Premium Artificial Grass Limited

Could not fault the entire experience from first contact to completion. Full explanation by Justin on how the installation would take place, the wide range of samples to choose from and a full introduction to the staff who would be completing the work. Matt, Greg and Colin were professional and very committed to doing an excellent job We are extremely satisfied and would not hesitate in recommending PAG to anyone considering an artificial lawn.

Excellent service , great team. Fantastic communication throughout. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend

Love their work. Great team, friendly and polite. Great communication with booking and throughout the process. Would highly recommend

Really don’t know where to start! Just can’t describe how fantastic this company is. From start to finish, quote to completion, everything has worked perfectly! Justin always kept in touch and was extremely quick to reply… even at the weekend! Matt, Gregg and Colin arrived and delivered our dream Astro turf. Such hard working, friendly, professional team with a great sense of humour. Our very ordinary garden now looks amazing, I really can’t stop admiring it, I’m so happy. The turf looks real! Won’t hesitate to recommend PAG to anyone that’ll listen. Excellent vfm worth every penny. Got to be the best company I’ve dealt with in years. Thank you so much!!!!!

From Justin's initial visit and quote PAG were so professional. Matt, Gregg and Colin completed our lawn in an amazing 2 days. They explained each stage of the process, this was very interesting and enabled us to understand the whole process. We have gone from a worn out grass lawn to perfection now with the artificial grass from PAG. They left the whole area cleaner at the end than it was at the start. We felt they arrived as workmen and left as friends. Thoroughly recommend Premium Artificial Grass. We will contact Justin regarding our first maintenance pack visit as required next year.

We had our front garden redone with artificial grass and it looks amazing. When I first saw the finished work my only word was 'WOW'. The work chaps arrived on time, were polite [not only to me but my neighbours], jovial and efficient. They made every effort to take care of my existing plants and I cant fault them; the work they have done makes my property look special. It was quite expensive but worth the money.

I reached out to Justin for advice about some artificial grass we’d recently had laid, as the two joins were very noticeable. He offered to come over and take a look, and even though he was dealing with a few unavoidable business hiccups, he kept in touch throughout and made sure to fit us in as soon as he could. Justin took the time to explain clearly why the issue had happened and then offered to replace the affected sections using some spare grass we already had. The results were excellent — far better than we expected — and the price he charged was extremely fair. We’re really pleased with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to use his company again, especially when we tackle our front garden next. Thank you Justin. Fabulous customer service.

Justin - Premium Artificial Grass Ltd (PAG) near Stevenage recently installed Artificial Grass in my rear garden at the end of a large total garden redesign. From start to finish the installers (Matt, Colin etc) were polite, informative, professional and outstanding in all respects. The ground preparation phase was seamless, meticulous and their attention to detail was outstanding. The grass installed looks fantastic and has exceeded all expectations. Throughout, Justin has been consultative, informative and adaptable. Despite his busy schedule, he is happy to discuss needs and options, adjust where necessary and is exceptionally knowledgeable in his specialist area. He has inexhaustible energy in what he does to ensure that the best service, product and results are achieved. I am so glad that I chose PAG after several glowing local recommendations. I have 2 young spaniel dogs and they love it! I would highly recommend Justin/PAG for all artificial grass needs without any hesitation whatsoever. Thanks, Justin/PAG!

From the first meeting with Justin we found him very knowledgeable and he immediately put at ease. On the day of the installation the team greeted us warmly and explained what the plan was. The team were friendly, respectful and very tidy. We had an old artificial lawn and the new one that they laid is absolutely amazing. Their work is exceptional and we are so pleased with our new lawn. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I used PAG to lay my new grass. They were so efficient and the work guys were amazing. The quality of the product can’t be beaten. It may be pricier than some companies but so worth paying as it is exceptional. A friend had used them (& many of her friends since) over 10 yrs ago and I visit her regularly and it still looks like the day it was laid. Each step was carefully undertaken and expertly done. I can’t speak more highly of them. Justin explains everything that is going to happen, each step and there are many the preparation is amazing. They leave your home cleaner and tidier than when they arrived. Thank you I love it.

Thank you so so much I’m over the moon with the results of my lawn I’m bursting with pride again Very friendly and professional maintenance clean of my lawn after 6 years it looks like new again thank you

From the minute we enquired with PAG they were quick in their response & even quicker than expected coming round to meet and give us a face to face quote. Justin was friendly , open and happy to answer any questions / concerns I had. He was very knowledgable and I immediately got a good feeling and felt confident in choosing them to do the work. On the day of instillation the team turned up and warmly introduced themselves and laid out the plan / expectation of the day ahead. The team were efficient , tidy and defiantly experts at what they do! I am so so happy with the results and it looks even better than I had imagined. I would 100% recommend Justin & the team at PAG to anyone looking for quality grass / work ! Really happy with the whole service from start to finish.

Excellent service from start to finish, from first contact to the date of installation, we were kept updated throughout. Once installation started they were so professional and clean! You would not even know that they had been there at all! The quality of the grass and installation is second to none. The garden has now been transformed! Fantastic service throughout and a decent price.

Pete Dewe from Dewe Gardens done an absolutely amazing job on our garden, and the artificial lawn supplied by Justin and the team at PAG finishes all the other work off fabulously. It's an amazingly real looking lawn. We had 2 sides of our garden done, one as the adult side (with summerhouse pub, raised beds etc) and the other side as a football/golf pitch for my boy. Absolutely amazing. Thanks lads!!

This is the second job Justin and his team have done for us and they've outdone themselves! Matt, Greg and Colin have completely transformed our garden. They are the hardest workers and so good at what they do. With three young children and a large dog, they have completely changed the garden for us. Thank you so much! Would recommend to everyone!

I can’t express enough how hard Greg, Matt & Colin worked this week. In 4 days, they have totally transformed my garden, and it looks great. The work had to be done by hand due to access issues, and they worked so hard. Nothing was too much trouble. If you’re thinking of transforming your garden, contact Justin, as he is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

We are absolutely blown away with the transformation of our garden. The team have done a fantastic job. The communication was spot on and the guys working were brilliant, they were happy and helpfl, they went above and beyond for the whole project. They were on time every day and we couldn’t be happier with our garden. Our neighbours have commented on how nice the garden is but also commented on how lovely the team were too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Justin and his team did a fantastic job for us. They transformed a very drab area into a vibrant part of our garden by laying approx 33 m2 of artificial grass. From our first meeting Justin was very professional and kept us informed of time scale etc. He was friendly and explained the whole process step by step, clearing up at the end leaving our new lawn looking beautiful. We would not hesitate in recommending Premium Artificial Grass Limited to anyone who is thinking of doing a similar project. Thanks again Justin for a job well done.

I used this company to transform my muddy back garden to the green green grass of home and they didn't disappoint. The service was second to none workmanship was second to none the 2 boys were fantastic, couldn't have been more helpful They transformed my garden in 2 days turned up on time kept telling me what they were doing next, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them 💯% Thank you Justin and the boys

Grass was installed on time, communication was on point, left clean, top of their trade and the quality was second to none. All materials were of the highest quality and the team was very respectful and professional. Thanks again for an amazing experience 🤩

I felt compelled to write this review because it’s not often you come across genuine perfection in a trade. From the very beginning, Justin’s depth of knowledge and his willingness to help stood out. He saw how desperate I was to correct the mistakes made previously, and immediately stepped in with real care to find and install the perfect specialised turf for my garden. The installation itself was flawless. Matt and Greg worked their magic with a level of expertise and craftsmanship that was both beautiful and efficient. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and readiness to go above and beyond genuinely exceeded every expectation. This was a premium-rate job that delivered a truly premium outcome. I couldn’t be happier with the result, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PAG to anyone wanting the very best.

A few years ago PAG laid Artificial Grass on our back garden . We were very pleased with their work And recently used them to replace the Grass in three areas on our front drive . They did an excellent job - On time , Professional and very friendly workmen And in line with the quote . I would strongly recommend PAG .

I reached out to Premium Artificial Grass after being super impressed with what I had seen on line and by reading other reviews. When I made contact with Justin I immediately felt a connection and have to say my questions about how my artificial grass should be repaired as it was installed incorrectly by a previous tradesman were all answered leaving me with total faith I would see a significant improvement …. And that was even before Justin came over and worked his magic!! Justin sent over various examples of his work and liaised with me for a convenient time to come over to my property… it was actually the next morning he was ready and showing me a live location so I knew exactly when to expect him. The problem areas were immediately identified upon first glance and he suggested numerous solutions and the professional that he is, didn’t automatically insist on me ripping up what was put down and paying more money but how the existing artificial grass could be repaired so that the family could benefit from the outside space we recently created after building works. To summarize: Justin is an extremely polite, knowledgeable artificial grass enthusiast. You are in safe hands if you contact Premium Artificial Grass ⭐️

A massive thank you to Justin at premium grass and Matt and Colin for installing my rear garden lawn and totally transforming a once unusable garden. Such a great job undertaken and was managed in a good amount of time and left in impeccable condition. 10/10 thank you

PAG have completed a few jobs in my road, and the results are excellent. The professionalism, and attention to detail and the hard work the men put in, and the finish job were outstanding.
