Having taken note of the Which Magazine trusted traders section, I contacted Premium Heating, Plumbing and Cooling and accepted their quotation for the refurbishment of our en-suite. From the outset, when they laid a protective covering in our hall and practically shrink wrapped the stairs and bedroom carpets, a tad embarrassing given their rather tired appearance, I felt reassured that we had made a good choice. Throughout the project their professionalism and consideration was excellent: overall Andy was the person we saw the most; calm, highly efficient and facilitating, he deserves a shout out. He also survived the challenge of negotiating my younger, home from uni, son’s bedroom, to reach the radiator, while said son was still in bed! Andy is a professional indeed.He also kept us up-to-date with the progress of the project and about who was due to arrive when: the electrician; the plasterer; the gentleman who laid the flooring; the tiler, all arrived on the day and at the time expected. At the end of each day everything was tidied away and the place left clean; the whole experience was made as painless as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm or using them in future.

Premium replaced three toilets. The were prompt and reasonable in their quotes and turned up on time. Quality of work is excellent.

Boiler replaced and a new Hive system was installed. We needed the gas pipe to be replaced by larger pipes to get the correct pressure at the boiler due to a very long pipe run. Also had the system power flushed. Friendly and knowledgeable fitters did a good clean job. Good professional job.

Service Engineer was punctual, polite and courteous and carried out a swift service. Would recommend him again. Customer service - outstanding.

After making contact, the response was timely and effective. the work was completed within 7 days. What is important to me when searching for new tradespeople is the feeling of personal assurance. This covers knowledge, care and consideration. Looking forward to long relationship with the team at Premium Heating.

I decided to have my bathroom completely refurbished and Premium was recommended to me. Getting such work done can be nerve-wracking as it is a big job and with the money it costs, you want to know the end result is going to be perfect. Barrie, the owner came out first of all and we talked through what I wanted with honest and constructive comments given. A quote was received afterwards and I was happy with this. I purchased all of my bathroom items from EH Smith - the Coventry branch - who had done a design for me (many thanks to Jess and Deborah at EH Smith Coventry for all their work) before I contacted Premium. I did have to wait some time for the next available slot for the work to be done. This might sound like a negative but for me it was a sign Premium was in demand for bathroom refurbs for a reason. From my own experience, the wait was worth it. Andy at Premium was the main person working on my bathroom with daily help from other staff. Andy really knows his stuff, works to a high standard and I really appreciated his attention to detail. Premium arranges and coordinates the various other trades that need to come in - plasterers, electricians, panel fitters, etc. This was seamless with everyone turning up when they should and also doing a professional job. The work was completed as per the schedule and to budget. I would use Premium again.

We found Premium Heating to be a very professional company, everything went smoothly from initial enquiries, to booking in, the quote, and of course the work. Very helpful, polite, respectful of our property and a nice guy as well!

Very pleased with how the fitting of our new boiler went. My husband was sure that there would be a problem but it was all plain sailing. It was great to have it fitted so quickly after our old boiler stopped working.

I have used Premier Heating & Plumbing for 3 years as always they bring a significant level of knowledge via the chosen issue today it was plumbing. The plumbing engineer was quick to spot the problem(s) and provide solutions.

Our appointment for a boiler service was made for two days later. The gas engineer was prompt, friendly and efficient. We recommend them.
