A very satisfactory replacement of a high efficiency gas fire. Job well done! This is the second plumbing project where I have called on the services of Paul from Prestige Heating & Plumbing and just like the previous one, I am very pleased with the high standard of work carried out. In this case it was the installation of two large radiators. Paul is very knowledgable and has a friendly, engaging style and his personal style means he is always checking up that everything has been completed to my satisfaction. Paul has a consultative approach prior to issuing the quotation and details the work to be carried out. He explained the stages of the process well. He attended on the agreed date and completed everything by the close of business. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul- he's a real find.

I own a number of properties and have used the services of quite a few tradesmen in recent years - including plumbers. (I have dealt with Which Trusted Traders to get electrical, kitchen, major plumbing and flooring work done.) Paul Harris (Prestige Heating & Plumbing) is outstanding among these and so I’m writing a rare review. He is at the expensive end of Which’s price range but I continue to use him in preference both for my boiler and plumbing work because (1) he is very experienced - he has spotted issues and given sensible advice on purchasing that has saved me time and money (2) he applies his intelligence to anticipate and prevent future problems and he can explain the issues so that I feel I have made the best trade off when there is a cost/ quality, time/ practicality choice to be made. The latest job was major. It involved demolishing down to the timbers and rebuilding my en suite bathroom, airing cupboard and downstairs hall cupboard after a catastrophic leak of a mains water pipe. He estimated one month to do the work - the job was on time & in budget. He put in full days and closely supervised the trades he brought in (eg he got the painter to redo the bathroom - he hadn’t used his specified paint). I was always in the loop on who would be in my house and when. Paul is very detail oriented, conscientious, reliable & organised from start to finish.

We have used Paul before and found him very efficient and helpful. On the last occasion I had a problem, he came within 15 minutes to resolve it - very happy.

Paul came to our renovation project to pick up a half finished job by another trades person. Paul took a highly detailed approach to picking up on all the elements that needed fixing before completing the job. I feel that Paul future proofed our property and delivered an excellent standard of quality. Paul worked with me as a customer to find solutions and tailored the quote to what I could afford. Paul communicates well and turns up on time. Would recommend Paul wholeheartedly to anyone looking for Plumbing services. You won’t be disappointed.

Paul was on time, his work carried out quickly, efficiently and he was clean and tidy. I have used Paul before and can thoroughly recommend him.

Diagnosed problem quickly. Issue with Central heating 3 way valve which had been installed behind cupboard. Agreed to dismantle cupboard and put it back afterwards. Change valve, and then rebalanced system. Did quick and properly, and made sure all radiators were hot and and working properly. Did another quick job boxing in my pipes while he was there. Very helpful friendly and efficient.

We called Mr Harris because there was a leak on the combination valve of the Magaflo Mr Harris visited the property and tightened up the black plastic nut on the cover of the combination valve, it had become loose. The visited us on the next day after we contacted him and accepted bank payment. Very highly recommended

Fitted a new tap in the kitchen and repaired a loose tap in the bathroom, very friendly and professional we will definitely use again and recommend to friends & family.

Excellent standard of workmanship. Perfect communication before and during works - no unpleasant surprises always kept informed as to what was being done and why. Converted an inefficient central heating system with a lot of debris internally into one that now has us warm and comfortable. Very tidy work carried out professionally, courteously and to the highest standard. This is the third time we have used Prestige Heating and Plumbing Ltd and have great confidence in Paul and Mark and would not now consider using an alternative.
