I am more than satisfied with Paul’s work. His first job for me was to fix a broken Aqualisa shower control that was allowing water to flood through the floors. He found out the source of the terrible mouldy smell coming from my new bathroom (builder had missed a part from the novel shower trap), contacted the manufacturer and ordered the missing part, returned and dealt with it, keeping me updated throughout. He also gave advice on the wall hung toilet that needed tightening and fixed the dodgy downstairs loo syphon in passing (we were putting up with it - sorted in seconds!) He then fixed my 20 year old boiler on 2 further occasions. Last Thursday, he saved us from the consequences of a DIY tap installation - he made time for us despite being fully booked and with a family obligation. On each occasion, Paul has arrived when he promised, kept me updated when running a few minutes late, done exactly what he said he would and worked expertly and efficiently - no nasty surprises. He has a wealth of experience and it shows in his work and advice. Apart from that, he is thoroughly likeable and conscientious. Highly recommended.

Called Paul, he arranged to visit on Monday morning arrived on time diagnosed the problem straight away. Went to get the necessary parts, fitted them got the boiler working again & cleaned up after all his work.

Paul serviced the boiler then went out and purchased a new tap to replace the faulty one in the kitchen sink, and then fitted it. Minimum fuss, maximum efficiency.

I had urgent need to have a replacement hot water cylinder and re-siting of a dual power-shower pump alongside. This, together with identifying a leaky shower feed and supply and wiring of a new immersion heater. With work on such an old installation throwing up challenges and snags I was very impressed with how the issues were overcome positively. The work was carried out to a very high standard; the pipework was routed far more intelligently than had been done by previous installers and the quality of each and every joint and pipe bend was impressive. Hired Paul through a third party, but couldn't be happier with his work! very polite, work was carried out with least fuss and disruption to our lives. We had a new boiler fitted, all pipe works, rads sorted, We now have a shiny new efficient boiler thanks to Prestige! He quoted us three days and finished under 2 and he vacuumed before he left! Paul arrived for an assessment on a old boiler that was becoming worringly noisy, he suggested it needed to be replaced and promised he would do it same day so that my tenant wouldn t have to spend more time without heating, even though it was late in the day Paul stayed till 1 in the morning to finish the job! That s dedication and a man that keeps his word! Congrats Paul!

Paul and Mark fitted a new Gas water heater in kitchen put in new sink unit , cupboards and worktops as well as the preparation work for a new toilet and basin in the bathroom

Paul fitted a new part on our shower. He is always polite, friendly and very efficient. He always lets us know his arrival time and if he is held up. Excellent service every time.

The central heating system was flushed, which was a big and involved task. All work was well explained beforehand, and everything was completed professionally and to schedule.
