Paul carried out the work in his usual professional manner He replaced a broken tap and repaired the plug in the bathroom basin , serviced the gas boiler and checked that two downstairs heaters were in working order The work was completed in line with the agreed budget

Paul was excellent. He came round very quickly for what was an emergency especially when compared to all other plumbers in the area who couldn’t make it for 24 hours. He made the exception because it was an emergency and came round at 6pm when he’d finished for the day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently and returned the next day with the correct parts to fix the problem.

A new boiler was installed during one day, as per schedule and to budget. The central heating system was flushed and cleaned, leaving a fully functioning system. The work staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. I can thoroughly recommend this company, based on this, and previous, experience.

Fixed leaking pipe junction which was getting worse day by day, removed old water softener and cured air lock problem brought on by this reviewer turning of mains stop cock. Spoke at end of one day and all problems fixed first thing next morning (to schedule and price previously agreed). Very pleasant and competent!

Paul and his colleague fitted a new boiler and tested our whole hot water/central heating system. The job was quickly quoted and was billed with no extras. The job was done efficiently and with no mess. We have used Prestige for over 16 years for all our heating/boiler work always a great job.

Complete Bathroom Renovation

Paul and his team did a wonderful job designing and fitting our new bathroom. The job was to remove the old bath, toilet, basin and tiles, then install walk-in shower, with new toilet and basin plus complete re-tiling of floor and all walls. Extra spotlights were added to the ceiling and any untiled areas were re-painted. We were offered complete choice on tiles and fittings, supported by helpful and expert advice from Paul. The installation was completely done, start to finish, whilst we were away on holiday - we returned to a completely new bathroom! Would recommend Paul and his team.

It may only have been a small job - two old broken leaky taps - but Paul and his team assessed the job quickly, explored different options and came up with a quick solution to replace and sort them. Paul and Mark were professional, tidy, polite and very happy to explain what they were doing. Very happy with their work.
