were excellent. The whole process from initial contact on the Web, visit from their surveyor, a price given and installation took less than a week. The two engineers, Tom and Lee (Leigh) were brilliant. Both were jovial, pleasant and extremely professional. Would highly recommend

After having an oil boiler replaced at my previous address, and being very with the quality of service. We decided to use premier Heating Solutions again to replace our gas boiler, a radiator and valves etc. From the sales team to the engineers and the After care, we have been very happy with them. Chris, Karl and team were extremely hard working and knowledgeable, keeping us informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We had premier come over to inspect an overflowing Feed & Expansion in the loft. The issue stemmed from a faulty hot water cylinder. Given that we have future plans to install a heat pump, we wanted to make sure that we didn’t double our costs, by replacing the tank now - only to need to replace the tank again the in future. The Premier team were very knowledgeable and helpful at recommending the work that would need to be done - and complete understood the objective for our future ambitions. Once I had accepted the quote, it only took a week before the work started. The two guys who came to do the fitting were incredibly friendly, and very professional - and they were very respectful of our house, and made sure to protect everywhere where they were working. The work took two days - there was unfortunately a small leak that occurred between the days, as a result of the work they were doing (these things happen), which left some staining on the walls downstairs. To the upmost testimony to the Premier team - they then went above and beyond to make it good - and sent round a fantastic painter and decorator - who painted the entire room for us! (In a colour of our choosing). We are very happy with the work they performed and even happier with the level of after care they provided. Highly recommended indeed.

Excellent friendly service, very professional and reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend this company for household plumbing and heating work.

When I recently asked Premier Heating to fix a minor fault they suggested that rather than me incur a callout charge, they brought forward my annual service by about a month. Sure enough, the fault was fixed when with the service. In 10 years, I have never had cause for complaint.

This my second service ( new boiler and hot water tank fitted) l could not have gone with any other company who offers the installation and following services which are excellent. The gas engineers are fantastic very polite and have have respect for your property . Steve Barnes visited today and carried out the service, a very nice polite person. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, don't go anywhere else for new systems or service. 5 star

Premier Heating replaced my broken unvented megaflow tank, plus updated pipework and valves to make safe. Andy and James, both unvented qualified engineers were young professionals, very knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and both really helpful. They finished sooner than expected although worked right through from 8.30-6.30pm leaving everything as was. Very very pleased to find a trustworthy company with conscientious engineers who know what they’re doing. I’ll certainly recommend.

We have used Premier Heating Solutions for about 10 years for our oil boiler maintenance and heating system repairs. As a company they are good to work with and give job costings up front. All the staff we have dealt with over the years have been polite, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. Premier Heating replaced our ageing boiler last week. From initial home survey through to completion everyone was great to deal with. Although the replacement boiler was the same make and model (Grant Vortex Pro System) it wasn’t a straightforward job. Both Kirk and Chris were great throughout the three days it took to complete the installation and didn’t let things get them down. I definitely recommend Premier Heating Solutions for oil boiler maintenance and replacement.

Harley and Tyler were professional prompt and tidy, and did a brilliant job. I'd especially like to mention how much we appreciate the job they did, as our location has loads of challenges relating to parking, access to parts of the building and generally wonky walls, ceilings and floors, which they just took in their stride, and were very patient about. Highly recommended.

We recently had a new boiler and associated pipework installed along with a full system power flush. Following a recommendation from a neighbour the process from start to finish was excellent and stress free. From the initial enquiry on line to a follow up conversation with Michelle in the office explaining what happens during our site visit. Zach was very informative and spent the time explaining the process from start to finish and accommodated our needs and various questions when we got the quote done at the house. On the first day of the installation both Harley and George worked very hard to get the system installed and up and running. Both were very professional and work conscious and left the home very clean. They were both very friendly and approachable. Second day of work which involved the system flush and completing the remaining installation was done by Chris who was again very professional , polite and knowledgeable. Credit to both George and Chris as we were made aware this was their first week with the company. Dealing with Premier Heating Solutions has been a joy from the start and we would highly recommend to anybody if anyone asked for recommendations on a company for a new boiler. Thank you again for all your hard work, great communication and continued support when there was a slight issue with the hot water, this was resolved efficiently and with our any problems which was much appreciated.

A few days before the annual Boiler Service a leak developed. When the engineer Steve Barnes arrived, I explained the fault and he investigated and was able to fix the leak by replacing the faulty module and continue to complete the boiler service. This meant that an extra call out was not necessary to fix the leak which he did not know about before arriving and therefore a very satisfactory outcome with the boiler leak being fixed and the annual service completed.

It was the 1st time I used Premier Heating Solution to repair my Central Heating - It required a power flush of the system and change of several aging radiator valves. Firstly I was pleasantly surprised with a prompt and helpful response from the office staff over the phone, only to be matched with the early start of their engineer coming to do the job. And that was not all - Andy was nice, polite and knowledgeable young engineer, willing to explain any silly question I could throw on him, and at the same time, work hard to finish the job well and on time. Also I was quite impressed with his / company's equipment - He had every single (modern) tool to do the job and to do it with great confidence. Overall very happy experience. Thank you

I chose Premier Heating for a boiler replacement on the basis of the competitive, clear and transparent pricing (with breakdown of cost of each element), which allowed easy comparison with quotes from other providers. Reasons for various elements of the work were explained (and I then verified) therefore building trust in the basis for the quote. The quote came in the form of a clear and easy to read/understand online document. There were some finance options, which I hadn't expected. The installation team arrived on time, completed the work in the indicated timeframe and were polite and careful not to leave a mess. I am pleased with the new boiler and sales/installation process. I would therefore recommend this company.
