On arrival it was discovered the scheduled location for the boiler was unsuitable so the guys came up with two alternatives which involved installing an exterior boiler. This unit was more expensive than the intended one but the extra cost was born by PHS Ltd. They kept me fully informed of progress and the end result is excellent. They were cheerful at all times, despite having to work outside in very bad weather.

We had an old boiler replaced with a combi boiler. The guys did a beautiful job and taking the tank out was a big challenge, not a single scratch on the walls, stairs, anywhere! The engineers were very friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly. They left the house clean and tidy. Good communication from the moment we contacted them for a quote, were happy to answer any questions we had. We are very pleased, thank you!

We had our boiler replaced, the work was completed on schedule and within budget. The tradesman was punctual, personable and professional at all times and the workmanship was to a very high standard. His duty of care throughout was exceptionally good and this was highlighted by him working late to ensure we had heating and hot water that evening. We were very impressed with Premier heating Solutions, from our first contact with the company. Phil explained his recommendations very clearly and we received a quotation that same evening. Questions were answered clearly and comprehensively. Ollie arrived on the day of installation promptly and was very polite. He worked very hard, neatly and tidily. All waste materials were collected just as he was finishing. It is great to know that such efficient companies still exist, we cannot recommend them highly enough.
