We have used Premier Heating Solutions for about 10 years for our oil boiler maintenance and heating system repairs. As a company they are good to work with and give job costings up front. All the staff we have dealt with over the years have been polite, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. Premier Heating replaced our ageing boiler last week. From initial home survey through to completion everyone was great to deal with. Although the replacement boiler was the same make and model (Grant Vortex Pro System) it wasn’t a straightforward job. Both Kirk and Chris were great throughout the three days it took to complete the installation and didn’t let things get them down. I definitely recommend Premier Heating Solutions for oil boiler maintenance and replacement.

Harley and Tyler were professional prompt and tidy, and did a brilliant job. I'd especially like to mention how much we appreciate the job they did, as our location has loads of challenges relating to parking, access to parts of the building and generally wonky walls, ceilings and floors, which they just took in their stride, and were very patient about. Highly recommended.

We recently had a new boiler and associated pipework installed along with a full system power flush. Following a recommendation from a neighbour the process from start to finish was excellent and stress free. From the initial enquiry on line to a follow up conversation with Michelle in the office explaining what happens during our site visit. Zach was very informative and spent the time explaining the process from start to finish and accommodated our needs and various questions when we got the quote done at the house. On the first day of the installation both Harley and George worked very hard to get the system installed and up and running. Both were very professional and work conscious and left the home very clean. They were both very friendly and approachable. Second day of work which involved the system flush and completing the remaining installation was done by Chris who was again very professional , polite and knowledgeable. Credit to both George and Chris as we were made aware this was their first week with the company. Dealing with Premier Heating Solutions has been a joy from the start and we would highly recommend to anybody if anyone asked for recommendations on a company for a new boiler. Thank you again for all your hard work, great communication and continued support when there was a slight issue with the hot water, this was resolved efficiently and with our any problems which was much appreciated.

A few days before the annual Boiler Service a leak developed. When the engineer Steve Barnes arrived, I explained the fault and he investigated and was able to fix the leak by replacing the faulty module and continue to complete the boiler service. This meant that an extra call out was not necessary to fix the leak which he did not know about before arriving and therefore a very satisfactory outcome with the boiler leak being fixed and the annual service completed.

It was the 1st time I used Premier Heating Solution to repair my Central Heating - It required a power flush of the system and change of several aging radiator valves. Firstly I was pleasantly surprised with a prompt and helpful response from the office staff over the phone, only to be matched with the early start of their engineer coming to do the job. And that was not all - Andy was nice, polite and knowledgeable young engineer, willing to explain any silly question I could throw on him, and at the same time, work hard to finish the job well and on time. Also I was quite impressed with his / company's equipment - He had every single (modern) tool to do the job and to do it with great confidence. Overall very happy experience. Thank you

I chose Premier Heating for a boiler replacement on the basis of the competitive, clear and transparent pricing (with breakdown of cost of each element), which allowed easy comparison with quotes from other providers. Reasons for various elements of the work were explained (and I then verified) therefore building trust in the basis for the quote. The quote came in the form of a clear and easy to read/understand online document. There were some finance options, which I hadn't expected. The installation team arrived on time, completed the work in the indicated timeframe and were polite and careful not to leave a mess. I am pleased with the new boiler and sales/installation process. I would therefore recommend this company.

Had a new boiler fitted at very short notice as we had no heating - we were booked in within 2 days of calling. The work was completed over two visits and all three engineers were fantastic - Billy, Karl and Anthony. Professional, friendly and tidy. Very pleased with the work.

We had an odd issue with the hot water that Irfan was able to solve for us in a timely and efficient way. He was very polite and informed us what the problem was (three way valve not closing) and he changed it. Again we were very impressed with response both from Irfan and the office. Well done.

I don't normally leave reviews but really wanted to here. Premier Heating Solutions replaced my old boiler with a new combi - boiler and I can't recommend them highly enough. A really professional and friendly service from the first contact through a few phone calls to check details to a first class installation carried out with a minimum of fuss and a follow up call to make sure I was 100% happy. Attended to perform a gas boiler service, CP12 & health check. Arrived on time, very friendly and thorough. Made the whole process very easy, explained what was going on throughout and we had a lovely chat. Would recommend.

So far so good with this trader. From fitting the new boiler in 2022, to fitting a new radiator system and fixing a boiler level situation with us, they have been helpful, polite and reliable.

They came promptly and stopped the loo running, but discovered a leak between the cistern and the loo. They returned the next day to complete the work. I had used them to instal the boiler and to locate the loop to repressure the system. There was a leak on that which they fixed. The wotkmen are all very personable and competent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Premier Heating Solutions before, and had no hesitation to go back to them again. After a boiler failure at home, the team managed to squeeze me in to solve my lack of heating and hot water in the middle of December. The office team, the quote team, and the plumbers are all friendly and approachable, listen to your needs and ultimately deliver a first class service. The plumbing team were on time, tidy, friendly and achieved the job exactly as I would have hoped. Don’t hesitate to use them, you’ll be glad you did.

The Premier engineers that attended my house were fantastic. They were punctual, polite, tidy and genuinely concerned to understand the problems I had with my underfloor heating's performance. They diagnosed a series of matters needing attending and took the time to talk me through the proposals. Their real-time quoting system for the additional work left no doubts as to what was to be done and how much I would pay. They proceeded to make the repairs and test the system. A few hours after they left, my house was already warm and comfortable. Now I know about Premier, I have no need to ever need to find another heating engineer to look after my home.

Carl from Premier recently moved two radiators and added a third into our house. The job turned out to be a bit more complex than originally thought, and it took him a bit longer than expected because of the complexities of our house. He was really patient throughout, kept us up to date on what needed to be done and he as really easy to talk to. The works been finished, to a really high standard, and the invoice came through promptly and at the original quote from the office. Couldn’t recommend Premier highly enough, Carl was a super ambassador for the company.

I’ve used Premier Heating a few times over the years (boiler install and other bits). We’ve always been happy with the work. This time we had to install an enormous radiator with a less than direct route for the pipe work. Also some other radiator tweaks. Tom was our allocated engineer who was great throughout. Thoroughly professional, tidy, good fun, diligent and truly knowledgeable. Another thing which is really important to me and what I like about Premier is that they turned up to quote when they said they would, the quote was with me within the day, and the engineer turned up on the appointed day too. We all have busy lives and conflicting time pressures and this part of their business can’t be understated. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating.

After having trouble finding an appointment with my previous service provider, I did a bit of a research - actually used a search engine and found Premier Heating Solutions. I am so glad that my previous provider was "too" busy and I found Premier Heating! First thing first, they are very professional - everything happens within the provided time period, with the highest quality you would expect and with best professionalism that is possible. They come on time, they get things done and they get them done to way above expectations. The service engineer who came over, did check every single thing that needs to be checked and even went beyond to ensure extras are done to ensure us a safe winter. I cannot thank enough! More to add here, I also asked for a quote for some extra work that I was planning to do and this made me get even more impressed. Service engineer not only explained what was the art of possible but also discussed with me in full detail what I wanted and why to ensure that the work to be carried out would meet my expectations. At the end, he suggested that I should not be moving forward as it wouldn't actually help with my problem and that's what you need for a business and an expert - honesty. This honest approach has made me trust them even more. I only have great things to say about Premier Heating - I am looking forward to working with them more.

Premier Heating Solutions replaced my old radiators, I would thoroughly recommend them, from the initial enquiry through to the installation it was prompt and efficient. Questions were answered really quickly and when I changed my mind on the size of radiators to be installed my order was amended and installed with no problem! The team that deal with enquiries/ quotes were a pleasure to deal with, and Carl who was the heating engineer was polite, efficient, listened to me and resolved any problems. All rooms/ stairs were covered with dust sheets and left clean and tidy.

I was very pleased with the excellent service carried out on my faulty gas boiler. YourEngineer Neil persevered to discover the problem. He then went and fetched the required part to fix the fault, repaired the boiler and thoroughly tested it to ensure all was OK. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Having had a bad leak under the floor due to inferior pipework, we needed the pipes replacing quickly before the insurance company replaced the flooring. A representative from Premier Solutions arrived promptly on the Monday morning and the work was done on the Friday. An engineer worked tirelessly from 9 - 5 and the work done was excellent and done to high standard. Unfortunately, our heating system had developed a problem, having been drained and not used for months, which the engineer was not able to rectify, but the following day a heating engineer arrived and after several hours of patient work, the heating system was restored. I have used Premier Heating on numerous occasions and always found them to be excellent. Yesterday Carl came to install an additional hot water delivery to the kitchen sink.
