I felt compelled to write this review because it’s not often you come across genuine perfection in a trade. From the very beginning, Justin’s depth of knowledge and his willingness to help stood out. He saw how desperate I was to correct the mistakes made previously, and immediately stepped in with real care to find and install the perfect specialised turf for my garden. The installation itself was flawless. Matt and Greg worked their magic with a level of expertise and craftsmanship that was both beautiful and efficient. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and readiness to go above and beyond genuinely exceeded every expectation. This was a premium-rate job that delivered a truly premium outcome. I couldn’t be happier with the result, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PAG to anyone wanting the very best.

A few years ago PAG laid Artificial Grass on our back garden . We were very pleased with their work And recently used them to replace the Grass in three areas on our front drive . They did an excellent job - On time , Professional and very friendly workmen And in line with the quote . I would strongly recommend PAG .

I reached out to Premium Artificial Grass after being super impressed with what I had seen on line and by reading other reviews. When I made contact with Justin I immediately felt a connection and have to say my questions about how my artificial grass should be repaired as it was installed incorrectly by a previous tradesman were all answered leaving me with total faith I would see a significant improvement …. And that was even before Justin came over and worked his magic!! Justin sent over various examples of his work and liaised with me for a convenient time to come over to my property… it was actually the next morning he was ready and showing me a live location so I knew exactly when to expect him. The problem areas were immediately identified upon first glance and he suggested numerous solutions and the professional that he is, didn’t automatically insist on me ripping up what was put down and paying more money but how the existing artificial grass could be repaired so that the family could benefit from the outside space we recently created after building works. Don’t normally do reviews, but felt that these guys deserved it. After getting several quotes, the last one we had was with Justin from Premium Artificial Grass. I’m not going to lie, and will say that they weren’t the cheapest. I eventually went with them for a couple of reasons. Justin was a really nice guy who really knew the industry and explained so much more than anyone else who had come before. And secondly was based on the reviews that they had received online. I’m glad to say that everything that Justin told me has proven correct, and that the guys who actually did the work were fantastic. They were friendly, worked extremely hard, kept within the time scale quoted, and when they finished, left the area spotlessly clean. My wife and I are delighted with the finished result and would certainly recommend them.

I asked for initial assessment of the job I needed and approx timelines. They offered suggestions of what would be involved and I chose the grass I wanted. Additional groundwork completed in 2 days to excellent standard and tidied up. Friendly service. Grass fitted and again excellent job, very friendly service, and perfect finish. Very happy with the end to end service and finished garden perfect. Happy to recommend.

Premium Artificial Grass supplied us with some of the best grass we’ve seen. We spent ages getting samples from a bunch of different companies and finally settled on PAG’s Gold Prime Immense. It is a beautiful product and comparable with some of the significantly more expensive ones we received samples of. But by far the best part of the service was Justin’s advice, and the willingness to spend time giving it. Delivery was exactly when it was due to be and Justin spent at least 30 minutes offering his expertise which was above and beyond, considering this was a supply-only job. Justin was also polite and mindful of my property especially as I don’t have side access to the garden. Work was done in good time and grass looks amazing just like new. Highly recommend

The team at PAG has just completed work on our small garden, adding a patio and artificial grass. Paul and the team were great, very professional, polite, and kept us up to date with everything going on. The work has been completed to a fantastic standard and cleaned up like they were never there. They've really transformed our space.

Justin’s team did a brilliant job on our garden. We had the garden levelled, borders put in and Astro laid and are delighted with the results. The team were excellent throughout and careful to cover the drive, side path etc and fully cleaned up at the end. A very professional company. Justin is so passionate about artificial grass that there is nothing he doesn’t know. He viewed my garden and gave me a price there and then. I have a male dog so he suggested a particular type of grass which is more suitable for dogs and children. The guys arrived on time and carefully prepared my garden covering our tiles to avoid any damage. They were efficient and very pleasant. After a hard days work, they cleared and cleaned everything up and returned the next day to complete the amazing transformation. I also bought a sanitiser from them to add to water after my dog has been to the toilet and they offer an aftercare service to keep the lawn at its best which I will definitely be using. I cannot recommend this company enough and they did an amazing job.

I contacted PAG on the 2nd Jan to see if the area in our garden could be relaid with artificial grass as it all blew up during a storm over Christmas. After sending some details over and videos, Justin came over on 7th Jan to take some measurements and have a closer inspection. Justin was a pleasure to deal with and an absolute Gentleman. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his industry, which is evident from the various accreditations he and the company hold. Before he left he even said that if I decided to go with another company I could give him a call whenever for some free advice to make sure what I was being told was true. Justin produced a full quote on the 9th Jan, which was well priced for the exceptional quality of work and attention to detail. After accept accepting the quote, the work started on Wed 15th. The workmen, Colin and Paul, were everything you can ask for; courtesy, diligent, skilled, displayed great attention to detail and clean and tidy. All the concrete and rubble were cleared away each evening and the work was completed by Monday 20th lunchtime. When all the work was done, the garden was hosed down from concrete dust, the grass was power brushed, cleaned and all the outside area hoovered to pick up stands of the grass fibre and the outside area was left spotless. Justin also took a time lapse video of the installation to show the transformation. We now have a beautiful garden and our artificial grassed area looks absolutely immaculate.

Justin came and gave us a quote he was extremely knowledgeable and went through the whole process thoroughly. After getting other quotes we chose PAG. The date was fixed for the job to start and Paul and Colin were the guys who came, they were both brilliant they did a fantastic job and you could see they took pride in what they were doing. They left the site clean and tidy everyday and would always take time to answer any questions that we had. The job went smoothly from start to finish, we are over the moon with the result.
