Arrived on time. We had plastic toilet freshener that was blocking the pipe. They had to detach the toilet from the tiles and put it back on. It was completed in an hour and they left no mess.

Paul kept me updated with his appointment time & came when he said he would. The work was carried out very efficiently, my radiators are now hot & he kept me informed as I was at work & my sons were home with him. He quoted an approximate price before he visited & this is what he charged - brilliant - I will definitely use him again.
