We asked Paul to look at our electric shower which was malfunctioning. He diagnosed the problem on the Thursday, ordered the part the same day and had it delivered and fitted by the Monday. We were so grateful to have such prompt and efficient service. He comes when he says he will and explained everything really clearly. While he was there he also suggested there was probably an outside leak affecting our water pressure. We reported it and he was right- emergency repairs were done by Thames Water in the street that weekend as a result.

Paul was absolutely fantastic! The morning my mum was due to get out of hospital after a four-week stay her shower pump packed up. He sourced a new one and was out within an hour to fit it. Quick, tidy and very professional. Job done before mum even knew anything was wrong. Highly recommended for great service and a quality job!

I needed a plumber to sort out a very stiff water tap under a kitchen cupboard which was extremely hard to access and work on. I found Paul through Trusted Traders and he arrived at the time he’d agreed, he was very friendly and polite. I was a bit worried that he’d have a problem with the tight space, but not for him, his confidence and professionalism shone through and he completed the tricky job efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. He also sorted out a very loose toilet seat. I would certainly have no hesitation in calling upon his services in the future and quite honestly I wouldn’t bother with any other quotes as I’m more than happy with Paul. He is very clear with pricing too, no hidden costs. I’ve found a gem!

I have used Paul multiple times over the years for a variety of things at home (usually boiler service or the like) and have always found him to be reliable, friendly, and the work done to a high standard. What I really like is that he always gives me an accurate quote before any work is carried out and asks for my explicit approval before any substantive work is carried out

Paul was excellent right from the first conversation. Understood the problem immediately, arrived the very next day at the agreed time to assess and provide solution. Paul identified and clearly explained the root cause. We discussed the best option which Paul delivered on the day. I was consulted on each step and informed of progress. Paul was very diligent and took great pride on his work. The surrounding area was spotless. Solution in place and is fully working. No fuss, no mess. True professional. Highly recommend.

Paul provided a first class service when our central heating stopped working . He located the faults, collected required replacement parts, and drained and repaired the system in a day. He also serviced our gas fire and boiler at the same time.
