Premium Artificial Grass Limited

Premium Artificial Grass are a brilliant company especially Matt who was polite and friendly. He went above and beyond. He was a perfectionist who made sure everything was perfect. They left everything clean and tidy and we highly recommend this company.

Don’t normally do reviews, but felt that these guys deserved it. After getting several quotes, the last one we had was with Justin from Premium Artificial Grass. I’m not going to lie, and will say that they weren’t the cheapest. I eventually went with them for a couple of reasons. Justin was a really nice guy who really knew the industry and explained so much more than anyone else who had come before. And secondly was based on the reviews that they had received online. I’m glad to say that everything that Justin told me has proven correct, and that the guys who actually did the work were fantastic. They were friendly, worked extremely hard, kept within the time scale quoted, and when they finished, left the area spotlessly clean. My wife and I are delighted with the finished result and would certainly recommend them.

We are delighted with our new artificial grass, it looks lovely & a total transformation! Justin is also such a friendly guy & great at his job. He worked really hard & was always so cheerful. We’d highly recommend this company, & Justin. Thank you again.

I asked for initial assessment of the job I needed and approx timelines. They offered suggestions of what would be involved and I chose the grass I wanted. Additional groundwork completed in 2 days to excellent standard and tidied up. Friendly service. Grass fitted and again excellent job, very friendly service, and perfect finish. Very happy with the end to end service and finished garden perfect. Happy to recommend.

No nonsense throughout the whole process. Very easy to deal with and left no mess behind. Now we have a lovely area with premium artificial grass!

Just had another Gold Maintenance Clean and our grass looks fantastic. It's so important to look after your artificial grass, ours is 4 years old and still looks great. Highly recommend Justin and his team.

Premium Artificial Grass supplied us with some of the best grass we’ve seen. We spent ages getting samples from a bunch of different companies and finally settled on PAG’s Gold Prime Immense. It is a beautiful product and comparable with some of the significantly more expensive ones we received samples of. But by far the best part of the service was Justin’s advice, and the willingness to spend time giving it. Delivery was exactly when it was due to be and Justin spent at least 30 minutes offering his expertise which was above and beyond, considering this was a supply-only job. We are very grateful and would highly recommend. Many thanks

Justin and his partner arrived when they said they would and carried a professional clean of my artificial Grass. Justin was also polite and mindful of my property especially as I don’t have side access to the garden. Work was done in good time and grass looks amazing just like new. Highly recommend

Justin and his team were very professional and made my garden space look fresh and new again. Communication was good and service was completed quickly. Would use again.

I totally recommend Justin and his team, they have made our garden into a place we can properly enjoy. They levelled it out and then later laid the most beautiful grass. It has totally transformed our garden. It was worth every penny to get the professionals in. I have seen so many gardens with badly laid artificial grass but I was so impressed with a friend’s garden that I asked her for the contact. I’m so glad I did. No more mowing and I’m looking at a beautiful level and green garden. Fantastic!

Premium Artificial Grass came out to us for a maintenance clean and sanitise today - and wow! What a difference! The grass looks brand new! PAG were incredibly efficient, professional and thorough, and offered amazing customer service throughout. We would 100% recommend and will definitely be using Justin and team again. Thank you Premium Artificial Grass! I honestly can't believe how good it looks! It's the perfect way to get summer ready!

PAG have done an excellent job on my garden. From giving me a quote to carrying out and completing the work was excellent. They turned up as scheduled, workmanship was so professional. The workers were friendly, cleared up after each day and my garden looks amazing. Thank you PAG. I would definitely recommend this company.👍

The team at PAG has just completed work on our small garden, adding a patio and artificial grass. Paul and the team were great, very professional, polite, and kept us up to date with everything going on. The work has been completed to a fantastic standard and cleaned up like they were never there. They've really transformed our space.

From the initial meeting with Justin, I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to discuss my needs thoroughly, especially considering I have three dogs. He recommended a specific type of grass and was very helpful in explaining how regular maintenance would ensure it lasts longer and stays in top condition. The installation team was fantastic! They were courteous, tidy, and very knowledgeable about the product. The installation process went smoothly, and they made sure everything was perfect. Although, I must admit, I didn’t quite agree with their football team choice—haha, but hey, nobody's perfect! Overall, I am extremely pleased with the results. The artificial grass looks amazing and is perfect for my dogs. I highly recommend Premium Artificial Grass Limited to anyone looking for top-notch service and quality

Justin’s team did a brilliant job on our garden. We had the garden levelled, borders put in and Astro laid and are delighted with the results. The team were excellent throughout and careful to cover the drive, side path etc and fully cleaned up at the end. Justin’s response to initial enquiry, communication re starting the job and checking in on the finish was also great. Thanks PAG!

A very professional company. Justin is so passionate about artificial grass that there is nothing he doesn’t know. He viewed my garden and gave me a price there and then. I have a male dog so he suggested a particular type of grass which is more suitable for dogs and children. The guys arrived on time and carefully prepared my garden covering our tiles to avoid any damage. They were efficient and very pleasant. After a hard days work, they cleared and cleaned everything up and returned the next day to complete the amazing transformation. I also bought a sanitiser from them to add to water after my dog has been to the toilet and they offer an aftercare service to keep the lawn at its best which I will definitely be using. I cannot recommend this company enough and they did an amazing job.

I recently had PAG install artificial grass in my garden, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team displayed exceptional professionalism and an unwavering commitment to quality. They were incredibly friendly throughout the process, making the experience even more pleasant. What truly stood out was their remarkable attention to detail - every aspect of the installation was executed with precision. The finished result has transformed my garden completely, exceeding all my expectations. Perhaps most impressive was how immaculately they left my property upon completion. It was as if they had never been there at all - everything was spotlessly clean with no trace of the installation process. If you're considering artificial grass for your outdoor space, I can thoroughly recommend PAG without hesitation. Their workmanship, professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly outstanding.

I contacted PAG on the 2nd Jan to see if the area in our garden could be relaid with artificial grass as it all blew up during a storm over Christmas. After sending some details over and videos, Justin came over on 7th Jan to take some measurements and have a closer inspection. Justin was a pleasure to deal with and an absolute Gentleman. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his industry, which is evident from the various accreditations he and the company hold. Before he left he even said that if I decided to go with another company I could give him a call whenever for some free advice to make sure what I was being told was true. Justin produced a full quote on the 9th Jan, which was well priced for the exceptional quality of work and attention to detail. After accept accepting the quote, the work started on Wed 15th. The workmen, Colin and Paul, were everything you can ask for; courtesy, diligent, skilled, displayed great attention to detail and clean and tidy. All the concrete and rubble were cleared away each evening and the work was completed by Monday 20th lunchtime. When all the work was done, the garden was hosed down from concrete dust, the grass was power brushed, cleaned and all the outside area hoovered to pick up stands of the grass fibre and the outside area was left spotless. Justin also took a time lapse video of the installation to show the transformation. We now have a beautiful garden and our artificial grassed area looks absolutely immaculate.

If you are looking to have artificial grass installed PAG are the company I would recommend. They are professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. Justin came and gave us a quote he was extremely knowledgeable and went through the whole process thoroughly. After getting other quotes we chose PAG. The date was fixed for the job to start and Paul and Colin were the guys who came, they were both brilliant they did a fantastic job and you could see they took pride in what they were doing. They left the site clean and tidy everyday and would always take time to answer any questions that we had. The job went smoothly from start to finish, we are over the moon with the result.

I am truly delighted with the results as promised! The quality of both product and service is outstanding and the attention to detail provided by Justin, Paul and Colin at PAG throughout has been exemplary. Thank you for creating my Happy Place with such care😄
