What a lovely bunch of people from beginning to end, from me asking daft questions whilst viewing their doors to the final fit. Very quick, just four weeks from ordering to fitting, despite extra bank holidays. Competitively priced and an upfront deposit which was less than all the major national companies. No pressure selling no daft scripts just fabulous information and advice. Great choice of doors. Fitters on the day were punctual, hard working and took care with every aspect of the job. Conscientious and cleaned up before they left.

From the very beginning of this project. We could not have expected to be so happy at the end. At the quote stage we felt at ease, we were offered suggestion that showed "they knew what they were talking about" Mike's suggestion improved on what we said we wanted. The surveyor also added ideas that further improved our aims. From the first appointment, times given, were kept. And the work started much quicker than we thought it would, the whole exercise took less than 6 weeks from us making the first phone call to completion. Everyone who came to our home, to complete the work - installers, electrician, plumber and builders were a credit to Prenton Glass, they all got on with their jobs, were pleasant and professional and left our home as they found it. All appointments made - kept. I struggle to express how happy we are with the process and the results of this project and the improvement it has made to our home. Thank you Prenton Glass

Our old sunroom needed replacing. Mike of Prenton Glass came out as soon as I contacted the firm. Quoted for the taking down of the old structure and the cost of a new conservatory. The work has been carried out to a very high standard. All the workmen arrived when stated and they were all very polite and professional. I had great faith in them. The end result is fantastic and I can not recommend them enough. Laura at the office kept me informed of time and date of arrival and answered any questions I had straight away.

We used Prenton Glass to install our conservatory warm roof system, we had several quotes but found that Prenton Glass was the fairest given the quality of materials to be used. The project was started on the date agreed and finished in quick time, the standard of workmanship by the installation team was excellent,we were kept informed throughout regarding various tradesmen arriving. (all being skilled and friendly) Overall we would highly recommend Prenton Glass.

I can’t thank the Prenton Glass team enough for a job well done. It was really easy to place the order (assisted by Sarah), and the fitter, Andy , was really excellent. There is usually some remedial decorating to be done after a job like this but Andy took great care in removing the old door frame so very little plaster work was disturbed. He left the walls in much better shape than they were before to be honest, no painting needed! I am amazed as I usually need to set to work amending little mistakes when workmen have been. Nothing to do now but put my feet up!

We have recently had a Guardian warm roof installed on our conservatory by Prenton Glass. We were visited by Mike who provided us with great service from beginning to end. Dave and Ben fitted the roof and were excellent, very quick and tidy, as were the plasterer and electrician, all workmanship was faultless. We are now enjoying our new room in time for the cold weather. The cost was very competitive. I would definitely recommend Prenton glass.

We have had our whole front entrance installed by Prenton. From the original contact to a site visit by Sarah , the surveyor and the installation. It has been an efficient, courteous and professional service. There was never a hard sell, and all the people we were in contact with listened and provided clear clarification of our queries. The surveyor took me on a tour of our street to show me examples of various parts of the door, fixtures and surrounds. This was extremely informative. The installer was amazing, getting all the work done and tidying up etc. He advised that two small pieces of the surround were missing and would be replaced when in stock. He appeared the next day with said ‘bits’, We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

From the initial scope and quote meeting with the Director we knew we were going to get a very good service from Prenton Glass. No cheesy salesperson tactics - they listened to what we wanted and didn't try to persuade us to go for something else we didn't want or need. Everything was done on time and not a penny over the quote. The fitters were punctual, hardworking and really knew what they were doing and this was reflected in the high standard of work and finish. We had all front, back and side windows replaced, new patio doors and new composite doors front and rear. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Prenton Glass to anyone!!

The guy’s worked really hard, were extremely professional, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. The windows look fab. Only two more to go in the bathroom now and that completes all of the windows in the house that this firm have fitted over the past few years. Highly recommended.

We've just had an elephant grey composite door fitted, which I love. Sarah came to the house just before Christmas to give us a quote she was lovely and friendly. I didn't feel pressured or rushed like a lot of sales reps make you feel. Sarah was helpful gave good advice when asked and honest answers to some questions I had. I was in work when we got the door fitted so my neighbour let them in. The fitter was very nice. Did a fabulous job even put our doorbell back. No mess whatsoever was left. I forgot to mention my husband wanted to keep the old door, as soon as we phoned them they returned it the next day. Would highly recommend Prenton Glass to anyone Thank you

First we had an old wooded conservatory taken down and a new pvc double glazed erected the job was top class. From getting a quote and agreeing the price the staff where all top class and professional the fitters doing the job again top class and we are both made up. Being so pleased we have given another job the front porch again take down old porch again wooded and allium double glazed and replace with pvc top class job. We are really made up with there work from start to finish 10 out of 10 made up with the staff and the fitters.
