Replacement heating system and new shower

I contacted a total of 7 companies in my local area. Of those, Premium were quickest to provide visit/quote and their quote was also cheapest. My entire heating system needed replacing, all pipework, radiators and boiler and obviously I was expecting very significant upheaval for the 5 days installation period. The engineers, Joe & Colin are really nice guys and really expert tradesmen. On their arrival on Monday 21/6/2021 we walked through the job and explained what we wanted and through the week they kept us informed of progress and gave us options / advice when minor changes had to be made to the original plan. At the end of each working day they cleared up and vacuumed to ensure minimal disruption for us. At the end of the job the minor remedial works such as plastering around flue and re-bricking the old flue were carried out with the same professionalism as the system installation. We are very pleased with the new system and shower and would recommend Premium to anyone. Thanks again to Joe & Colin for delivering such a great job. Gerry

This is the third time we have used Premium Heating and Plumbing. This time we had a gas fire removed and disposed of. We had a visit and a quote before arranging the work. The heating engineer arrived on time taking Covid measures. Without fuss, he provided a good service in removing the fire, cleaned up, and fitted a temporary good quality cover. We were very pleased with the work which was done for a reasonable price.

Problematic Shower

Excellent work carried out by Premier Heating & Plumbing. Barry came to the house and accessed the problem. He discussed the proposal in detail and followed up with a written quotation. Andy arrived on the agreed date to replace the shower pump with a negative head pump and upgraded the pipework in compliance with the manufacturer's specification. Very professional, an exceptional result. Will certainly recommend the business to friends and family.

First time we have tried Which? Trusted Trader, and felt well pleased. We needed some plumbing work done and had put it off due to Covid. However three weeks on from our first jab we felt safer to have a stranger in our house. On 'phoning, spoke to a knowlegable and friendly person, who emailed a quote for two of the three jobs, saying they would need to see the problem before giving the third quote. Agreed to their doing the jobs a few days ahead. Job three suddenly became urgent. Premium needed only about 15 minutes to arrange to do the urgent job more quickly, without quoting. Plumber arrived on time wearing mask and sorted out the urgent problem. Friendly and professional. A few days later a second plumber arrived on time wearing a mask. Did both jobs properly. Again friendly and professional. Then we awaited invoice asking ourselves if we would receive a major bill for the unquoted emergency job. What a relief when the invoice arrived and we were charged a very fair price for the emergency part of the work. We will definately use Premium in the future, and as a result of using Which? Trusted Trader will use the site again for other types of work as well.

Awful company don't use.

They charge me £60 call out Fee, gave me no feedback, when I contacted my Tenant was told they said one problem had been fixed, but Tenant said it had not solved the problem. When I contacted them, they refused to do the work that I had asked them to investigated.

Thank you for your feedback all feedback is taken on board. I would like to say we did charge you £60 investigation fee which covered the cost of our engineer reseal around the bath screen in the main bathroom, which would normally cost more but no extra cost was passed to yourself. However we did then email you to tell you the Ensuite bathroom needed a lot of attention as a lot of work was needed and also told your tenant. From then you asked us for the cheapest quote due to lack of information, Which we responded with we cant do the work straight away due to other booking. If you was still having problems with the main bathroom which we resolved please just let us know as we would gladly go back but in regards to that we have heard nothing. If you would like to call or we can call you we are always happy to help.
Great hardworking team and top service

We had full bathroom refurb and new boiler installation with relocation from existing bathroom to loft. Existing bathroom was stripped back to the brick, with a thorough and quality job with the fix and installation of the new bathroom. Great hardworking team who kept us informed and consulted with us throughout. Great service provided all round. Tiler/Plasterer/Carpenter used all top quality work too. We are really pleased with the outcome and quality finish. New suite was sourced via Archways bathrooms, which was all handled directly with Premium. Highly recommended!
