The Premier engineers that attended my house were fantastic. They were punctual, polite, tidy and genuinely concerned to understand the problems I had with my underfloor heating's performance. They diagnosed a series of matters needing attending and took the time to talk me through the proposals. Their real-time quoting system for the additional work left no doubts as to what was to be done and how much I would pay. They proceeded to make the repairs and test the system. A few hours after they left, my house was already warm and comfortable. Now I know about Premier, I have no need to ever need to find another heating engineer to look after my home.

Carl from Premier recently moved two radiators and added a third into our house. The job turned out to be a bit more complex than originally thought, and it took him a bit longer than expected because of the complexities of our house. He was really patient throughout, kept us up to date on what needed to be done and he as really easy to talk to. The works been finished, to a really high standard, and the invoice came through promptly and at the original quote from the office. Couldn’t recommend Premier highly enough, Carl was a super ambassador for the company.

I’ve used Premier Heating a few times over the years (boiler install and other bits). We’ve always been happy with the work. This time we had to install an enormous radiator with a less than direct route for the pipe work. Also some other radiator tweaks. Tom was our allocated engineer who was great throughout. Thoroughly professional, tidy, good fun, diligent and truly knowledgeable. Another thing which is really important to me and what I like about Premier is that they turned up to quote when they said they would, the quote was with me within the day, and the engineer turned up on the appointed day too. We all have busy lives and conflicting time pressures and this part of their business can’t be understated. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating.

After having trouble finding an appointment with my previous service provider, I did a bit of a research - actually used a search engine and found Premier Heating Solutions. I am so glad that my previous provider was "too" busy and I found Premier Heating! First thing first, they are very professional - everything happens within the provided time period, with the highest quality you would expect and with best professionalism that is possible. They come on time, they get things done and they get them done to way above expectations. The service engineer who came over, did check every single thing that needs to be checked and even went beyond to ensure extras are done to ensure us a safe winter. I cannot thank enough! More to add here, I also asked for a quote for some extra work that I was planning to do and this made me get even more impressed. Service engineer not only explained what was the art of possible but also discussed with me in full detail what I wanted and why to ensure that the work to be carried out would meet my expectations. At the end, he suggested that I should not be moving forward as it wouldn't actually help with my problem and that's what you need for a business and an expert - honesty. This honest approach has made me trust them even more. I only have great things to say about Premier Heating - I am looking forward to working with them more.

Premier Heating Solutions replaced my old radiators, I would thoroughly recommend them, from the initial enquiry through to the installation it was prompt and efficient. Questions were answered really quickly and when I changed my mind on the size of radiators to be installed my order was amended and installed with no problem! The team that deal with enquiries/ quotes were a pleasure to deal with, and Carl who was the heating engineer was polite, efficient, listened to me and resolved any problems. All rooms/ stairs were covered with dust sheets and left clean and tidy.

I was very pleased with the excellent service carried out on my faulty gas boiler. YourEngineer Neil persevered to discover the problem. He then went and fetched the required part to fix the fault, repaired the boiler and thoroughly tested it to ensure all was OK. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Having had a bad leak under the floor due to inferior pipework, we needed the pipes replacing quickly before the insurance company replaced the flooring. A representative from Premier Solutions arrived promptly on the Monday morning and the work was done on the Friday. An engineer worked tirelessly from 9 - 5 and the work done was excellent and done to high standard. Unfortunately, our heating system had developed a problem, having been drained and not used for months, which the engineer was not able to rectify, but the following day a heating engineer arrived and after several hours of patient work, the heating system was restored. I have used Premier Heating on numerous occasions and always found them to be excellent. Yesterday Carl came to install an additional hot water delivery to the kitchen sink. A task not quite as straightforward as it sounds. Suffice to say he persevered and overcame the problems being cheerful and friendly all throughout. Thank you Carl.

James arrived on time and completed the annual service on my boiler (installed by Premier Solutions on September 20th 2018.) Always polite, courteous, efficient and patient at all times. I refer here, not just to the engineers, but also the office staff. Thank you all.

I have more experience than most with heating and plumbing services because of my job. This company is one of the best I have used, far better than British Gas. I have used them on three occasions, they turn up when they say they will. Do a good job and clean up after themselves, I would like to specially mention Helen in the office and Carl. I have used Premier Heating for several years for boiler servicing. After deciding that I needed a new one, Zac came and carried out a survey and we discussed my options. This resulted in me choosing a new combi boiler. A lot of work was involved as the old tanks and defunct pipework etc. had to be removed. The fitters were here for three days, during which time I was informed of the progress of the work. A total of six different fitters were involved and I have to say that they were all lovely to have around, very polite, considerate and tidy. I'm now looking forward to seeing how the new system works during the cold weather. I'm confident that if I have any problems they will be dealt with promptly. As the result of my experiences with Premier Heating I can thoroughly recommend them and therefore can give them 5 stars.

I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating Solutions who last week fitted a new gas boiler and hot water tank complete with a system power flush in our bungalow. Everything went to schedule with no delay. Callum and Harley were friendly, polite and extremely professional explaining everything as they progressed. They were very neat and tidy and limited the disruption caused to the hot water system during their work. Without doubt the best plumbers we have experienced over the last few years. Because of our softened water we had a stainless steel Atag boiler fitted as opposed to a standard boiler which would not be compatible with the soft water. The Premier Club service plan seems to be better than equivalent plans from major suppliers and for about 50p per day has given us peace of mind. The warranty period for the boiler is good, again better than competitors. Must not forget the office staff (Michelle) who were also excellent in arranging the deliveries and rubbish collection immediately at the end of the job.

I was impressed from the minute I made an email enquiry about replacing a faulty shower pump. A very professional website and team of colleagues both in the office and in the field. I received an almost immediate response with an outlined quote and online ability to agree the quote. The cost was not the cheapest but you pay for quality and this firm has definite quality - the quote was the price I paid. I only wish that I had discovered this company before now. I had to telephone several times and spoke to Steve, Rich and Helen all of whom were friendly, professional, patient and very reassuring. I was very impressed with everyone's 'can do' approach . I had to have several visits over a couple of weeks (as the result of a manufacturer sending two faulty replacement shower pumps and insisting on alterations to pipework) and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot commend Andy highly enough and Carl too, both gave clear explanations of what was being done and went the extra mile answering all of my many questions. A thank you also to Neil who helped with communication with the pump manufacturer and Steve too who also did work as part of the job. Everyone left the area clean and clear of debris and very respectful of my pale carpet. I highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions and I have already told friends about them. I will not hesitate to contact them when my boiler needs replacing .

I contacted Premier Heating when our water tank was overflowing through the external outlet pipe. The company responded to my call in a timely manner and sent Andy to fix it. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the broken float valve which rectified the problem. He arrived on time, was very tidy and thorough and checked everything was working afterwards, including our heating. Andy noticed that when he tried to turn the water off prior to fixing the overflowing tank, the stopcock inside the house was difficult to turn and was leaking slightly. He gave us a quote for replacing the stopcock which we accepted and he came back to do this job. As before, he arrived on time. In order to replace the internal stopcock, he had to turn off the mains water supply using the external stopcock outside the hose. This proved a mammoth task as it was deep underground and had become buried with soil. Andy painstakingly removed all the soil and eventually manage to locate the stopcock and turn the water off. I was very impressed by his perseverance and determination to get the job done. Premier Heating clearly believe in looking after their customers. We will certainly use them again.

I've just had a new boiler fitted and a power flush done and like to go on record to thank the whole team at Premier for doing a job well done. He attended to service my boiler and found it not working to its full potential, raised a very competitive fixed price quotation and re-attended to fit the part. We had a new boiler installed. The service the engineer and his relevant colleagues gave us was second to none. Carl, the lead guy, at all times kept us informed on what and why a particular action was being completed. The electrician concisely explained the new thermostat system and the roofers just efficiently got on with what was required. Carl was approachable and friendly and cleaned up impeccably at the end of the installation. Well done and thank you.

The company's systems, processes and communications are excellent as are the staff involved in developing and implementing their proposed solution. We needed a new heating and hot water system because our old oil boiler finally gave up the ghost. Zach scoped the work and devised a new gas system for us including a new hot water tank and a smart thermostat. The removal of the old system and the installation of the new one was carried out by James assisted by Scott. They did exemplary work. Their approach was thoughtful, intelligent and thorough. Even the work which will remain hidden was carried out carefully, neatly and with ease of maintenance in mind. The resulting system is working beautifully and I have no hesitation in recommending the company.
