Prestige Damp Proof Solutions are brilliant. I contacted them and they came out of their normal working area to help me with damp I had to an interior wall. Patrick detailed the world required, time, any potential issues and also identified the cause of the damp quickly. Natasha was great to communicate with, fast and responsive, and kept me up to date with all developments along the process. The work was carried out over two days by Andrew and Patrick who were both polite, professional, kept mess to a minimum and wee clearly experts in their work. I was very happy with the work carried out and the after care in terms of what to and when plus the work guarantee was very helpful. Thanks again to Prestige, Patrick, Andrew and Natasha. I had rising damp on an internal wall. I chose Patrick purely on his previous reviews. I was not disappointed. He responded quickly to my query, explained why the problem had occurred and the procedure to remedy it. His quote arrived the following day and work commenced shortly after we accepted his quote. Patrick arrived when he said he would, worked tirelessly for the day under difficult conditions (it was unbearably hot and very dusty) and made sure the mess was kept to a minimum. He remained cheerful and chatty throughout the work. His standard of work is excellent; the finished plastering is brilliant. He is a man who obviously enjoys his job and is extremely proud of his standard of work. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Patrick’s men managed to turn what I thought would be a traumatic experience into something painless. Very considerate, good standard of workmanship, tidied up after themselves even to the extent of washing down the patio. Would definitely recommend this company.

Patrick and his team did an amazing job renewing the pebble dash on our house. They were fast, very friendly and efficient. They were very flexible with their time, even when we had an issue with our scaffolding (unrelated to Prestige Damp Proofing Solutions).
