Paul provided a first class service when our central heating stopped working . He located the faults, collected required replacement parts, and drained and repaired the system in a day. He also serviced our gas fire and boiler at the same time.

Paul came to our renovation project to pick up a half finished job by another trades person. I have been employing Paul for some years, covering a new boiler installation, radiator flushing, and a new boiler & c/h controller. Now I do not get quotations from other competitors but rely on his integrity. He arrived on time and completed the required tasks during one morning, leaving clean and tidy rooms on departure.

This is the second plumbing project where I have called on the services of Paul from Prestige Heating & Plumbing and just like the previous one, I am very pleased with the high standard of work carried out. In this case it was the installation of two large radiators. Paul is very knowledgable and has a friendly, engaging style and his personal style means he is always checking up that everything has been completed to my satisfaction. Paul has a consultative approach prior to issuing the quotation and details the work to be carried out. He explained the stages of the process well. He attended on the agreed date and completed everything by the close of business. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul- he's a real find.

Paul did a bathroom refurbishment. He worked efficiently and was very neat and tidy. He got back to me in a timely manner with responses to any queries or questions I had. The work got done within the time frame given. I am very happy with my refurbished bathroom.

I had urgent need to have a replacement hot water cylinder and re-siting of a dual power-shower pump alongside. This, together with identifying a leaky shower feed and supply and wiring of a new immersion heater. With work on such an old installation throwing up challenges and snags I was very impressed with how the issues were overcome positively. The work was carried out to a very high standard; the pipework was routed far more intelligently than had been done by previous installers and the quality of each and every joint and pipe bend was impressive. I found this company through Which? Trusted Trader and I am so happy that I did so. Describing the job and sending photos over email followed by a personal visit gave me confidence. Great job, Paul.

I own a number of properties and have used the services of quite a few tradesmen in recent years - including plumbers. (I have dealt with Which Trusted Traders to get electrical, kitchen, major plumbing and flooring work done.) Paul Harris (Prestige Heating & Plumbing) is outstanding among these and so I’m writing a rare review. He is at the expensive end of Which’s price range but I continue to use him in preference both for my boiler and plumbing work because (1) he is very experienced - he has spotted issues and given sensible advice on purchasing that has saved me time and money (2) he applies his intelligence to anticipate and prevent future problems and he can explain the issues so that I feel I have made the best trade off when there is a cost/ quality, time/ practicality choice to be made. The latest job was major. It involved demolishing down to the timbers and rebuilding my en suite bathroom, airing cupboard and downstairs hall cupboard after a catastrophic leak of a mains water pipe. He estimated one month to do the work - the job was on time & in budget. He put in full days and closely supervised the trades he brought in (eg he got the painter to redo the bathroom - he hadn’t used his specified paint). I was always in the loop on who would be in my house and when. Paul is very detail oriented, conscientious, reliable & organised from start to finish.

Feel very lucky to have found Paul - he did a really great job on fixing the temp control on my shower when other plumbers couldn’t. Also, he was really upfront about pricing and the potential difficulties with the job, which I appreciated. On top of all that he’s a really nice guy!

Paul was asked to supply and fit a replacement timer/clock to control on and off times for central heating and hot water. Excellent communication, Paul responded quickly to my request, kept me informed, turned up at the time agreed and did an excellent job. Work was completed quickly and efficiently and within the estimated cost. Happy customer.

I have used Paul many times and have always found him professional and informative. In this case the boiler stopped working. He came quickly, fixed the problem and explained what he had done and why.

The company was engaged to look at a malfunctioning boiler, and when, after considerable efforts, this could not be repaired, a replacement was obtained and fitted on the following day - this rapid action was much appreciated as I do not live locally and the property was not occupied at that time. The work was done very efficiently and thoroughly, with all radiators tested after installation. All dealings with the plumber, Paul, were clear and straightforward, the house was left clean afterwards, and all the necessary paperwork was forwarded as promised. I would not hesitate to use this company again and to recommend it to other people.

A very satisfactory replacement of a high efficiency gas fire. Job well done! From the outset, Paul was courteous arrived on time and was particularly clean and tidy when removing the old fire and throughout the job.After installation, Paul checked up that everything was to our satisfaction. I would thoroughly recommend Prestige Heating, they were recommended to us, and I will certainly use the company for further work when required.

Have used Paul several times for regular boiler service and diagnosis and remedy of problem valves on unvented heating system. May be not the cheapest option, but the quality of work and efficient communication around arrival time and work required is second to none in my experience.

Paul has always been super punctual and diligent in his approach. He is also very honest about costs and very quick to resolve issues as they are discovered. Highly recommended for his professionalism. Have used him on a couple of different odd jobs so far, but won’t hesitate to ask him for more assistance if required.

Paul carried out the work in his usual professional manner He replaced a broken tap and repaired the plug in the bathroom basin , serviced the gas boiler and checked that two downstairs heaters were in working order The work was completed in line with the agreed budget

Paul serviced our gas fire and gas boiler. He solved a problem with our gas fire a few years ago, which another company had not resolved. We have used his services ever since. He is always helpful, polite and friendly .
