Justin and his team carried out the gold package maintenance on our artificial lawn. They weeded, sanitised and refreshed and it now looks as good as new! We will definitely have this maintenance carried out on a yearly basis. Fully recommend this service.

We had our turf laid back in Oct 2020 by PAG and thought it was time for a refresh. We booked in a gold maintenance as had a loft conversion and scaffolding on the turf. The maintenance has renewed the life of the turf and really happy with how it looks. Can highly recommend a maintenance clean based on results.

From our initial enquiry to the works being completed, PAG were professional and a pleasure to do business with. They were really great, willing to offer advise, ensuring at all stages of the works the design was what we wanted and keeping us updated on the schedule, due to our typical British weather being so unserttled. As per any savvy prospective customer of companies I always carry out a number of checks before finalising my decision for a company or tradesperson. I don’t always get it right but… In this instance I decided to get two local companies to quote and without naming the other, both were impressive. Reviews for both were also good. It came down not to money as readers might expect as PAG were more expensive however, the personality, approach and assurance from Justin as the owner and reviews tipped my decision in his favour. So having just finished the work and been paid- did they do everything they said they would do? Absolutely. Did they continue to meet previous reviews call outs ? Absolutely. Would I recommend this company? Yes I would. Will they deliver on their promise to fix anything that may arise in the future - we shall see but I’m confident that what Justin says, he will back up.

Good communication. We were desperate to have our astro turf cleaned but it wasn't weather permitting but Justin kept in touch and as soon as the weather changed he fitted in the job for us. Great result and the turf looked like new again

Justin did a great job explaining the options and visiting the site. The installation was for a cottage back garden in the centre of St Albans which has poor access but PAG wasn’t phased by that and the finished product is excellent. It has transformed a weedy town centre garden into an amazing space to use. Paul and his team worked hard to get the job done properly and on time. I would recommend PAG.

The team that work for Premium Artificial Grass were simply amazing from start to end. I cannot highly recommend them enough. Come rain or shine they persevered to get my huge 200 foot garden as level as they possibly could. With precision and care. They were a pleasure to work with and the results speak for themselves. We used PAG to replace our tired old lawn with some artificial grass. Before speak to Justin I thought installers ripped the old grass up chucked some sand down and plonk the grass on top of it….. job done. Speaking to Justin I quickly found out there was a lot more involved to make the lawn look good and last for a long time. Justin took his time to explain the process and all the options available so we could make the right selection for our area. When the PAG installers came to fit the grass they where extremely professional and very tidy. I couldn’t recommend them enough a very professional company and a pleasure to use them.

Fantastic service and product from Justin and his great team They couldn't have been friendlier and more courteous and honestly the nicest trades people we have ever used The lawn looks fabulous. We have been considering it for years and took recommendation from one of PAGs customers from 8 years ago who's lawn still looks fab. So glad we did. Justin has just completed our regular maintenance for our premium artificial grass installation which is just over 5 years old. The grass looks like new and is ready for the summer. Wow! From start to finish PAG have been fabulous! From meeting Justin and talking through the requirements we wanted for our garden (we have two dogs who ruined our grass) communication and information was great. Having decided to go for an artificial grass my son recommended PAG as a friend of his had used them to do their lawn. Having gone round and looked at their lawn I was very impressed so I contacted Justin for a quote. We had our rear garden relaid with artificial turf. Prior to choosing, PAG provided advice about the types of materials and the work involved, and put no pressure on us to choose their services, even so far as saying that, if we were to go with another company, they should take our advice when searching elsewhere. Pricing was advised early on, based on the types of grass and additional materials, as well as guidance on how to look after certain types. We decided on artificial as our lovely dog had unfortunately destroyed our grass garden and upkeep became unbearable. We were put totally at ease and provided samples and details to review if we decided to go with them, which of course we did as they were presented as very professional. When liaising they were quick to respond to messages. The work itself took three days, and an outline of each day’s work was provided in detail. Our garden is fantastic, the work to an excellent standard and we have been left very happy. If you want artificial grass, I can’t recommend PAG enough.

After a lot of research we found Premium Artificial Grass Ltd (PAG) and another company which having read reviews wanted to quote for fitting artificial grass for our back garden. We were then recommended PAG by 2 friends, one having work completed and another from being able to purchase the material and do yourself. Justin came out prior to the other company to quote and having viewed the samples and hearing how they work decided to go with them albeit a wait of about 8 weeks. To be honest, we’ve found if you have to wait for the work to be completed, that’s normally a good sign rather than some company can fit you in within weeks. Well, we weren’t disappointed. Matt, Evan and Colin were excellent. They arrived at the time and date given. The attention to detail at every stage was just spot on. Always left at the end of the day with the site area cleared and front looking good. Always polite, respectful and very hardworking, nothing was too much trouble. They had a video showing the work they were doing and the quality of materials used were as agreed with Justin. My daughter also had her garden done during the same week and again the behaviours and craftsmanship was of that high standard. The wait of about 8 weeks was well worth it and the cost was competitive with others who would quote without even visiting us and not being able to see the quality of the samples of the materials they use. I would definitely recommend this company as they have transformed our garden

We used Premium Artificial Grass about 10 years ago and were very impressed with the job they did back then so when my wife decided 'we want the garden re-landscaped' there was no question in my mind where to go. Justin and the team did an even better installation this time with much better quality grass and fixtures. They ripped out the old grass and concrete, levelled the garden like a bowling green and made it the most child-safe back garden that looks amazing. The team were great, the service and communications through the process was faultless and I cannot recommend the team highly enough...Don't settle for inferior products and waste money regretting it later - Do it right - Do it with PAG...
