Our boiler stopped working and we were left with no hot water or heating. Called Premier Heating and had Luke & Zack take a look and advise on what needed doing. I received a professional quote and top-notch service from their office team and they started work right away. Replaced the boiler and water cylinder with no issue and kept me informed and up to day throughout. Luke carried out the work and was really helpful throughout and went above and beyond to help us out. Will 100% use these guys for servicing and any repairs in the future.

Called Premier heating when I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Offered me an appointment for the following week, but promised me a cancellation if one came up earlier. Rang me back an hour later, engineer on his way, he had finished early. Came to my home, gave me a fixed price quotation to change the kitchen tap over, and proceeded with the work that should have been simple and not taken that long, but ran into problems and took much longer. George my engineer was an absolute star, didn't give up with it, and was just amazing, and went above and beyond to fix it for me. Still got charged the exact same amount as the quotation. Would recommend to anybody for excellent service, and the customer service in the office from Josie was fantastic too.

We have had an ongoing issue with the supply of water to our bathroom units and other water outlets throughout our cottage, so we contacted Premier Heating Solutions for their advice and help. They established what our issues were and provided timely quotes to potentially solve the issues, more importantly once we had accepted the quotes they kept to their timeline and provided an excellent engineer in Chris to carry out the work. It's early days but at the moment everything is working as hoped for. Can't fault the customer service or quality but you will have to decide for yourself if you think their costs - which are guaranteed are reasonable

I decided to replace my heating circulator pump as the existing one was very old and I did not think it would last another winter. I contacted Premier and asked for someone to come and give me an estimate. I explained that it was not urgent bet even so they came within a short time. The engineer was able to give me a quote on the spot which I found reasonable. I then told him I would like to go ahead and to my very pleasant surprise, he said he could fit it right away. The job was soon finished and everything left tidy. I really was very pleased. We have used Premier for all our heating work since we arrived in the village three years ago and have been veyy happy with the results.

We were let down by another heating company and so tried Premier Heating. The service they have offered has been excellent. Their communications are speedy and efficient, and they turn up when they say they will! They provide a detailed quote before any work is undertaken so you know exactly what the work is going to cost. They have done an excellent job in sorting out our heating problems and servicing our boiler. They also identified work that should have been done by our original installer in order to be compliant with our boiler warranty, and they put that right too. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Premier. They have been a pleasure to deal with.

We have just had a non-vented hot water tank and water softener installed by Premier Heating. From start to finish the level of advice and service was excellent. Chris and his team of installers/fitters were friendly, considerate and worked incredibly hard. They removed the old water tanks and shower pumps and then installed new piping and hot water tank, even though it was a tight squeeze. The team, particularly Chris, listened to all our queries, answered our questions and gave us really useful advice on the next steps for the installation of a heat pump in the near future. Recommend without reservation!

Premier Heating replaced our gas boiler and did a system upgrade just over 10 years ago. Since then, they have done the yearly maintenance tasks. This year they reported some elements that required attention. Having had excellent service over the years, we were confident that they would do a good job. A thorough system check showed that the work included draining the system to replace defective thermostatic radiator valves; we decided to also replace the 6 downstairs radiators which were over 50 years old. Andy and his colleague arrived on time, on a Saturday, and immediately put down protective floor coverings. After confirming the items to be worked on, they worked steadily through the day with minimum disruption and mess. When completed, they cleared up and checked the system was operating OK. Andy did a great job and the quality was better than the original builder's. Thanks to Premier Heating we can enjoy many trouble-free years ahead.

I've been very pleased with the whole experience from initial contact to completion of the installation of my new boiler. During the survey the engineer Steve Vincent was very helpful and knowledgeable and a quotation was prepared very quickly. There was lots of detail so it was easy to see exactly what I was going to receive. The installation was very efficient. The engineer Brandon arrived on time and he clearly explained what he was going to do and gave me confidence that the installation was going to be successful. It was very apparent that he was an experienced engineer and was very diligent and professional. On completion the system was thoroughly tested and I'm looking forward to having a nice warm house during the winter.

From the moment Zac did the survey and Chris installed the new boiler everything was perfect . The house was clean where work was done . The work was done very efficiently and in the time I was told, in fact it was actually a little earlier. I had the boiler working for a while when the weather was cold and was so surprised how quiet it was. My old one was obviously noisy. As I don’t have internet banking paying was easy over the phone. Everyone I spoke to over the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. It was also nice to receive the cake !

Having experienced very many problems with boilers over the past 30 + years it has been such a relief to be looked after by a knowlegabel, dedicated, friendly and efficient team. Premier Heating is the best; and being looked after by Steve Barnes is the icing on the cake. Steve carried out an annual service on the Atag and supported his work with detailed and clear explanation on its operation, (I am a retired engineer) and found his knowlegable, truthful details were very encouraging. Very impressed with initial survey visit. Very thorough, took the time to explain everything properly. Really helpful advice and no hard sell. They were able to fit boiler within 2 weeks of survey. The 2 guys arrived nice and early, were very friendly and polite and even managed to work around 2 sleeping 20 something boys! They spent a lot of time explaining it all to me and were extremely careful and tidy. Work was all completed on schedule. If I'd known getting a new boiler would be this easy I would have done it years ago! Do not hesitate to use this company. I highly recommend.

I was impressed with the first class service from my initial enquiry, through the home survey and ultimately the supply and fit of my new boiler. Everyone I dealt with was polite, efficient and very courteous - the back office, the installers and ancilliary staff were all excellent and made every effort to ensure that the process went smoothly. It is really nice to be able to deal with a local family run business which prides itself in service and excellence and that all the installers are directly employed by the company, not subcontracted out labour. We had an engineer visit to service our boiler, which identified a failure which made it unsafe to use. Premier were able to schedule an appointment a few days later for the installation of a new boiler, which was completed on time and to a high standard. The engineers were very professional, arrived at the agreed times and communicated clearly throughout the installation. Our new boiler also comes with an extended warranty through Premier which gives us additional reassurance.

We had a new ATAG boiler installed and we went with Premier Heating Solutions because I was very keen on getting this boiler. Although a more expensive quote than the competitors, they did a good job of replacing our old Worcester boiler and were very impressed with the service from initial quote to installation. We had a full flushing done and they even changed the position of the flue and were able to get a bricklayer out within a few hours to complete the job. All the 3 workmen were very friendly and professional and work was completed on time. Very happy with our new boiler.

We had premier come over to inspect an overflowing Feed & Expansion in the loft. The issue stemmed from a faulty hot water cylinder. Given that we have future plans to install a heat pump, we wanted to make sure that we didn’t double our costs, by replacing the tank now - only to need to replace the tank again the in future. The Premier team were very knowledgeable and helpful at recommending the work that would need to be done - and complete understood the objective for our future ambitions. Once I had accepted the quote, it only took a week before the work started. The two guys who came to do the fitting were incredibly friendly, and very professional - and they were very respectful of our house, and made sure to protect everywhere where they were working. The work took two days - there was unfortunately a small leak that occurred between the days, as a result of the work they were doing (these things happen), which left some staining on the walls downstairs. To the upmost testimony to the Premier team - they then went above and beyond to make it good - and sent round a fantastic painter and decorator - who painted the entire room for us! (In a colour of our choosing). We are very happy with the work they performed and even happier with the level of after care they provided. Highly recommended indeed.

Andy and James, both unvented qualified engineers were young professionals, very knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and both really helpful. We have used Premier Heating Solutions for about 10 years for our oil boiler maintenance and heating system repairs. As a company they are good to work with and give job costings up front. All the staff we have dealt with over the years have been polite, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. Premier Heating replaced our ageing boiler last week. From initial home survey through to completion everyone was great to deal with. Although the replacement boiler was the same make and model (Grant Vortex Pro System) it wasn’t a straightforward job. Both Kirk and Chris were great throughout the three days it took to complete the installation and didn’t let things get them down. We recently had a new boiler and associated pipework installed along with a full system power flush. Following a recommendation from a neighbour the process from start to finish was excellent and stress free. From the initial enquiry on line to a follow up conversation with Michelle in the office explaining what happens during our site visit. Zach was very informative and spent the time explaining the process from start to finish and accommodated our needs and various questions when we got the quote done at the house. On the first day of the installation both Harley and George worked very hard to get the system installed and up and running. Both were very professional and work conscious and left the home very clean. They were both very friendly and approachable. Second day of work which involved the system flush and completing the remaining installation was done by Chris who was again very professional , polite and knowledgeable. Credit to both George and Chris as we were made aware this was their first week with the company. Dealing with Premier Heating Solutions has been a joy from the start and we would highly recommend to anybody if anyone asked for recommendations on a company for a new boiler. A few days before the annual Boiler Service a leak developed. When the engineer Steve Barnes arrived, I explained the fault and he investigated and was able to fix the leak by replacing the faulty module and continue to complete the boiler service. This meant that an extra call out was not necessary to fix the leak which he did not know about before arriving and therefore a very satisfactory outcome with the boiler leak being fixed and the annual service completed.

It was the 1st time I used Premier Heating Solution to repair my Central Heating - It required a power flush of the system and change of several aging radiator valves. Firstly I was pleasantly surprised with a prompt and helpful response from the office staff over the phone, only to be matched with the early start of their engineer coming to do the job. And that was not all - Andy was nice, polite and knowledgeable young engineer, willing to explain any silly question I could throw on him, and at the same time, work hard to finish the job well and on time. I chose Premier Heating for a boiler replacement on the basis of the competitive, clear and transparent pricing (with breakdown of cost of each element), which allowed easy comparison with quotes from other providers. They came promptly and stopped the loo running, but discovered a leak between the cistern and the loo. They returned the next day to complete the work. I had used them to instal the boiler and to locate the loop to repressure the system. There was a leak on that which they fixed. The wotkmen are all very personable and competent. The Premier engineers that attended my house were fantastic. They were punctual, polite, tidy and genuinely concerned to understand the problems I had with my underfloor heating's performance. They diagnosed a series of matters needing attending and took the time to talk me through the proposals. Their real-time quoting system for the additional work left no doubts as to what was to be done and how much I would pay. They proceeded to make the repairs and test the system. A few hours after they left, my house was already warm and comfortable. Now I know about Premier, I have no need to ever need to find another heating engineer to look after my home.

Carl from Premier recently moved two radiators and added a third into our house. The job turned out to be a bit more complex than originally thought, and it took him a bit longer than expected because of the complexities of our house. He was really patient throughout, kept us up to date on what needed to be done and he as really easy to talk to. The works been finished, to a really high standard, and the invoice came through promptly and at the original quote from the office. I’ve used Premier Heating a few times over the years (boiler install and other bits). We’ve always been happy with the work. This time we had to install an enormous radiator with a less than direct route for the pipe work. Also some other radiator tweaks. Tom was our allocated engineer who was great throughout. Thoroughly professional, tidy, good fun, diligent and truly knowledgeable. Another thing which is really important to me and what I like about Premier is that they turned up to quote when they said they would, the quote was with me within the day, and the engineer turned up on the appointed day too. After having trouble finding an appointment with my previous service provider, I did a bit of a research - actually used a search engine and found Premier Heating Solutions. I am so glad that my previous provider was "too" busy and I found Premier Heating! First thing first, they are very professional - everything happens within the provided time period, with the highest quality you would expect and with best professionalism that is possible. They come on time, they get things done and they get them done to way above expectations. The service engineer who came over, did check every single thing that needs to be checked and even went beyond to ensure extras are done to ensure us a safe winter. I cannot thank enough! More to add here, I also asked for a quote for some extra work that I was planning to do and this made me get even more impressed. Service engineer not only explained what was the art of possible but also discussed with me in full detail what I wanted and why to ensure that the work to be carried out would meet my expectations. Having had a bad leak under the floor due to inferior pipework, we needed the pipes replacing quickly before the insurance company replaced the flooring. A representative from Premier Solutions arrived promptly on the Monday morning and the work was done on the Friday. An engineer worked tirelessly from 9 - 5 and the work done was excellent and done to high standard. Unfortunately, our heating system had developed a problem, having been drained and not used for months, which the engineer was not able to rectify, but the following day a heating engineer arrived and after several hours of patient work, the heating system was restored. I have used Premier Heating for several years for boiler servicing. After deciding that I needed a new one, Zac came and carried out a survey and we discussed my options. This resulted in me choosing a new combi boiler. A lot of work was involved as the old tanks and defunct pipework etc. had to be removed. The fitters were here for three days, during which time I was informed of the progress of the work. A total of six different fitters were involved and I have to say that they were all lovely to have around, very polite, considerate and tidy. I'm now looking forward to seeing how the new system works during the cold weather. I'm confident that if I have any problems they will be dealt with promptly. As the result of my experiences with Premier Heating I can thoroughly recommend them and therefore can give them 5 stars.

I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Heating Solutions who last week fitted a new gas boiler and hot water tank complete with a system power flush in our bungalow. Everything went to schedule with no delay. Callum and Harley were friendly, polite and extremely professional explaining everything as they progressed. They were very neat and tidy and limited the disruption caused to the hot water system during their work. Without doubt the best plumbers we have experienced over the last few years. Because of our softened water we had a stainless steel Atag boiler fitted as opposed to a standard boiler which would not be compatible with the soft water. The Premier Club service plan seems to be better than equivalent plans from major suppliers and for about 50p per day has given us peace of mind. The warranty period for the boiler is good, again better than competitors. Must not forget the office staff (Michelle) who were also excellent in arranging the deliveries and rubbish collection immediately at the end of the job.

I was impressed from the minute I made an email enquiry about replacing a faulty shower pump. A very professional website and team of colleagues both in the office and in the field. I received an almost immediate response with an outlined quote and online ability to agree the quote. The cost was not the cheapest but you pay for quality and this firm has definite quality - the quote was the price I paid. I only wish that I had discovered this company before now. I had to telephone several times and spoke to Steve, Rich and Helen all of whom were friendly, professional, patient and very reassuring. I was very impressed with everyone's 'can do' approach . I had to have several visits over a couple of weeks (as the result of a manufacturer sending two faulty replacement shower pumps and insisting on alterations to pipework) and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot commend Andy highly enough and Carl too, both gave clear explanations of what was being done and went the extra mile answering all of my many questions. A thank you also to Neil who helped with communication with the pump manufacturer and Steve too who also did work as part of the job. Everyone left the area clean and clear of debris and very respectful of my pale carpet. I highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions and I have already told friends about them. I will not hesitate to contact them when my boiler needs replacing .

I contacted Premier Heating when our water tank was overflowing through the external outlet pipe. The company responded to my call in a timely manner and sent Andy to fix it. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the broken float valve which rectified the problem. He arrived on time, was very tidy and thorough and checked everything was working afterwards, including our heating. Andy noticed that when he tried to turn the water off prior to fixing the overflowing tank, the stopcock inside the house was difficult to turn and was leaking slightly. He gave us a quote for replacing the stopcock which we accepted and he came back to do this job. As before, he arrived on time. In order to replace the internal stopcock, he had to turn off the mains water supply using the external stopcock outside the hose. This proved a mammoth task as it was deep underground and had become buried with soil. Andy painstakingly removed all the soil and eventually manage to locate the stopcock and turn the water off. I was very impressed by his perseverance and determination to get the job done. Premier Heating clearly believe in looking after their customers. We will certainly use them again.

We needed a new heating and hot water system because our old oil boiler finally gave up the ghost. My old boiler flu and cylinder were replaced in two days at the agreed price. The job was complicated as the boiler and cylinder were in reversed positions so all the piping had to be replaced. A very quick job considering all the work needed. Callum the main engineer did an excellent neat and tidy job of all the work particularly the plumbing. From asking for a quote to completion of the job took no more than three weeks. All the people I came into contact with were helpful and very efficient so there was no hassle sorting out problems. In fact the only problem was when the removal of asbestos looked like putting the cost of the job up by 50%. This was quickly resolved by payment of a much smaller amount. I would thoroughly recommend this company and if i need any further work in the future will definitely use them again.

I received regular emails about the booking, reminding me of it and to be sure to let them know if I need to cancel. I get up at 6.00am, having made arrangements to stay at home for the day, remove all the aesthetic housing and clear a works area. At nearly 10am I receive a call from Helen, "unfortunately your engineer is sick and won't be coming, I'd like to schedule another day" Really? We needed all of our under sink drainage pipework in the kitchen to be re-installed as well as re-attaching supply pipes to the wall. We had been let down by other companies. Premier Heating Solutions provided a confident, professional approach from the start. A plumber called us back within an hour of our inquiry and arranged a diagnostic visit. All prices and working procedures were clearly explained; an email confirmation followed together with an appointment reminder the day before. Steve visited us on time and explained clearly the work needed. A quote followed by email later that day, with a simple electronic process for accepting it. An appointment was sent within a few hours of our accepting the quote. James M carried out the work for us and found it to be more complex than anticipated. On 2/9/21, we awoke to no hot water. I rang Premier Heating at 8.45 am and left a message on their answerphone. At 11.40 am, with apologies for the delay, Vicky rang to arrange a visit from an engineer. The deal was that the engineer would make a diagnostic visit for £70 + VAT. If he could resolve the problem at the same time, the above fee would be waived in favour of a fee for correcting the fault - also £70 + VAT as no spare parts were needed. The engineer was booked to come between 3.0 and 5.0 pm the same day. He arrived at 3.01 pm with an attendant apprentice. By 3.40 pm, the problem was solved, backed up by checking the central heating system as well as the hot water supply. One could hardly ask for better service.

From survey through to installation and follow up... great communication and the engineers were prompt, efficient and friendly, which is a relief when you have no heating or hot water and have a family member with a severe disability. I have been using the company for several years which speaks for itself. They are consistently reliable professional and good to communicate with. Looking at the job done yesterday which was to replace 3 toilet pans and covers they turned up on time, took all the measures needed to protect the carpets, took all the time needed to remove the old sealant (difficult and time-consuming) and cleaned up thoroughly. Both engineers (one an apprentice) were polite and communicative. In summary a top class experience. In addition the company had previously spent a lot of time and resource to find replacement pan seats and covers for the old toilet pans. None of the right size could be located which was my expectation but the fact that the company did extensive research was typical of their normal high standards.

We were used to a call from our plumber who fitted our Boiler a few years ago for its annual service. When he retired we lost the reminder process until I came across the need again by accident. They were excellent - the plumber went out of his way for us. He had to go to a plumbers merchant to get an adapter as we had bought a Groehe (European not UK sizing). All four engineers who were involved in the installation were very professional and customer friendly. We were very impressed by Premier Heating Solutions. Their price was competitive and the quality of the work done was high. They worked hard to install our new Worcester Bosch boiler and a complete set of pipes and radiators (as we had warm air heating before). They installed all the new equipment before switching off our old system, so we had a very short period of time without heat (during the day) and never ran out of hot water. They removed the large old boiler and checked that the new system was running. They then returned the following afternoon for a few minor details and a check on the system. It is all working well and we are very happy. There is a great 12 year guarantee on the boiler too.

PHS serviced our old boiler for several years doing an excellent job. They were quick to respond to any problems we had with our aging system. At the annual service this year they identified that our old boiler was on its last legs and able to respond quickly to advise us of the work required and get us a quote of a replacement. The work, which included the new boiler replacement, gas pipework adjustment and condensate pipework installation to suit , a new circulation pump, magnetic protection and a replacement radiator was completed within two days. Both Calum, who has completed the service, and James who undertook the installation were pleasant, knowledgeable and tidy workers. I have no hesitation in recommended them to others.

Very happy with the quality of the the work that was done and the friendly and professional manner of Callum who did the bulk of the work. He worked through a number of minor hiccups in a very professional manner and because Premier are not just a one man operation he could call in other colleagues to help to ensure the installation was completed on time. In particular, James came up with a very neat solution as to where to position the soak-away for the boiler condensate! Phil impressed immediately with his knowledge and can do attitude and the subsequent quote was better than expected. The old boiler was housed inside a large kitchen unit. The new one needed to be in exactly the same place as nowhere else was viable. Add to this a mixture of cast iron, imperial and metric pipes and fittings this was not going to be a simple like for like job. Hence our good feeling after the first visit and quote. The work took a little longer than first thought but it was a job really well done and we are delighted. Ollie certainly knows his stuff and worked non stop for the four days he was with us, very professional in every way. I required a new boiler and searched the internet for local boiler company reviews. I got 4 quotes and checked the latest reviews. Premier Heating were not the cheapest but had great reviews and explained all the options available and how much each version would all cost. I opted for them and agreed a date that suited me as I am still working. The engineer was a young man called James who was exceptionally professional and polite throughout the task. The task was completed as per the schedule and at the original price quoted even though James had to return on a third day to fit an additional part that was identified during the original installation but at no extra cost. The task was not straight forward as I had agreed some minor alterations. James conducted all of the work to a very high standard and refused our assistance in cleaning up on completion doing it all himself. I have highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions to all of my family and friends and would certainly use again, if I required this type of service.

Initial visit from Premier Heating provided us with a very thorough assessment of our current heating system, and recommended the most appropriate system boiler as well as ancillary products such as power flush. I've just had an old LPG gas boiler replaced by an electric one. Phil visited my home and talked me through the options I had to replace a ten year old LPG boiler. He was very clear and helpful, following up his visit within 24 hours with thorough and competitively priced quotes for new LPG and electric boilers. I decided on an electric one. Pete and Luke came within 10 days, removed the old boiler and re-sited and installed the new one within a day. Within a day of accepting the quote online they had started work and we had a boiler installed and up and running, even with gas redirection by the end of the same day. It was very impressive operation, the team were all really helpful and wanted to ensure that the job got completed in time. Nothing was too much trouble. They even dis-assembled then reassembled a bunk bed to get to the floor. We had major vibrations coming from the central heating system, and no one could work out where it was coming from. After three visits, Dave found that it was a leak in underfloor pipes, by way of a process of elimination, and that it was pipes contracting after the heating was switched off that caused the vibrations - which mainly started at about 1am in the morning, for some weeks. We were very pleased with Dave’s work and his process for finding the problem. No one else we asked had a clue as to what the cause was. We would highly recommend this firm again.

Dave came to replace our two motorised valves for heating and hot water as they were leaking. He arrived, prepared the area including protecting the floors and got to work. He explained what he was going to do, and got on with it. A short while later it was all done (far quicker than I thought it would be). All was tested, all radiators bled and he stayed a while longer to make sure as much air as possible was cleared from the system. I have used Premier Heating a number of times now - once for fitting my new boiler, for an annual service (that I have on a service plan with them) and now this. Very happy with the service given every time and will be the company I go to for any future issues.

They appear to be a successful company and deservedly so. The quotation was the best of three by a healthy margin, especially when compared with a nationwide supplier but the quality of workmanship, approach to the job and pleasant personality in no way reflected other than total satisfaction. It is early days but I have complete confidence that should there be a cause for concern, it will be addressed with equal professionalism and I will have no hesitation in recommending this company. One minor irritation. I was emailed the final invoice on the day of completion and contacted early the following day seeking payment. Fortunately, I had no reason to withhold payment and so all was well. I hesitate to award five stars on all three counts (nothing is that good) but I cannot think of a justifiable reason not to do so.

My wife & 1 year old were unwell; had to sort last minute childcare before going to work so completely forgot we'd booked our annual boiler service. I had planned to clear the area in front of the boiler the evening before... Dave turned up on time and was not phased with a slightly blank look when the front door opened. The boiler is in our garage along with all kinds of stuff/boxes and bits & pieces on their way to charity shop/tip etc. The garage door was opened for him, and he got on with the job. It was only when I popped into the garage a day or so later that I realised how much stuff he had carefully moved out of the way to allow him access to the boiler. He had obviously done this with no fuss, and not a hint of being inconvenienced. It is not the first time we have used Premier Heating Solutions, and Dave exemplifies their punctuality, efficiency and quality, but above all the helpful, no fuss, friendly attitude which we very much appreciate. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you.

The team was great. The leading person (David) very patiently explained every step of the work they were about to do in advance. Everyone else involved (James, Luck, Barry) were really nice and courteous. We were left without heating for one evening only (were I expected it to be the whole time until installation completed), and even then, they verified that the hot water were still available. It was obvious that quality of the work is important and the guys take pride in doing it to best quality possible. The result is a great solution which I hope we will enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend working with Premier Heating.

On arrival it was discovered the scheduled location for the boiler was unsuitable so the guys came up with two alternatives which involved installing an exterior boiler. This unit was more expensive than the intended one but the extra cost was born by PHS Ltd. They kept me fully informed of progress and the end result is excellent. I had to replace my old hot-water cylinder and conventional boiler. I invited Premier Heating Solutions to my house for a quote and that was by far the most accurate and competitive among the other providers. Price and schedule agreed via email, great communication. The work was completed as per the agreed schedule, and despite some delay in delivering the new items (boiler and hot water cylinder), the two engineers managed to stay longer to make sure we had hot water for the night. The following day the work was completed with power flush and we are absolutely pleased with the final result and the service throughout the process.

We had an old heat-only boiler replaced together with the usual controls such as programmer and thermostats. The new installation was for a condensing pressurised boiler system using a Which best buy boiler. We also needed extra gas pipe work as the existing supply was inadequate. The work was done over 17th and 18th July as agreed and to the previously accepted price. A number of members of the trader were involved at various stages, but all were friendly and hard working. They happily answered any queries we had and explained how the system worked before completion. There were a few issues that needed resolution before we could sign off the work as complete, but nothing was too much for the team to do and everything was done without fuss. The only point which would help them to be outstanding would be to be more thorough when testing after resolving any problems. That said we would still use them again as the standard of work completed is very good.

We had a new central heating boiler proposed and then installed. The work was done on time to my complete satisfaction. They are very tidy when they work, friendly, tell you what they are doing, courteous. A couple of months after the installation, we had a bit of a problem. They came back, diagnosed a faulty valve and replaced it at no charge. They also noted that the water in the system was dirtier than they would expect after a full flush, so came and repeated the power flush, at no charge. I have recommended Premier Heating to friends. They have been pleased with the quote, pleased with the service and are now also recommending Premier Heating.

It is rare indeed that a company performs from beginning to the end with perfection. Following my request a survey and quote was completed within 24 hours - including a more thorough investigation of this quite complex building than other bidding firms had done. The explanation from the Surveyor (Phil) was precise /knowledgeable (I run a technology/engineering business), identifying the key factors to maximise effectiveness from the design layout for an entire new oil boiler system with complex new pipework etc. The quote gave fully itemised breakdown and although using top level new Worcester equipment, was fairly priced. The 10 year Premier guarantee clear and fair. Premier accelerated installation dates to suit a family function for us. The work (James, Mike, Josh) began exactly on time, cleanliness for a difficult job (house is over 450 years) fully maintained with knowledgeable technicians but who went to great lengths to explain why certain procedures/rewiring/replumbing were being done. Even corrections to the previous layout of 25 years, corrected. Parts such as new motors were only installed as needed so fully trustworthy. All old equipment removed. Commissioning so the whole house feels perfectly warm completed and full explanation as to the quite complex control systems demonstrated so all could understand. Card payment facilities done with no fuss. Office (Naomi) backup regular and clear with following checks and powerflush dates to suit us. A top quality firm.
